Monthly Rentals in Franklin Canyon Reservoir

What an amazing Airbnb! Wendy's place was perfect for our L.A. visit! We didn't really need a kitchen and ate out most of the time, so the set up was perfect for us. But it was handy having the mini fridge and microwave. We loved that there was an extra room to hang out or make Zoom calls. The unit was spotless and had every amenity you could think of. The bed was super comfy and there was plenty of room for two people, including a large closet for luggage storage. The unit does share a wall with the main house, but noise was minimal, you could hear dogs barking at times during the day but that didn't bother us. It was very quiet at night and we slept soooo well! Woodland Hills is a beautiful neighborhood and we loved that the location had access to so many great restaurants in the area. Would absolutely stay here again and think this would be a great place for a longer stay, even without a full kitchen. Thanks Wendy!

The location is prime and the communication was exceptional. It was simple for the quick stay we had here.

The apartment is exactly like the photos and descriptions were listed. Jennifer is super friendly and flexible let us check in little early around noon. When we arrived the place is clean and neat, had very clear instructions printed out for us. We stayed little over one month and really enjoyed our stay and highly recommended to the everyone.
