Holiday rentals with a patio in Forli

Alessandro and Claudia’s house is a very compact, lovely place in Riccione. It is close to the beach and only a 10 min walk from the station. There are lots of eateries , cafes and bars nearby. The hosts were very nice and helpful. While the stay was very comfortable perhaps some small conveniences could be added. For example, the kitchen did not have anything apart from salt and pepper (oil, basic spices, tissues and a pair of scissors would be a good add on). There was no hand soap (although small soap bottles are provided in each bathroom). There is a washer / dryer for convenience but the dryer does take a long time. If you were to ignore these small things, this is a highly recommended place to stay if you want to enjoy Riccione and the Emilia-Romagna region. There is a tourist tax of 2 Euro per person per night. We forgot to leave it on the table and they were gracious enough to remind us and accept our money transfer. Lovely stay indeed !

Per essere estremamente sintetico siamo stati benissimo. L'appartamento è davvero delizioso: accogliente, pulito, arredato con molto gusto, accessoriato di tutto, dotato di comodissimo posto auto e spazio esterno che si apre su un panorama spettacolare; inoltre il borgo di Gabicce Monte è un'autentica perla, offre la possibilità di rilassanti passeggiate con la sensazione di essere sospesi sulla distesa del mare. Una ulteriore particolarità: L'appartamento è adiacente alla chiesetta del paese, un tempo probabilmente erano comunicanti, il che rende il contesto ancora più suggestivo. Ne ho già nostalgia!

Il soggiorno è stato meraviglioso! L’appartamento di Alessandra è molto carino ed accogliente, vicinissimo al centro di Bologna! Alessandra è stata molto cordiale e reattiva. Prima dell’arrivo ha fornito una piccola guida piena di indicazioni e consigli preziosi.

Unique urban sanctuary. Quiet and calm, restaurants and a great bar (Rocker Inn) steps away. Alina was a perfect hostess and we would stay again. Kitchen was compact, but well stocked and squeaky clean. Fabulous rooftop patio was a treat and so nice to come home to. Extensive new tram construction in front of apartment was never a problem, but does present an odd method to obtain key to outer door. Parking is very difficult, but there is a garage a few blocks away. I would recommend getting all this info at least a day prior to map your arrival. I would also suggest a welcome manual with instructions for the washer and restaurant recommendations. Thanks, Alina!

We really enjoyed our stay in Petra's apartment. it is really well located , very bright and spacious with two small balconies, one of which we used. Everything you need is there. It is very comfortable and we felt right at home very quickly. The bikes were great and used them most days to cycle to Misano Adriatico on the cycle paths as well as around the town. Though we never met Petra she allowed us an early check in which was perfect and her sister who lives above was really helpful and friendly. The Boulangerie 2 mins walk away is amazing! highly recommend the Cafe Dad in Misano ,near the station. We would love to return!

Unseren 10-tägigen Aufenthalt in Cervia haben wir sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft von Tania macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck und ist grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet. Die Lage im ruhigen Wohngebiet ist sehr angenehm. Eine kleine Pizzeria sowie eine Eisdiele sind in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen (wir fanden es immer sehr lecker). Besonders gut fanden wir die Fahrräder, die wir täglich zum einkaufen oder für Ausflüge genutzt haben. Tania war eine offene, hilfsbereite und sehr freundliche Gastgeberin!

Elissa is a great host and organizer she perfectly did everything well . The hygiene of the place , interior decoration , explaining the instructions , how fast she responds , and how supportive she is . I will surely book it again if I come to the same area I’m from Dubai and this place is super

