Villa holiday rentals in Forte dei Marmi

Delightful, well equipped, comfortable and really quiet. It’s a real getaway but not too far from some lovely beaches and villages; a car is a must. Do note that there is no aircon, but the fan supplied was adequate for us. Our host, Elizabetta was extremely helpful.

We had a wonderful stay with family and friends, including young children, in Brian's lovely villa. The property has fantastic views and is enormous. Brian was very helpful throughout our stay. He arranged a delicious meal for us one evening. We were particularly grateful that they came up with a special vegan menu for two of our friends, who really appreciated the effort and the food! I would definitely go back.

Wonderful house in a spectacular location. Full kitchen, functional, with all possible appliances and above all thoroughly CLEAN. Rooms upstairs overlooking Viareggio, large bathrooms, well-kept furnishings, lots of towels available, all very clean. You can see that it was a house inhabited and well thought out and not arranged/built only for rent. One of the few places I'd be happy to come back.

Andrea was such a wonderful and helpful host! Had some struggles with finding a ride to the place and Andrea called people for us while being out of town! So helpful with his communication and his kindness. Definitely need to keep in mind it is a 10 min. drive from the closest town so if you don’t have a car or great Italian transportation can be tricky. We used the bus system but very particular about the timing and last rides are around 4:30pm so just plan around that! Other than that place is exactly as described, amazing views, and helpful host. Definitely recommend if you want a cozy get away and some alone time with the mountains!

Amazing location, house, pool and view. The house was really well equipped, unlike anything else. The host was very responsive and helped with contacts for chefs, MTB-ing and restaurants. It was really a pleasure staying at Marigliana

We had a wonderful week staying at Villa Miranda in Porto Venere. We were a group of nine - a mix of family and friends. The house was perfect and immediately felt like a home we could relax into, with an abundance of spaces for people to gather or escape, inside and out. The eclectic collection of decor made the home feel authentic to us, as though we could have been gathering there for years, collecting little touchstones of our memories along the way. The kitchen was well equipped and on sunny evenings we enjoyed pulling the outdoor table onto the front lawn and having home cooked long table dinners. It was also very easy for us to be out and about, the region has so much to offer. The water ferry and bus stops are steps from the front door. We were pleasantly surprised at just how beautiful and full of amenities (and not crowded) Porto Venere was. Overall our stay was fantastic and Carlos was an amazing host. I am already planning our return, this may have to be a regular trip!

The villa was incredible. It had an amazing view and excellent ambiance. The house it self was well furnished and the property felt very private even though it was just a short drive down the hill from the train station to Cinque Terre. Sarah was very helpful and very prompt on answering any questions we had. We did the pasta making class and had a wonderful experience. Booking this accommodation was not only booking a house but also, booking unforgettable memories.

We had a lovely time at Giorgia place! The views were stunning and tranquil just what we all needed! The terraces were sunny at different times of the day . We had great fun using the Pizza Oven. Also the table tennis table was used a lot. We definitely needed a car and going some lovely Villages about 30 mins away Barga and on the back to Pisa Airport stopped off at Pietrasanta celebrating Art lovely shops and quirky shops etc . The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need and loved the Lavattza coffee machine ! Would definitely recommend !

This villa is a gem, pictures don’t do it justice. The views are absolutely breathtaking….The house is fully equipped with everything we needed. We managed a trip to Florence and surrounding beaches which was recommended by the host. We could have stayed longer. I would definitely be back. My kids loved the pool and the little surrounding walking trials surrounding the villa. Only 1 hours drive from Pisa airport.

Simone was a great host and helped us with everything we asked for and was really supportive when we had issues - he fixed that swiftly. The view from the terrass was breathtaking and we stayed very comfortably 3 families.

Elena's house is beautiful, the design is much better than it looks in the pictures, it's very spacious, with everything you need! the outdoor space, the garden and swimming pool are really great! we had great time!

