Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Franklin

Love, love, love this cozy cottage! I can’t say enough great things about the place, the experience, and Karla, the host! We were in Nashville to spend time catching up with family while taking in some of the “quieter” offerings in the area. The cottage’s location on a street lined with beautiful homes that ended in a quaint park set the tone for a relaxing visit. The house is gorgeous, well-appointed (there was even half & half in the fridge and coffee!), and spacious enough for two couples. Each and every space is well thought out to enhance the guest experience. We also enjoyed the screened porch. The 12 South neighborhood is a real gem. We enjoyed a variety of restaurants, which are just a few minutes away. We appreciated the recommendations that Karla compiled in a binder. It's easy to enjoy not only this area but downtown Nashville and Cheekwood. Karla checked on us upon arrival, and we had the chance to chat in the driveway. She’s truly the host with the most! House was well appointed and very comfortable. The upstairs loft was quite large and had its own private bathroom. The main floor with the primary bedroom and ensuite and second bedroom and bathroom were very nicely appointed. The downstairs area was huge with a very large bedroom and entertainment room. The fourth bathroom made this area very comfortable. The kitchen was lovely and the added touch of having an ice maker that makes custom ice for cocktails was a treat!

We have a large family so hotels are out of the question for us. This home provided everything we needed for a long weekend away! The home is comfortable and clean. The value is amazing and the location is too!

Beautiful property with spacious house! Clean, love the back porch, fire pit, and games! The beds are super comfy and the water pressure is great, which matters to me! Spent the day at the winery and quick drive back to house! Would definitely stay again!

Cutest house….we loved how peaceful and beautiful it was. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the front porch in the rocking chairs 😊. Would definitely stay again if we get back this way.

Out of all the Airbnbs we've stayed at, this one was by far the best! The hosts were incredibly kind and thoughtful — they truly went above and beyond. From the little bottles of shampoo and conditioner to the kid-friendly cups, plates, and even toys, they thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and special. Our toddler had such a great time playing with their sweet children, and we all enjoyed toasting marshmallows together — such a fun and memorable experience! The bathtub was a highlight — seriously amazing. This place felt like a true oasis. And the chickens? Absolutely adorable! Every morning, our son was so excited to go see them. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

The area is a basement so upon arriving there was a slight musty smell but that dissipated. We basically used the place for sleeping only, but could have eaten there if we wanted. Our goal was pretty much hanging out along Broadway. Lyft prices ranged from 18 to 50 depending on time of day. There is always traffic so ride time is about 30 mins on average to get downtown Next visit I would stay closer if that is the goal. The room darkening drape that is used to cover stairway does let quite a bit of morning light in. Bed was ok. Did not see owners. Area was quiet and safe

I work in education and integrity means everything to me, so when a host actually delivers on what they promise, it matters deeply. That kind of consistency and care is rare these days. They were thoughtful, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was top-tier from start to finish. The extended checkout was a blessing, the instructions were clear and respectful, and the overall vibe of the place? Immaculate. I felt like I was staying with family. If you’re looking for a peaceful, professional, and polished experience in Nashville, this is where you want to stay. I’ll definitely be back. If we could rate it 6 out of 5 we would. This place was so welcoming and had everything we could possibly need and more. From the welcome song playing on the TV to all the beautiful touches throughout the house, this was the place to be. This is exactly what I want to experience when staying away from home. You can tell the host really took her precious time to cater to all her guests. Everything was smooth and simple. Thank you so much!

Lizbeth is an AMAZING host. She was so easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Be aware that Antioch is not particularly close to Nashville proper, the pool and hot tub are in a shared space, and you can hear EVERYTHING upstairs while in the unit. Over all would highly recommend the stay if you just want a cozy, homey stay with some amazing hosts. I couldn’t recommend Lizbeth enough just the space was 3.5/4 stars but the host was easily 5 stars

Fantastic communication. Easy arrival and check in. Pool was terrific. Condo as described. Walkable to all of downtown. Helpful staff on site. Bedroom is definitely very bright in the morning like other reviews have stated so if you need pitch black morning sleeping arrangements probably book elsewhere.

Linda was great! Even had snacks and food to make for breakfast. The shower had GREAT water pressure! Bed and couches were very comfortable. The weather was pretty rainy the whole time so it was nice that she even had an umbrella for us by the door!
