Edwards place was WONDERFUL! We enjoyed our stay here. The view from the deck is amazing and My husband and I loved sitting out and looking over the water. I highly recommend this place and I would love to come back and stay again.

This was a beautiful location and we enjoyed walking in the area and visiting a riverfront park. The view was peaceful and there was an outside table and chairs by the water available. The TV offered every possible channel and we appreciated Spending a quiet evening at home after Being in the city all day. our hosts were friendly and welcoming. We would definitely want to stay again if we visit the area.

Nicole's place is perfect. The pictures do not do it justice, especially the view from the balcony. Beautiful view, and you're only steps away from the beach. I would highly recommend and I hope to be returning. Nicole made sure my stay was perfect and checked in to make sure everything was okay. ☺️

We had a great stay at Natalia’s cozy property! She and her husband were so accommodating and welcoming to us. The property is absolutely gorgeous, the dock is beautiful and the pool was amazing. You can tell how dedicated Natalia is to the landscaping, it’s beautiful! The apartment itself is very comfortable and the perfect size. It was also very clean! We really enjoyed our evenings and mornings out on the dock. The pool was fantastic and was my favorite part of our stay. The location is also amazing- Caps on the Water and Aunt Kate’s restaurants were both in walking distance and had amazing food! The beach is a short walk down the road and easily accessible. Downtown St. Augustine is just a short 10ish minute drive, and we loved staying in this quiet neighborhood but still having easy access to the downtown. We would definitely stay here again and thank Natalia and Steve for their welcoming hospitality! Thank you!!!

Ghazal’s place was absolutely beautiful. It was clean, organized, and the exact staycation we needed. We didn’t need anything during our stay, but Ghazal was very responsive upfront. We were welcomed with wine and chocolate, AND fresh flowers! Our entire stay was beyond our expectations. It was a short weekend for us, and we wished we had an extra day or two and talked about making this an annual, if not semi-annual, stay for us because we cannot wait to stay in this exact place again! And certainly with Ghazal - she was fantastic! Thank you so much!!

The rental was very convenient to the beach access. Even though this unit is across the highway from the beach, the view was absolutely gorgeous. The windows gave a perfect view of the ocean. Ray was excellent. We had one small issue and he immediately had it fixed. We will be visiting next year and plan for a longer stay. We loved it!

Bird Lover's Paradise! We stayed here for the week of Thanksgiving as we have family in the area and typically stay at the Ritz Carlton. We decided to do something different this year and rent this beautiful home. We don't regret it! We had a very special time relaxing on the lanai, cooking in the well equipped kitchen, and having morning coffee or evening cocktails while lounging in the Adirondack chairs watching the birds. And birds there were! From the backyard we saw: spoonbills, wood storks, bitterns, kingfisher, hooded mergansers, wood ducks, great blue herons, black crowned night herons and osprey. I am sure the birds vary by time of year but just wow! The beds were very comfortable. This is a great place for biking and golfing as well! I cannot recommend this gem of a place enough. Already dreaming up excuses to return!

This home is a peaceful and scenic retreat, perfect for relaxation and reconnecting with nature. With stunning marsh views and plenty of space, my family felt completely at home. Though it’s about a 25-minute drive to downtown St. Augustine and the beaches, the tranquil surroundings make it well worth the trip—especially for those who love fishing, boating, or outdoor adventures. From paddleboarding and swinging on the swing to gathering around the fire pit and playing tag in the beautiful Florida weather, this place truly feels magical. Patricia is a wonderful host—always responsive and ensuring a comfortable stay. The cozy beds and well-equipped space exceeded our expectations, making it hard to say goodbye. We created unforgettable family memories here and can’t wait to return. Thank you, Patricia, for making our family reunion truly special!

This listing was perfect! The location could not have been better! There was a park across the street and the beach was a very short walk away. There were a ton of stores and restaurants in close proximity. We booked this trip for my appointments at Mayo Clinic, which was only about 10 minutes away. The area was extremely quiet and peaceful. The home had everything we needed! We were able to cook full meals opposed to eating out every night. We also loved how we could wash our clothes and didn’t have to bring loads of dirty laundry home. They also had EVERYTHING you could possibly need for the beach including a wagon, chairs and toys. Last but most important, the owners were fantastic! They were so responsive and make the whole process a breeze! We will most definitely be back!

