Holiday rentals with a patio in Florence

Our family of 5 greatly enjoyed our stay in Florence! We were immediately greeted by Marco who showed us around the Airbnb and offered many other fantastic restaurant and experience recommendations. He continued to be at our disposal our whole stay, and even helped make us dinner reservations, which was very helpful. The Airbnb was very clean, spacious, had a beautiful balcony, and was walkable to the rest of the city !!

Everything was just as stated in the listing. Excellent appartement, helpful and easy-to-reach host. Pretty quiet neighborhood also. Two supermarkets right down the street - an all-in-all excellent stay.

Siamo state solo una notte per il concerto di Vasco. Posizione ideale tra stazione e Arena, uno dei pochi che non ha aumentato a dismisura i prezzi. Locali puliti e perfetti. Grazie ancora per la meravigliosa esperienza!

Fiquei um pouco mais de um mês e foi uma ótima estadia! Mercado 7 min a pé, ponto de ônibus perto, centro da cidade uma boa caminhada de 45 min. Apartamento igual das fotos, anfitriã Elisa sempre respondia com prontidão. Só tive problema com o freezer que eu tinha que descongelar pois produzia muito gelo e com geladeira que abaixava a temperatura sozinha e como eu guardava insulina ficava preocupada, mas já avisei a anfitriã e com certeza ela verificará. Uma boa estadia para quem prefere ficar fora do centro turístico.

L' appartamento è situato vicino alle Cascine, 5 Min a piedi dalla Tramvia per il Centro. É piccolo ma ha tutto per sentirsi bene e la posizione é ideale per visitare Firenze. Per noi poi perfetto per il Concerto alla Visarno Arena raggiungibile a piedi. il check era senza complicazioni e Marta molto disponibile a lasciarci fare anche il Checkout tardi, abbiamo apprezzato di non dover lasciare la appartamento subito alle 11.00 ma in pomeriggio...evitando così di stare in città al caldo visto che il nostro bus partiva la sera. Torneremo!

David’s place was very nice and clean. It’s in a great location for walk ability to all the major attractions and “hot” spots. Also very close to the train station which is a very big plus if you are traveling by train. We had a slight hiccup with the AC but David was very responsive and had the issue fixed super fast! He was also very quick to respond if I had concerns or questions! Would stay again!

This apartment is a great place to stay when visiting Florence, the location is perfect right next to the main train station, bus stops and walkable to the main historical sites within around 10 minutes. It was a wonderful stay in this modern apartment perfect for our small group. Ground floor so ideal after a long day of site seeing. The apartment was very clean, the kitchen area was lovely and had everything we needed for our stay. Tomasso met us for check-in and explained everything really well, really appreciated his list of recommendations.

This was a great place to stay while visiting Florence. Alice had great recommendations for dining. The grocery store and public transportation was conveniently located. The apartment was very nicely decorated.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella villa per un week end fra amici. La posizione é perfetta per raggiungere Firenze in pochi minuti. L'alloggio é incantevole, con tutti i comfort a disposizione per passare un soggiorno memorabile. L'host é stato da subito disponibile e gentile e pronto ad accogliere le nostre richieste!

Incredible townhouse located just a few kilometers from the busy city center. It was nice to be able to sit out and relax in the private courtyard. The large kitchen was fully equipped and there were even coffee pods and small cakes available on the counter. Tom's communication was detailed and very responsive. We felt completely at home the moment we entered. Excellent value for the price, thank you, Tom!

Great place for peace, quiet and beautiful mountain view from the private garden of this historic chapel. Our hosts, Titti and Antonio, were attentive and extremely helpful in our brief moment of crisis with our rental car issue. We had a beautiful time and a wonderful stay! We highly recommend this gorgeous property for your personal sanctuary with nature.

