Beach house holiday rentals in Fire Island

There’s so much to love about this charming open plan beach cottage! We especially enjoyed the water views, hearing the birds, and eating on the breezy porch. It was sparkling clean and stocked with everything you’d need, from comfortable beds and towels to many thoughtful essentials like hand and dish soaps, tea and coffee pods, paper towels/toilet paper, and shampoo/conditioner. Eileen is a gracious and responsive host — she was particularly understanding when we had to reschedule our visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Eileen, and we hope to return!

Great weekend stay with some friends. Great location close to ferry as well as the beach. We loved the space and would definitely come back again and recommend to others.

We had a great stay! Incredible one-of-a-kind view over the marsh. We saw so many different beautiful sea birds and an incredible sunset. Very short walk from the beach. Great place to stay with young kids. Well stocked kitchen with supplies and basic seasonings. Would return! Very cozy great family getaway! There are extensive requirements for clean up upon check out.

Lovely gem, right in new haven, You get a beach built into the house, lovely sand. You get the peaceful surrounding and a great house with great amenities to enjoy like a firepit, a kids slide & swing and a barbeque. You get the ability to order in food from any variety of restaurant from new haven. You get a nice host that helps you all along the way All in all great choice for a relaxing walkaway.

I had the most amazing stay at this Airbnb beach house. The views were absolutely immaculate, turning every moment into a picture perfect scene. The property was not only impeccably clean but also radiated a sense of peacefulness that immediately helped me disconnect from the hustle of daily life. Every detail was thoughtfully curated from the comfortable bedding that guaranteed a night of uninterrupted sleep to the high quality toiletries that added a touch of luxury to my routine. The well-equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals whenever I wished, and the fast WiFi ensured that I could seamlessly blend work and leisure as needed. A true highlight was the friendly welcome with a customized snack basket that set a warm, personal tone right from the start. Additional amenities, such as a cozy fireplace perfect for evening gatherings, stylish decor that elevated the overall ambiance, and easy access to local attractions, truly made my stay unforgettable. Great and responsive host. Home was lovely and we felt welcome. Host responded quickly to questions and requests. The home was very peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio and pool area. I would recommend for a peaceful time away from the city.

Great home base for our friend group to share some time together with awesome water views! We enjoyed some of the rustic touches and open-concept kitchen and dining space.

We loved staying at this home - it was the perfect place for our group of ten. The outdoor space was definitely the highlight, with the pool & spa being our favorite part of the trip. The only thing to note is that we weren’t supplied quite enough toilet paper or paper towels, though I did not reach out for more - It was the last evening when we ran out and we were leaving early the next morning. The trash requirements were a surprise after booking, but going to the transfer station was easy enough, and it is listed on the house rules. Overall, an excellent stay and would absolutely return!

Daniel’s home was absolutely wonderful. Myself and my guests felt right at home, and we enjoyed every amenity of the home. His communication was great, and we would be happy to stay again with him/his property!

We had a wonderful girls weekend at Allana’s house by the sea! When we had a small incident with the keypad, Allana was quick to answer my call and resolve the issue no problem. Everything was clean and beautiful! We especially enjoyed the screened in porch in the back to enjoy our meals. The view from the master bedroom and deck is incredible! We highly recommend and will be back!

Ben is a super host. His home is absolutely beautiful and well managed. His thoughtful recommendations and well timed check ins and reminders were the height of polished professionalism. We felt right at home, down to the bins of toys in the living room that our toddler and baby played with every day.

We we’re going to Port Jefferson for a family wedding. Our Airbnb was perfectly situated. There is a pool area that we never used because we just didn’t have time. But it looked very inviting. The town of Port Jefferson had plenty of nice restaurants and shops. This house was perfect for our situation. We had six adults, all family members.

Christine's place was nice and clean! We especially loved the fire pit and the pool. Upon arrival of the AirBNB Christine was waiting to meet us and show us around. This was something that was new to me in my AirBNB experience, but it was honestly so nice and so was she! Christine let me know that I could communicate with her for anything that was needed and asked for recommendations to make her place better. This place was so well-equipped, close to everything and it comfortably fit me and my 6 other friends! I would definitely book again with Christine.

The Coastal Oasis was perfect for a weekend girls trip! The house was spotless and had a very cozy feel to it. Bedrooms were large with lots of closet space. It was the perfect home for coastal getaway!

Chelsea and Brooks’ home was absolutely perfect for our little family. It was a perfect escape from the city - the house is very remote feeling, private, and quiet but also only a 3-4 minute drive into town where there are a ton of great restaurants and shopping. Our son loved the yard, the “playroom” (downstairs), swings, and all the toys. It was awesome not having to pack everything for him, as they really had it all! It made for such an easy trip. The house looked exactly like the photos and was extremely clean and organized - we really enjoyed every aspect of it. Couldn’t recommend enough! Thank you!

As a native long islander I enjoy finding great properties I can bring my family to to take advantage of all long island has to offer. This was the DREAMIEST beach bungalow!! The bedroom with the two beds was just my favorite room especially since we visited off season. You cannot beat this location. I can't wait to book again during high season! Well-appointed and beautiful new property with space for a family of four to spread out and feel comfortable. We greatly appreciated the beach chairs and towels and beach pass so that we could enjoy the private beach access down the road. The board games and family-friendly downstairs space was also a wonderful addition! Chris was an incredibly friendly and responsive host; I was comfortable asking questions at anytime during our stay.

Had a truly amazing stay! House was exactly as pictured and was perfect for sleeping 8 people comfortably. Perfect location in between the beach and the town. Host was incredibly accommodating and very responsive. Outdoor roof space was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Highly recommend!!

What a great place to stay! Beautiful view from the house, which was also gorgeous. Well decorated and clean! A short drive into town where there are a ton of great restaurants. Loved how easy it was to get to the beach from here as well.

Primael’s home was beautiful! It was exactly how it was described, but even nicer. The house has everything you need (kitchen fully stocked with plates/Tupperware, glasses, appliances, grill & grilling utensils, towels for beach and home, robes, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc.). The backyard was amazing and the pool was great. It was a wonderful stay.
