Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Folkestone & Hythe District

The apartment was well located just outside the old town walls, and right near the cute square. Also near a carrefour which was convenient. The kitchen had coffee and there was plenty of room for the 4 of us. We really enjoyed our time in the area! The host helped us immediately with an issue too!

Joanne was so welcoming on our arrival and had the hot tub heated up ready for us to use. Everything you could think of was there for us to use. Unfortunately we had a very busy weekend planned and wished we could have spent more time at the location. We have our next visit booked already and can't wait to use this accommodation another time, spending more time chatting with Joanne and hopefully getting to see more wildlife in the garden.

Sam is very friendly, the accommodation is well located , we were able to do restaurants nearby with Sam's recommendation. Clean and very functional accommodation, there are games and amenities for children. You can park a few minutes away for free.

Great location. Walkable from station. Great apartment with balcony looking straight out to sea. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need from wine glasses to soup spoons. Key safe and keys worked first time! Lots of useful notes left with clear instructions and advice. Peter responded very quickly to any messages. Lovely!

We enjoyed the quiet location in the middle of nature. Especially the walks with our lively dog were stress-free. In Audinghen, three kilometers away, we found two very nice restaurants with good value for money. The nature is impressive, it is mostly hilly and there is often a fresh breeze. The bike paths between the fields are often gravel.

Great accommodation! Good location (15 min walk from the center of Boulogne) Very clean and very functional. Pascal is also very responsive and super welcoming, I recommend his accommodation without hesitation!

Room was clean and cost. We had a bit of trouble finding the place at first but the hosts were super helpful and patient.

We were lucky enough to have a family weekend away at Simon’s house . It was perfect, beautiful big bedrooms. Plenty of downstairs space. Parking was easy and the house was in a great location. Simon couldn’t have been more helpful, he was very responsive to messages and was super helpful with recommendations. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or stay there again x

What a fab place! Comfortable, easy to find and so stylish. Everything you could need or wish for including beer in the fridge 😁. Lots to do locally and convenient for Le Shuttle. Definitely coming back 🤩

Perfect for our family break.

The perfect AirBnB. It’s a home first, loads of space, well thought out mix of rooms and bed arrangements.. plenty of table space to eat, a good size lounge and fab outside with brick BBQ…. It’s not hotel- perfect and doesn’t need to be, because it’s well stocked with little extras, games for everyone, LEGO for the kids, beach stuff and parasols, sauces and spices and breakfast things in, even a bottle of Prosecco. Lisa’s comms were great, even down to requesting parking permits.. there were only 4 of us staying, but would have been fine for more… You can park outside, it’s a 7 min walk from the station, 15mins to the posh bit with bars and restaurants, and if feeling adventurous, you can walk the 25km Seven Sisters, taking in Beachy Head. Eastbourne itself has a great buzz about it, definitely up and coming and with a great food/pub/bar scene..

Very nice apartment in the middle of Wimereux. 4th floor with small roof terrace and sea views. Private parking and lockable space for the bicycles. Very friendly personal contact.

Second time we’ve stayed here due to being in prime location and the Airbnb being to a high standard of cleanliness. Anmol was once again a very helpful host and even more so as we booked it with such short notice.

Thanks to Ola and family for hosting, the annex at the side of the house was great, really modern with everything you need, kitchen, bathroom with shower, living room area, and all situated in a beautiful area in the countryside, about 20mins drive from Tunbridge. Highly Recommend.

If you’re looking for somewhere central this is a great choice! Very central. Shop opposite and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Excellent place to stay.
