We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Bryan and Sara! Reaching the accommodation requires a short hike, but you’re rewarded with stunning views – and the luggage is conveniently brought up by a small tractor. From the very beginning, everything was perfect. The house, garden, and pool are absolutely beautiful – a true little paradise. Everything was clean and lovingly maintained. Bryan and Sara are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts who do everything they can to make your stay special. Since we arrived late, Sara kindly offered to prepare a lovely dinner for us, and Bryan gave us a little pizza-making class – such a great experience! Their helpfulness and kindness, combined with the magical charm of the accommodation, made our stay truly unique and unforgettable. Thanks a lot :)

A very well-kept structure with attention to detail! In addition to complete cleaning. The directions were clear and the location is good for traveling by car between Liguria and Tuscany. Street parking in front of the entrance gate, quiet area with the charm of the river. The description of the structure is accurate, so the only thing I would point out is that it may not be very suitable for those who have problems climbing stairs, as it is arranged on three levels.

We spent a week in Daniele and Chiara's villa and loved the location - within easy reach of many beautiful places to visit - and the quiet and peaceful setting. The villa is just the right size for for a couple and the terrace, with its comfortable outdoor furniture, and the excellent pool were a real treat after a long day of sightseeing. Brilliant!

We stayed a week in the beautiful cottage of Nadia and Giacomo. We enjoyed everything very much. The location and view from the terrace is unique... The house is very clean and conveniently equipped. Giacomo gave us good excursion tips, both are very friendly. We really enjoyed the relaxing time and would be happy to come back.

Ilaria's home and garden make you feel like you are "Sitting on Top of the World". Like in the Walter Vinson and Lonnie Chatmon song. Time flew in Perpoli, like the swallows in the clear blue sky that embraced the mighty mountains at the horizon. The house is intimate, like the village whereas the garden is a never ending story. Ilaria is a super friendly host who was easy to communicate with and (together with her father's art) has given this place a piece of magic. No doubt we would love to come back

Everything well provided, bedrooms fine, bathrooms fine. Everything is spotless and well taken care of. Pietrasanta is within walking distance with many nice restaurants. The living room/kitchen is not large but the outdoor space is and that is fine. Nice swimming pool. In short, a place to come back to.

I was in Pietrasanta for 6 weeks to sculpt marble. Stefania's is in walking distance to the train station, great restaurants, grocery stores and walking trails. The place is quiet and well equipped. I highly recommend staying there.

great stay in capezzano really calle and relaxing . everything is convenient in this really large space is functional. quite a few things to do nearby. pise 30 minutes ,beach and beachfront 5 minutes away . i really recommend it for a weekend or a holiday with family and friends . We felt comfortable in the historic house and the extensive olive grove all around. You have the estate completely to yourself and can enjoy peace and nature accordingly. The location is perfect. You can quickly reach the towns of Camaiore, Pietrasante and Viareggio by car. Gianluca provided us with valuable tips and hints for excursions and local specialties in a humorous and warm way.

It’s a perfect getaway if you need to work peacefully, or if you’re a couple looking for a romantic place. There is a restaurant two minutes, walk from the house so you can really enjoy a total relax. Down the hill you can find bars and shops and the beach next to Pietrasanta. Beds are very comfortable. The division of the rooms in the house is also great and allow privacy. the balcony on which you can eat dinner and breakfast is just superb. I would also strongly recommend the place for families and for artists.

We had a wonderful time in Lucas' house. His warm mother Virginia and Luca himself are excellent hosts – friendly, attentive and always helpful. (And of course Dora🥰, the dog, not to forget) Everything was very clean and well maintained, you immediately felt comfortable. The garden with the lemon and olive trees is an absolute dream - ideal for relaxing and enjoying. It is also particularly nice that you can do a lot of things due to the location between mountains and sea. There are numerous attractions in the area that can be reached quickly, or you can just chill by the sea.🏖 We can recommend this house at any time and thank you from the bottom of our hearts for this unforgettable stay. Our group had the best beach trip! Everything was as described or shown in the pictures. The location was close to restaurants and the beach. Stefania was so helpful in providing everything we needed and giving suggestions for restaurants, groceries, etc. would definitely stay here again.

It’s a very unique and beautiful place. There’s no one around, just nature. Falling asleep with the sound of owls and even wolves one night.. and waking up with the sound of tons of birds. The hike up to the house is a (free) work out but also very beautiful as you meander trough a very green and rocky landscape with a little river and lots of yellow buttercups (may). The bed is comfortable and so is the bathroom. Valerio was really nice helping us out with our luggage as I couldn’t carry too much being pregnant.

We had a wonderful five days at Maria Grazia's! The place is beautiful and the view dazzling. It's very peaceful and sleeps very well. Maria Grazia is very attentive and responsive. We were perfectly welcomed. The garden is nice for everyone, including our dog. We really enjoyed the outdoor pizza oven! The location is both quiet and close to Lerici on foot. Lerici and the surrounding villages have nothing to envy to the Cinque Terre as they are beautiful and far from the crowds;) We would totally recommend this listing.

Very kind and super helpful host, fantastic location close to the sea and all services. You can forget about the machine. Very nice and clean house, too bad the second room is not very big. Wonderful outdoor space and very enjoyable. Value for the money.

Sarah and Massimo's house is in a great location, the interior is spacious and modern, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The outdoor space is large and very beautiful, full of plants and in a relaxing atmosphere. The bikes available to guests are an added value. The host has always been responsive and professional and provided us with useful advice on local products. Super recommended house!

Italian hospitality at it's best. Nothing was too much and the most important thing to them was that we had a relaxing and enjoyable holiday, which we did. From there we were easily able to visit Lucca, Barga, Florence, San Gimignano, Siena, Panzano and the beach. The location and the view from the porch instantly relaxes you. On the last evening we sat on the porch, switched the lights off and watched the fire flies while drinking wine with our meats and cheeses collected from our trips. Do it, just book it.

Very nice townhouse with large roof terrace designed down to the smallest detail. Beach and restaurants are within walking distance, a Michelin restaurant is just a few houses away. Great amenities and definitely something for design fans.

The place itself is wonderful. It is clean, comfortable with plenty of room for the three of us. Cafes and restaurants are a few blocks away (and a few more blocks to the beach). Francesca was very helpful, getting the accommodation just right and providing plenty of tips about restaurants, groceries, things to do and transportation. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at the house of Florence! The house had all the amenities we could wish for ( we cooked almost all the nights ourselves because of it) and offers more than enough privacy to feel immediately at home. The apartment is suited in a very relaxed part of the town and offers great pathways to walk or cycle into the mountains, or enjoy a cornetto or aperitivo in Camaiore (do go to Rossano!). Last but not least, Florence was very helpful in answering our questions and flexible in arrival time. All in all, we would definitely recommend going here and will definitely visit again if we're ever in the neighbourhood again :)

Eva and her home were absolutely wonderful! She even met us in the piazza and walked us to the house. The location and views were amazing and the house was beautifully decorated and cozy. We can’t recommend it enough. We even met her parents who live just down the walk and they were so kind. We will definitely be back.
