Lovely 3 night stay at Joanne’s Ahoy There apartment in Hythe. Joanne was great with brilliant instructions/Guide/Recommendations. Lovely front outlook overlooking playing fields. 1min walk from Hythe beautiful seafront with Prom all the way to Folkestone. 5min walk from Royal Military Canal. 10-15min walk from town where lots restaurants n bars for all tastes can be found.

I had a very enjoyable stay at Alex & Virginia's flat. It really is a home from home. Everything is as described and it is very comfortable and also very stylish. It's a short walk to the seafront and doesn't take very long to walk to the centre of Folkestone for restaurants and pubs. Alex and Virginia are very responsive to questions too. I only stayed for 3 nights but would have been quite happy staying for longer!

Wonderful flat at a great location, with very short walking distance to central Folkestone. Beautiful, airy, clean and comfortable, with all amenities you could ask for. Since it was raining when I was there, I didn’t use the garden, but would have otherwise, very nice area. Would love to come back!

The apartment is very nice, tastefully decorated. We felt right at home! Nothing is missing in terms of equipment, point +++. Bedding is great! The location is ideal, making it easy to visit Hastings and the surrounding area on foot or by transport and combining the calm and proximity of the city center. Madelaine has always been responsive and the welcome was very pleasant and facilitated by the explanations and advice given on site. The little touches on our arrival are a real plus! It's good to know that the noises and footsteps from upstairs can be heard, but Madelaine & her husband have always been very respectful and these noises are therefore not annoying. Thanks ☺️

We really loved this stay. we had a friendly welcome, enjoyed the decoration of the room and parlour and comfort of the beds. we got a vet friendly reception and great local advice and recommendations too. Ramsgate was lovely and this area very quiet. transport around here is very good too. we walked to Margate and got the train back. Preferred Ramsgate to Margate and Broadstairs!

A lovely annex with bedroom/lounge and separate kitchen and shower room. Peaceful location but walking distance to the center.

Ruben's place is just a few minutes from the station so very convenient. It is not too far to walk to the harbour and beach, we got around easily on foot. The place itself was very big and it was really nice not having a TV so we didn't have a distraction on an evening. Beds were also really comfy. Ruben was easy to get in touch with and we tried a few of his recommendations, which were really good. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

A lovely annexe with everything we needed. The annexe was spotless and cosy with a nice view of Alaine’s garden. We were only there overnight and it was perfect to get to our early morning booking on the Shuttle which was only ten minutes away. Communication with Alaine was great and it was good to meet her when we checked in. Would recommend and we would stay again.

This was my first time staying at Shore Thing although not my first to Sandgate as I have family in the area. The flat which is comfortable and homely is conveniently situated just a very short walk to the beach and walkable to both Folkestone & Hythe plus also close to a bus stop for both areas or further a field. Sandgate is well served for coffee and eating places and other shops including excellent corner shop for any provisions. Georgina is very responsive and welcoming and I throughly recommend Shore Thing for a short break.

Can thoughrely recommend Jenny's place, both Jenny and Tim are very friendly. Patio overlooking the sea and sea views from the bedroom, very generous welcome pack and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and more, the lounge was spacious with comfy couches and the bedroom had plenty of clothes hangers and the bed was super comfy, including the pillows,. Every where was super clean, we didn't really want to leave, but,of course, it was time to move on., can thoughrely recommend Jenny' and Tim's place.

We spent three nights in the apartment and had a fantastic stay. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and was exactly like it looked on the website. The location is right on the seafront and affords uninterrupted views from the balcony across the beach and out to sea. We found the choice of good restaurants a bit limited in Ramsgate, but Broadstairs is a great option and only a 10 minute drive away. Overall, we had a great break and would highly recommend.

We were in Hastings to catch Jack Dee and only booked one night. Tanya is really great to communicate with responsive and friendly. Finding and getting in is easy. The communal hallway/ stairs are tatty but my lord it doesn’t matter when you see the view from the living room. It’s absolutely stunning. The flat is spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen is cute and all you need. The bedroom is large, so quiet we had such a good sleep. Wish we had booked longer as I could stare out at the sea for hours! Great flat! Would not hesitate to stay again.

Sarah was an amazing host, very responsive and managed to arrange parking for us on the street beforehand. Was a very comfortable weekend stay for me and my family including the dog!

This apartment is stunning with the best view of the beach. It’s very spacious and modern. Van was very responsive and accommodating. There’s a lot of balcony and roof terrance space which would have been better enjoyed if the weather had been warmer. We had a very relaxing and lovely long weekend stay.

My friends and I had a great stay! The place had everything we needed, the beds were really comfortable, and the hot tub was a perfect touch that made our trip even more special. The host was friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Joanne was so welcoming on our arrival and had the hot tub heated up ready for us to use. Everything you could think of was there for us to use. Unfortunately we had a very busy weekend planned and wished we could have spent more time at the location. We have our next visit booked already and can't wait to use this accommodation another time, spending more time chatting with Joanne and hopefully getting to see more wildlife in the garden.

Pretty much everything about Michelle’s place exceeding expectations - the location is fantastic, we loved her style and we had everything we needed and more for a wonderful stay. Particularly to note the wonderful shower - lots of hot water and good water pressure particularly important when travelling with children and staying within spitting distance of so much sand! The only problem was that one night wasn’t long enough - we won’t make that mistake next time. I really can’t believe how low the cost is of this place - half of what other properties like this charge. 10 out of 5 for value for money. Thank you so much for such a great seaside escape, can’t wait to come back.

We had a great evening in the Spa Suite, everything was very clean and the little touches make all the difference. A real relaxing break! Easy to access, close to Nausicaa, bakery 2 mins away, very responsive host, we recommend it!

We had a very good stay, the accommodation is very well arranged, nice decor, cozy. Facing the sea, the top. Have a good disconnect!
