Holiday rentals in Saint Mary

Wonderful villa, beautiful views, gorgeous pool, lots of space, nicely furnished, beautifully clean, very well kitted out. Had a few issues at beginning but hosts v responsive and keen to sort quickly. Would have been great to have an information booklet / folder with practical info about the villa but also recommendations / opinions about restaurants, beaches, excursions etc. The hosts were very helpful - but just useful to have this kind of thing in any accommodation you stay in. It was a shame about the construction noise - beyond their control I know. Mainly it was in the distance but sometimes it was enough to send us to the beach rather than relaxing at the villa. In the main though a wonderful villa which we all enjoyed being in and particularly the beautiful views during the day and at sunset 🌅 - thank you Patrick and the team for all your help.

Beautiful home, very private, less than 5 minutes from the beach (walk one block), and the beach itself feels almost private -- no crowds, barely anyone when we were there. If you are looking for a 5-star luxury hotel, this isn't it. But if you are looking for privacy, relaxation, and enough room to fit a family or a group of friends then Marsha's home could be just what you want. Jolly beach (and its supermarket and restaurants) is 15 minutes away by car. English Harbour is about 40 minutes away. Definitely rent a car (you can park in the gated driveway). Side note here -- driving in Antigua can be a bit annoying: roads are narrow, no shoulders, no markings, and full of potholes, so stay sharp. Drivers are super nice, however, and will always move to let you pass. Back to the house, you have everything there that you actually need. Sheryl was very prompt and super helpful with all the questions we had!

Centrally located on the island so easily accessible to many places. The apartment was compact but perfect for two people with many thoughtful touches such as coffee, milk, some breakfast items and bathroom/cleaning products which was much appreciated! The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed looking at the art in the garden and studio. The verandah and the comfy bed was a real highlight for us and was very nice to have apple TV with Netflix available. If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs as the place is near a busy road with traffic starting early.

We had a wonderful time in Andrews Sugar Cottage. It is very nice cottage in a calm setting surrounded by a green garden and jungle sounds. We didnt meet him or his assistant in person but the communication and service was flawless - we were even greeted with a fruit basket and a starter pack, thanks! We enjoyed the big terrace a lot and are already looking back to evenings just waiting for the sun to go down and listening to the island sounds. There is also the lovely house dog Mango - very friendly and attentive. There are also other dogs in this area so there is some barking going on during the day. Be aware of the mosquitos and get used to carry the provided mosquito bats along. You will also need a car to get to all the beaches, restaurants and sights. We highly recommend the cottage for people who want to stay away from the big resorts and feel more like a local. We loved it and would definitely book again. This place is a hidden gem. Darryl and Daff are extremely kind and interesting hosts. Their stories about the island, the people and the culture are very insightful and make the exploration of the island much more interesting. The location is the best possible one on the island : we had access to all the best beaches , just in close distance. Watching the blue water and the sunset from the balcony was our favorite part. We were having coffee in the morning while watching the humming birds flying around the blooming flowers in front of the balcony. The house has everything that we needed and even more: the beach beds, the snorkeling gears.. they have thought of every detail to make our stay easy and enjoyable. It was one of the best places that we have stayed so far. Thank you, guys. We will be back.

I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at Cammile’s place. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and always accessible. There was even a moment when I thought I misplaced my key late at night, and she responded quickly and calmly, which I truly appreciated as a first-time Airbnb guest. The location is one of the biggest highlights, it’s right in the centre of the island, so getting around was a breeze. Most places I wanted to visit were only about a 30-minute drive away, which made exploring super convenient. The space itself was clean, quiet, and peaceful, with no disturbance from neighbors. Both Cammile and her daughter were respectful of my privacy, yet responsive whenever I reached out for assistance or information. The value for money was definitely there. I felt right at home. Thank you.

Coral View I had the pleasure of staying at Brooke’s villa - Coral View from 4- 13 Aug. Brooke and her house manager were an absolute dream to liaise with. Questions and advice asked were answered promptly. The villa was exactly like the pictures and it was extremely well stocked with utensils, bedding , towels, bathroom amenities. The villa was extremely comfortable and clean and the ceiling fans and air conditioning worked perfectly. The location is perfect close to beach, supermarket, restaurants and the pool. The villa was like a home away from home. I am looking forward to my next visit!!

Flo and Oana, you guys are awesome! We would give more than 5 stars if possible. Our stay at Flo and Oana’s villa was amazing and we loved every second of it. Flo and Oana are super friendly and will help you with anything you need, including Oana’s helpful guidebook for the island. The location and it’s view are gorgeous, really quiet and also clean, with new furniture. It’s very close to Jolly Harbor and 3-4 very good beaches (4-5 minutes drive) + very good restaurants. The mosquito net in the bedroom is really a plus and we didn’t even use the A.C because of the ceiling fans. This island is absolutely breathtaking. Would come back at Flo and Oana’s villa in a heartbeat!
