Holiday rentals with breakfast in Folkestone & Hythe District

We cannot praise Karen and Dave’s studio highly enough. Their home is surrounded by fields of pear trees and a beautiful garden. The decor is tasteful, comfortable and every detail has been thought about. Most importantly, it was spotlessly clean. We were greeted on arrival by Karen, our host, who showed us around our studio and gifted us fresh milk and home-baked cookies. In the morning, Karen had left us more fresh milk for our coffee and we were welcome to sit in their delightful garden. And then the crowning glory, breakfast is included! We were shown into the breakfast room which overlooks the pear fields and a Norman church - stunning. And what a breakfast … sourdough break and cinnamon buns baked by Karen and a delicious breakfast cooked by hubby Dave. Better than you’d get in a five star hotel .. oh and there was granola, fresh fruit, Greek yoghurt and local apple juice. Thank you both for a really lovely stay.

Our stay was lovely and peaceful, exactly what we wanted from an escape from London. The local area is beautiful and it was so easy and inexpensive to get to from London. You can easily walk to Frant village centre on footpaths with the instructions that our host gave us. Gayle (Moppy) was so helpful and responsive and gave local recommendations before hand and during our trip.

Lovely little character Victorian terraced house, a short walk from the centre of Tunbridge Wells. Jen's communication was excellent and we really appreciated her flexibility regarding cehck-in. The sitting room was extremely cosy with the log burner alight, and the separate dining room with a good solid table was a bonus. The kitchen is compact but well-equipped and had everything we needed to cook an Easter roast! Both bedrooms are a good size for a cottage with comfortable beds and high quality bed-linen. I visited Canterbury with 6 of my friends. It was the perfect get away. Lewis’ place was exactly like the images and was walking distance from the city centre. It was also close to a park and a supermarket which made the stay even more convenient. We had a wonderful time. Lewis was also really accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had :)

Lovely spacious cottage matching description and photos. Town centre so easily walkable to the beach, high street and Deal’s many restaurants and bars. Janey’s cottage has everything you’d need if you want to cook, and the back garden is a lovely private sheltered space to spend time outdoors. Communication from Janey was friendly and helpful and it was easy to check in via the lockbox.

Another lovely stay at the Appartment! We just love it here. Dogs are happy, it's light bright and peaceful. I enjoy the large bed and quality towels and bed linens. Kitchen has everything you need. Plenty of sofa space to relax on and a kitchen table you can work at. You hear the music from the little bar below but it's not disturbing and not open every day so isn't a problem. Parking is also a very useful thing here. Can't wait to come and stay again!

We were very surprised by the size of the annex as it was much larger than we anticipated. The annex was very well appointed, extremely clean and comfortable. Chris and Linda had equipped the place to a very high standard. It felt very homely. The property is conveniently situated just off M20 in a quiet residential area. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

The house is lovely and has been imaginatively and attractively modernised to create a stylish and comfortable home. Access to a sauna and outside bath is an amazing addition, and the summer house at the bottom of the garden is a considerable bonus. The street and its surroundings are unexceptional but the beach is just a fifteen minutes walk away. We managed to park outside the house whenever we wanted to, but there are a lot of cars in the street and considerable manoeuvring is required to get in and out. I would certainly return.

Great location for old town and Turner Contemporary. Really nice second floor flat with views of beach. Clean and well appointed. Good bars and restaurants in easy walking distance. Kind of Sally to provide some essential vittles. Parking available close by at the Turner, 2 minutes walk away across the road. Excellent stay.

We had another wonderful long weekend in this beautiful bungalow with the most gorgeous surroundings and views. Our hosts were absolutely amazing, providing a well stocked hamper, an incredibly clean and comfortable home from home. Such a treat in a peaceful location, just lovely - thanks so much.

