House holiday rentals in Forte dei Marmi

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Bryan and Sara! Reaching the accommodation requires a short hike, but you’re rewarded with stunning views – and the luggage is conveniently brought up by a small tractor. From the very beginning, everything was perfect. The house, garden, and pool are absolutely beautiful – a true little paradise. Everything was clean and lovingly maintained. Bryan and Sara are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts who do everything they can to make your stay special. Since we arrived late, Sara kindly offered to prepare a lovely dinner for us, and Bryan gave us a little pizza-making class – such a great experience! Their helpfulness and kindness, combined with the magical charm of the accommodation, made our stay truly unique and unforgettable. Thanks a lot :)

Struttura davvero molto curata nei dettagli! Oltre alla pulizia completa. Le indicazioni sono state chiare e la posizione è buona per spostarsi in auto tra la Liguria e la Toscana. Parcheggio su strada davanti al cancello di entrata, zona tranquilla con il fascino del fiume. La descrizione della struttura è precisa al reale quindi l'unica accortezza che indicherei è che può non essere troppo adatta a chi ma problemi a fare le scale essendo disposta su tre livelli.

Wir waren super zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Das Grundstück ist sehr privat und etwas abgelegen. Die Einfahrt ist etwas steinig. Wir fahren einen Peugot 308 und es ging gut. Sofern das Auto tiefer gelegt ist, könnte es etwas knapp werden. Man ist innerhalb von 30min in Pisa und in etwa 1h15 in Florenz (je nach Verkehr). Der Pool ist nicht beheizt. Wir waren Mitte September und es war etwas kalt, aber wir waren trotzdem im Wasser. Im Sommer bei heissen Temperaturen bestimmt super. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren eine Woche in dem schönen Ferienhaus von Nadia und Giacomo. Alles hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage und der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist einzigartig... Das Haus ist sehr sauber und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Giacomo hat uns gute Ausflugstipps gegeben, beide sind sehr freundlich. Wir haben die erholsame Zeit sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Wij hebben 2 weken enorm genoten van onze vakantie in het heerlijke huis van Jeroen. Jeroen is een zeer attente, sympathieke gastheer: van de filmpjes ter voorbereiding van je verblijf tot tips voor uitstapjes en allerhande praktische zaken. Het huis is schoon en van alles voorzien. In de omgeving zijn mooie wandelingen. Steden als Lucca, Pisa en Florence zijn een stukje rijden, maar zeker de moeite waard. Het meest bijzondere van ons verblijf was toch wel de plek van het huis. Het uitzicht is echt fantastisch! We hebben enorm genoten in de tuin van het uitzicht, de stilte, de telkens veranderende luchten, de kerkklokken van de dorpjes in de verte… Wij gaan zeker nog een keer terugkomen!

Ilaria's home and garden make you feel like you are "Sitting on Top of the World". Like in the Walter Vinson and Lonnie Chatmon song. Time flew in Perpoli, like the swallows in the clear blue sky that embraced the mighty mountains at the horizon. The house is intimate, like the village whereas the garden is a never ending story. Ilaria is a super friendly host who was easy to communicate with and (together with her father's art) has given this place a piece of magic. No doubt we would love to come back

Alles goed voorzien, slaapkamers prima, badkamers prima. Alles brandschoon en goed verzorgd. Pietrasanta op loopafstand met veel leuke restaurantjes. De woonkamer/keuken is niet groot maar de buitenruimte wel en dat is prima. Fijn zwembad. Kortom een plek om naar terug te komen.

Merci beaucoup à Agnese pour sa gentillesse et sa réactivité. C’était un moment ressourçant, l’hôte met réellement tout en œuvre pour qu’on se sente comme à la maison! Un petit havre de paix s’offre à nous pour ce beau séjour, rien à redire à part merci 🫶🏼

Host gentilissimo e super disponibile, posizione fantastica vicino al mare e a tutti i servizi. Ci si può dimenticare della macchina. Casa molto carina e pulita, peccato che la seconda camera non sia grandissima. Spazio esterno meraviglioso e molto godibile. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

I was in Pietrasanta for 6 weeks to sculpt marble. Stefania's is in walking distance to the train station, great restaurants, grocery stores and walking trails. The place is quiet and well equipped. I highly recommend staying there.

La casa di Sarah e Massimo è in ottima posizione, l'interno è spazioso e modermo, cucina attrezzata con tutto il necessario. Lo spazio esterno è grande e molto bello, ricco di piante e in un clima di relax. Le bici a disposizione degli ospiti sono un valore aggiunto. L'host è sempre stato reattivo e professionale e ci ha fornito consigli utili su prodotti locali. Casa super consigliata!

It’s a perfect getaway if you need to work peacefully, or if you’re a couple looking for a romantic place. There is a restaurant two minutes, walk from the house so you can really enjoy a total relax. Down the hill you can find bars and shops and the beach next to Pietrasanta. Beds are very comfortable. The division of the rooms in the house is also great and allow privacy. the balcony on which you can eat dinner and breakfast is just superb. I would also strongly recommend the place for families and for artists.