Apartamento muito organizado, com excelente estrutura, tudo em ótimas condições. A localização é muito boa para se visitar os arredores. Maddalena nos deu ótimas dicas, Bem central fácil de ir a qualquer lugar na Toscana. Ideal para 1 casal. Recomendo.

The main thing is Nada' s attention to every communication you sent, she responds the same day. Anything you asks for within reason, you get from Nada. It was a new experience for us in Tuscany but her property is combiniently located within 40 minutes to an hour and 30 from all the Tuscany turistic places.

A unique space, the apartment has real art downstairs in an open plan kitchen / lounge area, opening up to a beautiful garden with large pool and views of the rolling hills (the photos don’t quite do it justice!). Comfy bed, air conditioned, washing machine included and all the amenities we needed - we made good use out of the bialetti! Bianca was very responsive and even helped with wine tasting recommendations. We absolutely loved our stay. Definitely don’t miss out on this place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Piękna okolica, idealne miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania Toskanii. Super miejsce dla rodzin z dziećmi (dostępne łóżeczko dla dzieci, a nawet barierka do łóżka dla dzieci które śpią z rodzicami 😉). Nicolo odpowiadał na wszystkie nasze potrzeby, a samo mieszkanie oddaje w pełni toskański klimat 😀 bardzo polecamy!

L’alloggio di Caterina è un vero gioiellino, io l’ho scelto per necessità lavorative e mi sono trovato veramente bene. Pulito ,ordinato, dotato di tutti i confort necessari. É servito molto bene dagli autobus che ti collegano con il centro, ha vicino molti supermercati bar e ottime pasticcerie. Veramente ottima esperienza!

We absolutely loved this place. The rooftop balcony was amazing and had the best view of the Duomo. We loved spending our mornings and evenings sitting there. It was a nice location because it was a 15 minute walk to the Duomo so you could be in the heart of Florence quickly, but were able to be out in a quieter area when you wanted to get away. There was a very nice cafe near that we enjoyed coffee and pastries at every morning. Jonny and Michelle were very attentive to anything we needed during our stay. They even were able to accommodate an early check-in so we weren't stuck dragging around our luggage for hours. If we were back in the area, I would book again!

We absolutely loved this Airbnb! The location was perfect - walkable to everything in Florence. The host was very quick to respond and very polite. The apartment itself is very spacious, clean, modern and great for a group of 6. It is a lot of stairs - this was actually a positive thing for us, as we needed a little exercise to burn off all of the pizza consumption haha. But be prepared that you will need to get your suitcases up / down the stairs. Overall we loved this spot and definitely would book it again!

Everything was excellent. The only issue is the air condition, it was not cooling and the weather was hot .

Deanna warmly welcomed us into her beautiful home in the heart of Florence. Communication with her was effortless throughout our stay. The apartment was spotless and incredibly spacious for four people, with two separate bedrooms. The bed was absolutely divine! The location couldn’t be more convenient—just a short walk from the train station and all of Florence’s iconic landmarks. We would gladly stay here again on our next visit. Grazie mille, Deanna!

La posizione è super centrale L’appartamento, anche se di dimensioni contenute, è ben organizzato, accogliente e curato nei dettagli. Pulitissimo e silenzioso. We absolutely loved staying at Carolina’s place. Perched above the beautiful Tuscan valley, it was a dream come true. Each day we explored a new walking trails and usually landed in Greve. There were grocery shopped and enjoyed excellent cappuccino and gelato. We didn’t have a car and that allowed us to walk more and explore this beautiful area more deeply. No need to go elsewhere. (We used a service called Connecto that picked us up at the airport and brought us straight to Montefioralle. We also pre booked our return trip.) Carolina’s place was beautiful and clean, plus the kitchen was well out fitted for all the cooking we enjoyed. We hope to return next year. Thank you Carolina!

Alessandra’s apartment is in a fantastic location. She met us during check in and provided recommendations on local attractions and food options. She was very responsive and even coordinated our taxi ride back to the train station at the end of our stay. Highly recommended.