We had an amazing time staying here. The hosts were amazing, friendly, welcoming and very helpful. They sent us clear instructions for our stay and local shops and restaurants immediately following booking. Everything in the accommodation matched the description and photos, and was a lovely place to stay. The price was extremely good considering everything provided. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to rebook in future

We had a great evening in the Spa Suite, everything was very clean and the little touches make all the difference. A real relaxing break! Easy to access, close to Nausicaa, bakery 2 mins away, very responsive host, we recommend it!

We had a very pleasant stay in Jungle Fever! The apartment is nicely decorated, with an exotic and warm atmosphere, ideal for a couple's getaway. Very well located, close to amenities and places to visit. Everything was clean, thoughtful, and as advertised. Thank you for the welcome and this beautiful parenthesis! We'll be happy to come back!

Perfect destination for a long weekend 😀 Super clean, beautifully decorated flat literally 5 mins walk to the sea. Whitstable around a 25 minute flat walk along the coast road with ice cream parlours en route. Owners very helpful and left a lovely selection of treats including wine and a selection of baked goods. Everything thought of including toiletries, charging cables and cushions on the outdoor furniture. High quality of fixtures and fittings throughout. Absolutely loved the enclosed private garden with flowers and chirping sparrows. Close to restaurants, take aways or a nice M&S for eating in. Would recommend to anyone.

The studio is perfect for a short stay in Whitstable. It’s ideally located, literally across the road from the harbour and a couple minutes from the main shopping area, full of lovely little independent shops, restaurants and cafes. The studio has a lovely seaside, cottage vibe to it, which felt very cosy and relaxed. The main room and bathroom were both clean and very well maintained. My only slight niggle would be that the 10am checkout is a bit early, most check outs I’ve experienced are 11am but that may just be me being lazy :-) All in all I had a lovely time and I would definitely come back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to other people.

Staying with Niki was like visiting a long time friend. From the moment we arrived we instantly felt at home. She shared stories and recommendations and then left us to it. She cooked us amazing breakfasts, and was a pleasure to come back to after our days out. The place was really tidy and decorated beautifully, the bed was super comfy, and she made it extra special as she knew it was for our birthdays. We would absolutely recommend staying with Niki (and cheeky little Benji)!!

Jonathan was a great host. I booked a last minute stay, he made sure the place was pristine and ready within an hour. I ended up extending my stay, which was quick and easy to arrange with no fuss. The home is cosy and quirky. Breakfast was amazing! And made me feel right at home. I stayed there with my 5 month old daughter. There was plenty of space either side of the bed for a travel crib which was great. The electric car charger was another great perk. Highly recommend!

Frankly unbeatable! If this is available I couldn’t recommend more. Vivian is the best host. We needed accommodation for a wedding and Vivian kindly let us check in early and offered us a lift to the venue down the road. She also checked taxi prices before we got there for us and cooked us breakfast in the morning. The most attentive and kind host. I think you’ll struggle to find better on Airbnb! The bed was super comfy, very easy access and the room, although in the house, felt seperate to Vivian’s living area. Perfect for our stay and Vivian was an absolute star.

Words can’t describe how amazing Vicki’s Airbnb was. I was completely blown away with how good it was. Everything was clean and organised. Vicki provided a booklet with details of things around the area, transport info, information about the room. The stay was only 5 minutes away from the Loop & National Express Bus stop. Vicki was really accommodating and responsive. I was a bit hesitant asking for an iron but Vicki quickly rushed home and provide one within 20 or so minutes. If I could stay for longer I would and I was definitely book again when I come back to Margate. I told my partner, “I’m not exaggerating but this is one of the best Airbnb’s/hotels I’ve been to” and she agreed.

Caroline is a very attentive and engaging host. Her cottage is immaculate and the bedroom was very well appointed with an extremely comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious, the home made bread a delight. I would recommend Caroline and her house as a place to stay in the beautiful, quiet countryside of East Sussex.

Jan’s place is just lovely, set in beautiful countryside and stunning gardens. Peaceful and quiet. Super generous continental breakfast. Comfy huge SK bed. We enjoyed interacting with Badger the dog too. Thanks for a great stay Jan.
