The house is idyllically located, away from the village on the Glitterberg (1250 meters above sea level) in a very sunny location with a beautiful view of the mountains. The village center is a 10-minute drive away. The See ski resort can be reached in 10 minutes and Ischgl in 25 minutes by car. Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.