It’s a very unique and beautiful place. There’s no one around, just nature. Falling asleep with the sound of owls and even wolves one night.. and waking up with the sound of tons of birds. The hike up to the house is a (free) work out but also very beautiful as you meander trough a very green and rocky landscape with a little river and lots of yellow buttercups (may). The bed is comfortable and so is the bathroom. Valerio was really nice helping us out with our luggage as I couldn’t carry too much being pregnant.

Nous avons passé 5 jours merveilleux chez Maria Grazia ! Le logement est magnifique et la vue éblouissante. C'est très paisible et on y dort très bien. Maria Grazia est très à l'écoute et réactive. Nous avons été parfaitement accueillis. Le jardin est agréable pour tout le monde, y compris notre chien. Le four à pizza extérieur nous a beaucoup plu ! La situation est à la fois calme et proche de Lerici à pieds. Lerici et les villages environnants n'ont rien à envier aux cinque terres car ils sont magnifiques et loin de la foule ;) Nous recommandons totalement ce logement.

Comincio con il dire che Magda è fantastica: sempre gentile e presente. La casa è esattamente come da foto e la posizione ottima. Tornerò sicuramente e la consiglio a tutti.

The place itself is wonderful. It is clean, comfortable with plenty of room for the three of us. Cafes and restaurants are a few blocks away (and a few more blocks to the beach). Francesca was very helpful, getting the accommodation just right and providing plenty of tips about restaurants, groceries, things to do and transportation. I would definitely stay here again.

super séjour à capezzano vraiment calle et reposant . toute est commode dans ce logement vraiment grand est fonctionnel. pas mal de chose à faire pas très loin. pise 30 minute ,plage et bord de mer à 5 minutes . je recommande vraiment pour un week end ou des vacances en famille et entre amis . Questa è una lettera di ringraziamento alla coppia Lucia. Il viaggio è stato il più vicino alla mia idea di vita rurale da sogno. La casa, immersa nei campi di Camaiore, ci ha accolto con Diamond, il cavallo, e il suo amico asino. La padrona di casa, gentile e spensierata, ci ha sistemato nelle stanze e ci ha prestato le biciclette, permettendoci di pedalare lungo la splendida costa, uno dei momenti più belli del viaggio. L’arredamento è elegante e curato, con viste mozzafiato da ogni finestra. È stato magico svegliarsi e vedere i campi. La colazione preparata dalla padrona era deliziosa, soprattutto la torta di peperoni tipica di Camaiore. Alla partenza, ci ha accompagnati in stazione, chiacchierando piacevolmente lungo il tragitto. Il mio ragazzo ha detto che quel momento gli ha ricordato i viaggi in auto con suo padre. È stato un viaggio meraviglioso, reso speciale dalla gentilezza dei padroni di casa. Grazie di cuore alla coppia Lucia per questi splendidi ricordi!

Wir waren zu dritt in der Wohnung, die irgendwie ein Haus ist. Sehr schön gelegen, großer Garten mit prima Terrasse, eine tolle Küche mit WIRKLICH allem. Silvia ist wirklich nett und sehr hilfsbereit, gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Ich komme gerne wieder und empfehle Silvia und die Unterkunft voll und ganz! Nochmal Danke!

Italian hospitality at it's best. Nothing was too much and the most important thing to them was that we had a relaxing and enjoyable holiday, which we did. From there we were easily able to visit Lucca, Barga, Florence, San Gimignano, Siena, Panzano and the beach. The location and the view from the porch instantly relaxes you. On the last evening we sat on the porch, switched the lights off and watched the fire flies while drinking wine with our meats and cheeses collected from our trips. Do it, just book it.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Woche in I Brichi. Das Haus ist komfortabel, toll ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Der gepflegte terrassenförmige Garten ist paradiesisch grün und mit vielen blühenden Pflanzen angelegt. Es gibt viele Sitzgelegenheiten. Der Ausblick auf die ganze Bucht ist wunderschön. Man ist hier ganz privat und kann die Ruhe genießen. Chiara ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, immer erreichbar, antwortet schnell und hat uns viele hilfreiche Tipps und Empfehlungen für die Gegend gegeben. Diverse Snacks, Getränke, frische Orangen/Zitronen und Kräuter aus dem eigenen Garten haben unseren Aufenthalt bereichert. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Sehr schönes, bis ins kleinste Detail gestaltetes Stadthaus mit großer Dachterrasse. Strand und Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen, ein Michelin-Restaurant ist nur ein paar Häuser weiter. Super Ausstattung und auf jeden Fall etwas für Design-Fans.

We had a great stay at the house of Florence! The house had all the amenities we could wish for ( we cooked almost all the nights ourselves because of it) and offers more than enough privacy to feel immediately at home. The apartment is suited in a very relaxed part of the town and offers great pathways to walk or cycle into the mountains, or enjoy a cornetto or aperitivo in Camaiore (do go to Rossano!). Last but not least, Florence was very helpful in answering our questions and flexible in arrival time. All in all, we would definitely recommend going here and will definitely visit again if we're ever in the neighbourhood again :)

Vi havde et fantastisk ophold i Massimo’s bolig i Altaganana. Kommunikationen med Massimo var helt i top – hurtig, hjælpsom og imødekommende. Boligen har en perfekt beliggenhed med en utrolig flot udsigt. Vi vil meget gerne komme tilbage!
