Beautiful farmhouse located in the peace of the woods a few kilometers from Camaldoli. The common spaces (kitchen and dining room) are large and functional for large groups of families. Beautiful interior fireplace, we enjoyed it in the autumn cold. Spacious and clean rooms. Ample outdoor space for children to play or do activities. You can walk directly from the farmhouse in the direction of Camaldoli in beautiful woods. Laura was kind, friendly and responsive, she gave us all the information to manage and walk around.

we were very satisfied with the place. Cesenatico was 20 minutes away on foot, the neighbors were very friendly and the apartment was tidy, and we also got bicycles from the hostess. we were very satisfied.

Essential and functional apartment. Very central location, of course you can hear a little bit of the noise of the pedestrian street life. Very courteous and proactive host. I had a good time.

Our stay was great. The apartment is located under pine trees and it was quiet. The apartment was clean, has everything you need and is very cozy. We enjoyed the terrace and pull-out sofa. The landlady was very friendly and welcomed us very spontaneously. We were, very pleased and would come back.

Large, comfortable apartment, a little dated in the fixtures. A few small amenities to improve, such as the lack of towels and a colander not suitable for 6 people, but overall very well. TV with decoder and therefore 2 remote controls, convenient indoor parking, air conditioning in the 3 rooms, tennis court and pool. The free beach is not far away. A pleasant vacation, it would be nice to be able to go back.

The parking under the house for only €1 is a real advantage, making arrival and departure extremely convenient. The cleanliness of the house is impeccable and the rooms are modern and well-kept, offering a pleasant and comfortable stay. A special applause to Ms. Paola, always available and friendly, who makes check-in a simple and welcoming experience. Staying here is a real pleasure! We stayed three weeks from Simona in the Peonia apartment. The enchanting place stands out for its absolute peace, cleanliness, well-kept spaces with indescribable love and dedication. Simona and Valentina are available in every aspect and at the same time know how to be discreet and never intrusive, which I really appreciated. They generously offered us their precious agricultural products and we were able to enjoy outdoor spaces in full freedom and privacy. The apartment is modern, functional and tasteful. The equipped kitchen, the spacious and cool room, the bathroom wonderful. A laundry room complete with a washing machine, clothesline and ice maker is available. Very comfortable parking with automatic gate...And then Simona's dogs are always well-behaved in place. We really loved the location immersed in the countryside, but close to the sea and the comfort of the pool and a quiet environment. Thank you for everything!
