A very convenient location for the attractions of Folkestone: with James' help, there was always available on-street parking at no cost. The apartment is functional and attractive, which is rather how I would like myself to be described by my wife. Everything worked as expected, and not being distracted by TV sets all over the place worked as a relaxing novelty.

Perfect stay close to the sea. Loved the sunny kitchen overlooking the pretty garden. Easy walk to Walmer station and Deal. Lots of local area info including recommendations for places to visit, restaurants and more. Well stocked books and dvds. Excellent communication and quick to respond. Loved our stay, would stay again :)

I had a really lovely stay! Paul was really responsive over message and flexible in letting me drop luggage and check in early as the flat was ready due to an early check out. The flat is so well stocked and Paul goes above and beyond, supplying bread, milk eggs, cereals etc and the bathroom is stocked with everything you need should you forget anything. Location is very near the train station and St Leonards and Hastings is lovely. I found a lot of things were closed on a Sunday or Monday but there was still a lot to wander around and I loved the peacefulness.

This is a beautifully located flat with a stunning view of the beach, just in the middle of everything. The flat was impeccably clean and simply furnished. The kitchen was very well equipped and the bed comfy. The only disadvantage was that it was very warm even at the end of May. Sara provided fans, but there didn’t appear to be a window to open in the bedroom. We would love to go back to it though as it was lovely in every other respect

Everything was as described and clean. Communication with Pierre is very straightforward. We will be happy to come back :)

We used Charlotte’s place as a base whilst exploring Canterbury and the Kent coast. Conveniently located, it was a comfortable stay and we’d recommend this Airbnb. Thanks again to Charlotte for her helpful instructions and for the stay.

Gorgeous flat with a stunning view. Couldn’t have asked for a better few days by the sea!

Location was very important as we did not have a car and could walk to it friends place, restaurants and cafes.

David was a superb host, providing detailed recommendations alongside clear instructions to locate the property. The location of the property is unbeatable. Just a short 20 second walk from the front door of the property and you're on the private beach! My morning cup of coffee never felt so relaxing. Woke up early to catch the sunrise which was a fantastic view! Just what I needed... a peaceful few days away from the hustle and bustle of normality. Thanks for a great stay, David!

We were fortunate enough to spend 4 days / 3 nights here with our 2 little ones and the apartment was the perfect base for our mini break. The apartment is beautifully presented and offered enough space for us. The decor is fab, giving off a very relaxed vibe. Location wise - you cannot be any closed to the beachfront, pier , bars and cafes. A perfect spot for a mini-break! Thanks also to Amanda for being communitive and helpful throughout our stay.

Nice and relaxing place. Very well equipped especially the kitchen area. Welcoming big basket, even milk and butter in the fridge and ice cream. A little bit more cleaning needed and carpets especially. But a great ans beautiful place to stay, very friendly and communicative hosts.

We stayed here for three nights for a local half marathon. The apartment could not be anymore ideally located, with shops, bars, the park and the Castle all right outside the front door. Despite the central location we never felt it was noisy at all, even though we stayed during the weekend. superb little apartment and absolute perfect for one or two people. Communication with the owner was superb and they couldnt have been anymore helpful. We visit the town on a regular basis and will definitely look to stay again.

well arranged and clean accommodation, the bedding is good, it is very well equipped, carefully decorated by the activities of the children and grandchildren of the family, the living room and very large as the outside, easy arrival and effective communication, we will come back
