Monthly Rentals in Ffryes Beach

Alyson and Tony are wonderful hosts. We made a stop at grocery store en route and he met us there to guide us to the house, which is an an primo location in a nice neighborhood. Upon arrival he and Alyson were very welcoming and extremely helpful. The house is exactly as described and depicted - great living area and kitchen downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. The private yard made for excellent security and the tropical foliage was so cool, especially with the well-maintained plunge pool that we used often. On our first night we walked down to the excellent Fox House restaurant. While dining on the porch a big downpour came. A little while later Alyson arrived to check that we were ok and not caught in it. Her thoughtfulness and kind heart did not go unnoticed. The best is that the house is so close to several spectacular beaches. We liked Darkwood the best of them. Jolly Harbour is just a mile or so away, too. Thanks Alyson and Tony for making our stay so wonderful!

We just returned from our one week stay at Kenneth’s. It was a return visit to Kenneth’s after 9 years! The apartment is everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The mountain and water views are magnificent, the location is perfect and Kenneth and his family are kind and friendly and make you feel welcomed from the moment you arrive. We traveled the whole island and Darkwood beach is by far our favorite spot. We look forward to a return visit one day soon!

Silvia is a friendly and responsive host. We were met with a lovely warm welcome. The apartment was as described, with plenty of place for two, and well equipped for our stay. The highlight of our stay had to be the most incredible views from the balcony where you could watch the sun setting every evening. No photos prepared us for that. Our experience of exploring the area - Epicurean supermarket, 20min walk well stocked and with a hot food counter as well. Sun Fusion the closest restaurant, had a local menu which was good, and we also enjoyed the ice cream selection they had. Valley Church Beach was approx a 10 min walk, Ffyes Beach 15 mins (our favourite in the area) and we did walk to Darkwood Beach 25 mins (but wouldn't recommend as it's a long walk in the heat and on a relatively busy road side. ) The local buses were easy and inexpensive to use, and we used them to get to St Johns. However if you wish to travel further, I would recommend hiring a rental car.
