the place was great. you might consider having the directions written in English because the translation led to some confusion. but I figured it out and it had everything I needed. And the view was heavenly!

Our stay was perfect, the apartment is great, you overlook the Inn Valley and look forward to being greeted by the cows and the cat every time. The family is super sweet and helpful. If you have a car to get to the mountain, it is a highly recommended accommodation!

A great place to stay. Deniz communicated clearly and always responded quickly. The apartment is in a beautiful location ideal for exploring the whole area. There is everything that you need in the apartment to make your stay easy and all the equipment and furnishings are of the highest quality. We met the hosts who were extremely friendly and welcoming. Would not hesitate to recommend kaiserfleckerl if you are looking to stay in the Tirol region.

We had a great stay. The apartment is very large and stylish. You don't need anything, the amenities are great! The ski bus runs right outside the door, the apartment is clean and large and you don't need anything. The communication with Melanie was super pleasant and always friendly. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The property is very cozy and homely. We had the peace we had hoped for in the midst of this great landscape. Selma was available whenever we needed her, but she was also discreet. Although the apartment is in the same house, it still feels very private. We can really highly recommend this accommodation and we would always come back here for a vacation.

we stayed with 3 people in the apartment. The sofa bed with topper is a great place to sleep for the 3rd and possibly 4th person. Everything is present in the apartment and it is very clean. A perfect stay for skiing in Seefeld. Also nice base for hiking in the karwendel area. Jan responds quickly and is friendly. Great price-quality ratio.

The internet is fast and reliable, and there’s a comfortable desk for working. The apartment is bright, warm, and cozy, with everything thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. The balcony offers a beautiful view, and the location is ideal. A large InterSpar supermarket is just a 7-minute walk away, and a scenic trail along waterfalls is only 5 minutes from the door. There are also cafes and small restaurants nearby. The host is fantastic—kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with any questions, not just about the apartment. A bus stop is within walking distance, and the town itself is charming, with everything you need for a comfortable life. I highly recommend this apartment for remote work, relaxation, or long-term stays. It truly feels like home.

Our stay in Erika’s place was incredible. Her home had everything we needed from towels to pots and pans. She responded quickly, was very kind, and helped with local recommendations. She even helped dry our ski boots. The place was perfect and we would recommend, 10/10!