We had a great stay at the villa. It is a little off the beaten path from Lucca, but very quiet. The furnishings are designed with great attention to detail and the entire accommodation is very clean. We were happy with everything around. Only the entrance is an adventure and can only be done with a small car.

Wonderful stay at Villa Vittoria, surrounded by greenery at the gates of Lucca, a wonderful city. We really enjoyed the tennis court and the gym area with hot tub, perfect for relaxing. The soccer field and pool we didn't use them, but the latter is really beautiful and well-maintained. Maximum privacy and tranquility: ideal for unplugging. The villa is thoughtfully styled and the outdoor spaces are spacious and quiet. A perfect place to regenerate, which we recommend without hesitation.

We had a fantastic stay at the wonderful Meriggio Barn. The photos don’t do this gorgeous property justice! The house itself is beautiful, classically decorated and expansive space and very well equipped kitchen. All three bedrooms were a great size and the air conditioning kept us nice and cool . The house is set within beautiful rolling Tuscan hills with great views all around, enabling us to enjoy stunning sunsets every evening. The infinity pool was absolutely fantastic - a lot bigger than we expected and we had lots of fun relaxing and keeping cool in the water. The location is great - 40 mins to Pisa and the same for Florence, so we enjoyed visiting those cities as well as getting the train from Florence to Rome. Elisa and the owner Adolfo were perfect hosts, helping us swiftly with any questions we had or recommendations required (the tip to drive and park at the tram stop was perfect, as well as the recommendations for the best local pizza!). Insanely great place! Our expectations were exceeded. Great service and very friendly hosts, the week in Chiozza was perfect! Everything necessary was available in the accommodation. The surroundings are very quiet and perfect for switching off. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful family stay at Luisella and Andrea's. They were very friendly and helpful, letting us check in early after a very early flight. The house is very spacious and well equipped, with plenty of utensils etc. The pool area was beautiful, and the garden huge. The location was fabulous, an easy drive to Lucca, Pisa and many more. Overall we had a fantastic time, but it is important to be mindful of extra charges when booking. There were charges for linens, towels, travel cot and electricity use. While we were prewarned about these, they do add onto the original cost.

Great place love the view and the house.

We had a lovely week. Unfortunately, the pool was much too cold around that time. In high summer, it will certainly give good cooling. The garden is a paradise for dogs. We were 11 adults. The 5 rooms were too few for this. The kitchen equipment was sufficient for 12 people. We were able to cook and barbecue extensively. Unfortunately, the coffee maker was not enough for everyone. Only the conventional method helped. The separate wine cabinet was used extensively by us. All in all a good place for Max. 10 adults and two young kids at a warm season.

We had a wonderful stay at Giuseppe's. We would definitely recommend it as hub for exploring Lucca and the surrounding area or just relaxing and enjoying the pool.

We had a wonderful week at Vincenzo's house. We were 2 families with children (5 total). The spaces in the house were perfect to accommodate everyone. The location, a 15-minute drive from the beaches of Lido di Camaiore and 35 minutes from beautiful Lucca, turned out to be perfect. Away from the chaos, surrounded by greenery and tranquility. Vincenzo is also a super host! Friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommended.

Fantastic house . During our stay we have really felt like we are at home. Close to the city center. Very peacefull environment. Large rooms. Nice furniture and modern design. On top of all great house owner. Always ready to communicate and ready to help if needed. I strongly recommend Eva as owner and her house to stay. Looking forward to stay again.

We had a great time in Giampis house. Beautiful garden with a nice swimming pool, and we especially liked the kitchen outside in the upper house, which we could use also when it was raining. Great surroundings, great view, walking distance to shops and good restaurants in the small, peaceful town La Gracie and 15 min walks to the more touristic, but beautiful Portovenere. A great base for tours in Cinque Terre, with ferry from Portovenere or bus into La Spezia and train from there. We came without car, no problem at all to get around. Giampaolo is very friendly and helpful and gave us good advices where to eat and to do our shopping, and how to get around. We will absolutely recommend Giampaolos place, either for a relaxing or for a sportive vacation, or even better, both!