Alloggio pratico ed efficace specialmente se hai bisogno di un buon appoggio per passare la notte. Io e un mio amico abbiamo già soggiornato in questa stanza l'anno scorso, ed è stata nuovamente una garanzia, sotto tutti i punti di vista. Posizione tranquilla e soprattutto strategica per raggiungere in poco tempo zone e città circostanti. Host professionale, gentile e sempre a disposizione per dare consigli o informazioni utili.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una sola notte in occasione del gran premio di Imola e la posizione è stata più che ottima per il raggiungimento dell’autodromo . Gentilissima l’accoglienza da parte di Marco , marito della Cinzia , alla quale abbiamo fatto i complimenti per la perfetta tenuta dell’abitazione e sorpresa delle sorprese la colazione preparata dalle mani magiche di Cinzia , che ci ha fatto trovare crostata ; ciambellone e biscotti preparati il giorno stesso del nostro arrivo . Per il rapporto qualità prezzo , non si può che restare PIÙ che soddisfatti. Torneremo e lo consiglio vivamente, posso metterci la faccia tranquillamente……. I had a lovely stay in Imola and enjoyed being at Alex's place for a week. Extremely easy communication and very quick response. The place is cleaned spotless and what you see is what you get. I loved the recommendations of the neighbourhood and can definitely recommend having your vacation here 😊

Un appartamento molto ben arredato, moderno, funzionale e confortevole, spazioso, molto pulito e ordinato. Grazie alle zanzariere, le finestre potevano essere aperte per la ventilazione, le persiane massicce consentivano l'oscurità e tenevano lontani i rumori esterni. Davanti alla casa c'è un comodo parcheggio ombreggiato. L'appartamento è accessibile ai portatori di handicap, ad eccezione di un gradino per entrare nell'appartamento e di un gradino per raggiungere la camera da letto più grande. Affitteremo volentieri questo appartamento in qualsiasi momento. Anche la mancanza di uno strofinaccio e di possibilità di appendere gli asciugamani per più di 2 persone nel bagno non toglie nulla alla bellissima proprietà.

Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz und hat einen netten Balkon. Elisa hat uns sehr nett empfangen und die Kommunikation hat sehr gut geklappt. Die zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrräder waren super um Ravenna zu erkunden, so dass man das Auto stehen lassen kann. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben eigentlich immer in der Nähe der Wohnung einen Parkplatz gefunden. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

A group of 6 of us stayed at Kevins wonderful place in Rimini for 3 nights and we were not disappointed. From the outside the house looks decievingly small, but you then enter and are greeted by lots of living space, 2 huge bedrooms with ensuites a upstairs, a great loft room with it's own bathroom and a big double bedroom in the outhouse which is through an amazing little private garden that has a cool banana tree in the middle. The location was fantastic, right by the historic town centre and about a 20 minute walk from the beach (or 6 minutes by Bike or Scooter via a lovely path). Kevin was extremely quick to respond to messages and gave us clear instructions before arrival and for checkout. Overall it was a great stay, and everyone very much enjoyed it! ps. you also have a garage for a car. we managed to fit a Nissan Qashqai 4x4, but would be easier with a smaller car.

Das Apartment ist schön gemütlich und sauber. Lidia war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit zu uns. Wir bekamen die nötigste Information gleich zu Beginn unseres Aufenthaltes. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung und der Lage. Man ist schnell mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln im Zentrum.

Totalmente recomendable para una pareja. Está bien localizada para visitar Bolonia, la atención de Max un 10.

Great location easy walking into the centre and access to the restaurants. The walk from the station was flat and took about 15 minutes, we walked this a few times as we used the train to get about and visit other towns if you intend to use the trains a 3 or 5 day pass is the best and most practical option. The accommodation is exactly as the description and the photos , the benefit of having a small garden area is a bonus and makes pleasant place to sit and relax.

Schöne Wohnung an Zentraler Lage. Es hat uns super gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit Luciana war schnell und unkompliziert. Checking in hat super gut geklappt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, viel liebe zum Detail. Jederzeit würden wir wieder zurückkommen. Herzlichen Dank Roswitha

We really enjoyed our four nights in this lovely apartment! Location from the station was great , plus so close to everything including supermarkets . We appreciated the personal check in made it very easy. The apartment is super comfortable, great bathrooms , big bedrooms and a very workable kitchen . Highly recommend

The apartment is superb. Right in the historic center of Bologna. Very private, with a lovely little garden. Very walkable. Many nice places to visit and eat nearby. Definitely recommendable to everyone.
