Siamo Alice e Stefano, a Marzo del '21 abbiamo iniziato la ristrutturazione di un piccolo sogno. La nostra ambizione: creare una struttura innovativa e ecosostenibile. Gli appartamenti sono dotati di tutti i moderni comfort. Ci troviamo a pochi metri dal mare, circa 500, in una zona tranquilla circondata da numerosi servizi e a due passi dal Parco del Gelso. Troverete posto auto interno e ricarica auto elettrica (servizio a pagamento ). La posizione è strategica per visitare le località vicine.

"Tra cielo e mare" è un attico al quinto piano con spettacolare vista mare. Dà facile accesso alla pista ciclo-pedonale. A pochi minuti dall'entrata in A14 ed in posizione strategica per raggiungere Fiera e Palacongressi, è la soluzione ideale per una vacanza, per viaggi di lavoro e weekend di coppia all'insegna del relax, del buon cibo e dell'ospitalità romagnola. Da maggio a settembre si affitta solo da sabato a sabato con parcheggio gratuito e scontistica presso il ristorante Maraviglia.
