The villa is incredible and perfect for large group sizes. There is an abundance of space and plenty of things for entertainment (cinema room, pool table, table tennis etc). Would highly recommend to book if you are looking for a peaceful villa holiday in the countryside.

I had the pleasure of staying, with a group of friends, in this large beach house and it was a wonderful experience. The location is in fact ideal for large groups and/or families; it offers ample spaces, both indoor and outdoor. The house is very welcoming and well furnished, with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. But what made the vacation even more enjoyable was the host's hospitality. We were greeted with great kindness and availability and immediately felt at home. The host was always available for any need or question. I highly recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in a quiet location and with exceptional hospitality.

Stayed here for the Ironman event. Perfect location not to far away from the start, enough room to prepare all the gear in front of the race. You can park you car on the property that is a nice bonus so it's not in the streets. It's almost on the run course so for the fans it was easy to cheer you on and you had a point of reference. The rooms were tidy and as described in the picture. Everything was provided to have the perfect stay. Can advice it to anybody that wants to do IM Emilia-Romagna

Massimo was fantastic. The place was perfect. We had a lot of space. The apartment has parking on the premises, and the area was extremely quiet and peaceful. We were in Rimini for MacFruit, and the location could not have been better. A lot of great places to eat in a short driving distance. I would love to stay again when we visit Rimini next year.

Fantastic location, great view. Large pool, suitable for welcoming more families together. Well-distributed spaces. Managed by friendly, friendly, and professional people. I highly recommend everyone a stay of a week or more!

I am delighted with our stay at Signora Nadia's apartment. The apartment has a great location , where it is close to the sea (10 minutes walk) and to popular shops like Lidl, Eurospin, MixMarkt. The apartment is in a private house , with its own fence and lighting at night. The interior is renovated, everything is clean and has everything you need: dishes, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a TV, a large bed with a good mattress. Also, the hostess was very attentive and gave me a separate bed additionally - thank you so much for that! We had a lovely time!! And we will definitely come back :) Thank you so much ! Hugs!

A beautiful apartment tastefully renovated, surrounded by greenery, within walking distance of the Casentino. The interiors are thoughtfully styled, welcoming, and functional. The large garden is perfect for relaxing, with breathtaking views of the surrounding hills. An oasis of peace and tranquility, away from the chaos. A stay to highly recommend!

I think this may be the nicest place we have ever stayed. The hosts were so friendly, interesting and kind. The house is glorious: it feels like home. The pool is heavenly and the park it is set in is beautiful, calm and shady. Heaven. 2 lovely local restaurants - we walked to both - serve genuine food in a friendly relaxed atmosphere. But we ate in a lot because the kitchen was big, comfy and fun to cook in. Completely wonderful stay, especially for anyone who really wants to sample the Italian way of life.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ricardo’s place! Pool was a lot of fun and there are some nice cities to visit in the area. Two things which are important to mention: The host is living directly at the house but that wasn’t really problem for us because he is really friendly and didn’t really have a problem with some music… There are some security cameras around on the property and one in the house, but we just covered the one in the house…. So in the end we had a great stay!

Very nice and big place. Lot's of things to do from pool to foosball table. Nice rooms and bathrooms, very clean, too. The only things that weren't perfect were Wi-Fi coverage and speeds, and some doors were really squeaky. Would definitely visit again!

We were delighted with our stay at Villa Moneti. The house is very beautiful, well furnished and clean. We appreciated the availability of the owners, always very responsive and pleasant. We highly recommend it for a quiet stay by the pool;)

Amazing Villa, with each en-suite bedroom and luxurious kitchen it was perfect for our stay. Great communication from the host prior to check in meant there was never any issues around where and when to check in.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautifully located villa! We were a group of six family members, and we made full use of both kitchens and living areas, the many outdoor seating/dining options, and the swimming pool. We spent much of our time there outdoors admiring the views and soaking it all in -- it was a wonderful place to relax for a week. Do know that there is no AC, but even in the heat wave we had it was not a big issue, as the nighttime breezes help cool the upstairs sleeping quarters (the main floor was always cool). It proved a great location for day trips to other towns/sites in the region and/or for walking into the town of Brisighella itself. Marco was very helpful with recommendations and tips.

We loved staying at Duccio’s beautifully restored farm in the middle of the Marche hills. The house provides stunning views on the hilly landscape in the quiet nature. The location is perfect to discover Urbino and Gubbio, and spend lovely days at the beach by the coast of beautiful Conero. Duccio and Marua are warm, friendly and very helpful hosts, we had a wonderful week in Marche !

We had a wonderful stay with our group of 12. The pool is really a gem, especially with the warm weather. Great agriturismo's in the neighborhood for food and even a free electric car charger at the supermarket down the road!

We were 4 adults and 6 kids away and we had a great holiday. The house is beautiful, cozy and authentic, and is located in the most beautiful mountainous surroundings. From the pool was the most amazing view to mountains, vineyards and private vegetable garden. The house was big and authentic, and had everything we needed. S gender and clean pool, lots of shade spots, and a lovely, cozy garden. Anna was great at responding to questions and check-in and checkout went smoothly. There was a ping-pong table, which was used extensively. Small cozy towns nearby with the necessary things - though too far to walk, as there is a long and steep gravel road leading up to the house. Cool in the house despite no air conditioning! Overall, we had a great holiday and we could no doubt come back 👍🏻

Amazing place, amzing pool , great people

During our stay in Modigliana we've had a great time with 3 collegues. The appartements were peacefull and still, the atmosphere is magic!

Great weeks stay, good value for money, house is a little run down and could do with new bathrooms (sinks didn’t drain, water pressure v. Low). Kitchen could be better equipped. House was full of character, Beautiful views, shared pool was lovely. None of the above would put me off going again, great location, fantastic restaurants and little towns within short drive. Easy and affordable train into Florence.

Villa Lamborghini is unique: it literally borders the sandy beach strip of Lido di Savio, and its location could not be more convenient for everything. The swimming pool is huge (hotel-sized!) and it is great to be able to come dipping into it straight from the beach, all very pleasant. We were a family of 7 in the upper floor, a large apartment with a superb sea-view balcony, ideal for all our meals outdoor. Both the kitchen and the rest of the house have everything we needed and more, and Silvana has been a great host. We look forward to coming back!

We had the greatest time at Nicoletta's little village in the mountains! It's beautifully perched against the mountains and has an amazing view over the valleys and surrounding forests. Because getting there was a bit tricky Nicoletta guided us to the house safe and sound. Once arrived, we found everything as described with an equipped kitchen, inviting and comfortable rooms and great outdoor spaces. The property offers many oportunities to eat outside, allowing to follow the sun as long as possible. Its also a great starting point for hikes in the surrounding mountains. Nicoletta was super accomodating regarding the check-out was the nicest host imaginable!

Great 1 week stay at this villa, 6 adults& 4 kids. Pool was great, beautiful surroundings, very nice towns nearby to visit (Urbino, Gradara, Pesaro++). Superfriendly host in Riccardo who was so helpful and kind assisting with dinner reservations, tips + organising a chef-at-home dinner.

Marina and Leonardo are always ready and responsive in their communications, very polite and super courteous. The villa is beautiful and really well maintained, especially the exteriors are taken care of in detail and very spacious , offorno great enjoyability and privacy being in a dominant position on the valley and without anyone around. They were able to recommend really deserving places and restaurants and were always available and super available for the duration of the stay. I wish them best for this Host adventure and hope to see them again soon for another relaxing stay in the spring with the usable pool!
