Holiday rentals with a patio in Fließ

Beatrice was extremely helpful and very responsive. She helped with tips for the area, The apartment was well placed for our day trips. Had a lovely view. And apartment was clean. The rain did put a little damper but Beatrice cant be faulted for that :-) We had a lovely time in Wenns. One thing to note was parking in the allotted spot may be a challenge if you drive an SUV or MPV., especially if there were other cars parked. We drove an Skoda Octavia. We managed though. Want to thank Beatrice for her warm hospitality and kind consideration. Thank you!

We're not sure where to begin, but Bettina's spot in Innsbruck was the home for our visit. Nestled at the top of the city near Nordkette, you are seeing breathtaking views each moment of the day. Alongside this, you are right next to the mountain gondola that can take you all the way to the top or down to the city below. On top of this, the home was excellent. Modern appliances, large space, and perfect for a couple getaway, we enjoyed resting in this place between all of our travels. Lastly, this place wouldn't be as good as it is without the kindness from Bettina and Jason. We met them both on our first day there, and Bettina gave us a great tour of the home, and offered to help us with anything we needed. She provided great recommendations in the city for us, and it was nice to know we had a local source for things to do! I couldn't recommend this place enough if you are traveling through Innsbruck. Thank you, Bettina!

The apartment was furnished to a high standard, stylish and very well equipped – we really enjoyed cooking ourselves. The view from the kitchen and balcony was simply fantastic! The entire residential complex was well-maintained and quiet, the location central and safe. Everything you need was nearby: supermarkets, nice cafes within walking distance and many beautiful excursion destinations in the area. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, all instructions were clear, feedback came quickly. In short: We felt completely comfortable and would love to come back. Absolute recommendation and a big thank you to Marco as host. :)

We had two very nice days as a stopover on our trip to Italy and can highly recommend the accommodation. We were warmly welcomed by Michaela and her husband. The special hospitality has continued throughout our stay. There is not only one highlight, but several: a modern apartment furnished with great attention to detail, a breathtaking view from the terrace, various seating and lounging facilities and an infinity pool overlooking the mountains. The apartment is absolutely clean and the bread service is highly recommended. As a family with a toddler, there was nothing missing. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful week in Mötz. The apartment is ideally located for activities in the mountains and is well equipped. The view from the balcony is fantastic and the rest of the apartment is very spacious. Ursula is an extremely lovely and courteous hostess and we would come back anytime!

The house and surroundings are beautiful. We had plenty of room and were very comfortable. The host’s were friendly, responsive, and helpful. They were 6 of us on business trip and we all hope to come back with our families!

We were in Innsbruck for a workation and had a few really nice days here. The accommodation is very well equipped and has enough space for 5-6 people. Unfortunately, we did not have such good weather and therefore could not use the outdoor areas properly, but in good weather the various balconies are certainly also a highlight. In addition, communication with Heidi and Ria was optimal, we always received a quick and friendly response. We can definitely imagine spending a few more days here.

We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The property is very cozy and homely. We had the peace we had hoped for in the midst of this great landscape. Selma was available whenever we needed her, but she was also discreet. Although the apartment is in the same house, it still feels very private. We can really highly recommend this accommodation and we would always come back here for a vacation.

Andreas was very helpful with information about the location. Nikolett was very friendly and responsive. It’s a very peaceful area and a nice place to stay.

We loved Carolin's space - specially the nice balcony area with nice views of the mountains. It was extremely clean, made us feel welcome and cozy and had a lot of space to enjoy a comforting day after being on the mountains. Carolin was always very attentive and flexible - it was simply smooth and great. I wish I could have stayed there longer :) will come back

Beautiful cozy apartment where everything you need is there. By car to the ski resort to Ischgl 30 minutes without traffic jams and with parking guarantee. We enjoyed our stay! In summer, it is also wonderful with the spacious terrace and the gigantic view.

We just felt comfortable! The apartment is cozy and nicely decorated. Everything you need is there! Plenty of room for two. The many windows and the protected balcony make the attic apartment bright and friendly. Despite snow and low temperatures, we were able to sit on the balcony in the sun at times.