Really had a nice stay in Jacksonville. The property was ad advertised. Would definitely return.

We had a great time here. The view and beach are amazing. Just steps to the water and we saw dolphins every single day that we were there. Lots of pelicans flying by throughout the day as well! Definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for an awesome beach. There are so many beautiful shells to be found on the beach! We also found a couple shark teeth, which was very exciting! The Reef, Aunt Kate’s, and Caps are all extremely close, with the Reef being within walking distance. Both decks are amazing and really help keep you cool and out of the sun. The house has a ton of beach toys, boogie boards, and chairs to use on the beach. Tons of lizards outside, which we thought was cool. We did see a few cockroaches in the house and had a run in with a Huntsman spider, but in no way did it impact our stay and it was to be expected. It is Florida after all! The house was very clean and we loved our stay here!

Beautiful location, comfortable home, and highly recommend for anyone considering a beach stay. We had a great time.

The neighborhood is quiet, the backyard is wonderful, and the kitchen had all of the appropriate cookware and serving utensils we needed. Though the living room furniture is small to accommodate up to 6-8 guests, we were all comfortable, (bring your own air freshener if you're sharing 1 of the 2 bathrooms with that many people, ha!) Regardless, I would choose Mac's thoughtfully curated stay every time!

The Cozy Crab is one of the most well-thought-out and relaxing places we’ve ever stayed. It felt more like a custom-built outdoor lifestyle lodge than a vacation rental — everything was spot-on for our little family. We enjoyed it so much we never even made it to the beach. Instead, we spent our last evening fishing together on the dock. The wildlife is abundant. We were greeted upon arrival by a welcoming committee of manatees, clearly long-term fans of the property . Dropped the provided crab trap (aka Hotel California) and scored multiple crabs. Caught a mix of catfish, bonnethead sharks, a ray, and even a small hammerhead. Also spotted redfish, sheepshead, and a few other mystery fins. Also seen: squirrels, turtles, lizards, birds, and so many other critters we lost count. This place-is paradise. Ashley was a phenomenal host.

Excellent communication from the host, very responsive. This unit has a great location, right on the beach. The outside of the building looks a little bit dated, but the unit has been remodeled and is beautiful and modern inside. Lots of beach toys included.

Our stay at this beachfront condo was nothing short of perfect! The ocean views are stunning, and the location next to the Ritz-Carlton is unbeatable. The condo is beautifully decorated, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying our mornings on the balcony. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful, providing everything from beach gear to local tips. We can't wait to return to this little slice of paradise!

The location is very convenient for shopping and just a couple hundred feet to the beach. We spent a lot of time on the porch listening to the waves and enjoying the breeze. The unit is quite and well equipped, I was happily surprised that it had three different types of coffee makers; a K-cup style, a basket drip style and old-fashion perk style coffee maker.

Scott’s place was very clean and homey like also for older folks like my husband and I there is a elevator which made it very convenient . Scott was very friendly and communicated with us right away the view was gorgeous and well worth the price we paid which by the way was the most reasonable in the area especially for beachfront hotels and accommodation for 6 people . My daughter and her family stayed with us and was very impressed with the hotels cleanliness location and essentials that Scott provided. thank you very much ! we hope to stay there again soon we all enjoyed our stay 😃

Our hosts were lovely and response to all our requests. The bedding was comfy and the mattress wonderful. We did have a problem with the key pad not working for a few days, however, we did receive quick attention by the owners giving us a key for entry. Also, the owners supplied the condo with many supplies that otherwise we would have to purchase. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this unit for rental.

Kristi’s place was amazing and exactly what I needed for a beach getaway. It even came complete with beach gear which came in handy. Highly recommend!

We had a great time. Loved being close to the beach. Much better than our last trip a year ago at a different host’s condo where we were locked out of our room for hours trying to get help to get back in. I swore that I’d never do that again. However the game changer was that Staley is local and gave me her contact number in case I needed anything. That’s why I gave it another chance. I’m very glad that I did. I didn’t need anything, but knew I could contact Staley if I did. We did communicate while I was there, but no emergencies happened. I plan on returning in the future. Thanks for a great stay Staley.
