I loved the apartment and the pool was amazing but the best part was how helpful and responsive Sean was! I will stay here again!

It suited our purpose , Mayo Clinic visit. Nice to sit on the little porch, watch the fish, turtles, geese in the lake, the neighbours walking their dogs around it. Clean comfortable place. A small negative, sometimes the thud of footsteps above woke us. Thank you Michael

The apartment was well equipped and we were comfortable with our 22 lb dog who is not accustomed to apartment living. The kitchen was well stocked for people who do some cooking. We appreciated the stainless steel pans.The place was clean, comfortable and stocked with items we might need. Towels, laundry detergent, paper products, coffee, tea, a few spices. The area feels safe and the streets surrounding have sidewalks with wide green ways for taking a longer walk. Grocery stores, gas stations and easy access to the interstate.

This apartment was perfect for our stay, there were 4 of us, we had plenty of space. The apartment, building and grounds were very clean. We arrived following a rain storm and the internet was out in our unit, a quick email to Prime and it was back up and going.m, they were very responsive! They provide excellent instructions to find the entrance!

We were in town for a graduation. It was wonderful to have a well stocked and centrally located spot to stay. The pool was perfect and just outside the patio.

I rented this property for the Georgia Florida game, and it was perfect. Very clean & modern. The owener did a great job. 5 stars!

The condo was exactly as stated in the description. It is clean, and in a great neighborhood. The owner is very responsive.

Morgan's upfront communication and instructions to get in the place were excellent and her initial responsiveness to take care of a couple of items was terrific. The place and location met expectations. I would have appreciated more proactive follow up from Morgan to check in on how things were going and to fix a few additional minor issues. Overall, she is an excellent host and I would recommend renting a property from her.

We thoroughly enjoy our visit. The condo was immaculate, very clean, and the attention to detail was appreciated. Check in was easy, the furniture was updated (and spotless), and the bathroom was large with 2 sinks and additional bath amenities (nice touch). Sheets were soft and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Would highly recommend and return. Would have loved a TV in the bedroom next time! Thank you for such a memorable weekend.

We love this building, its view, the amenities and this condo. Spacious and clean. Super happy with the cable package for watching sports. Beach towels and wagon were super helpful.

Everything was great and Chris was very prompt with responding to any questions we had. We would definitely stay again.

We are returning guests to JCE properties. Both of the properties were spacious, neat, organized and made us felt like home. JCE attention with us was like we never experienced before. That’s why he is listed as a superhost. Always looking for the guest comfort and satisfaction. The location was really convenient, since it was just 7min away from the Mayo Clinic. Definitely will stay again with JCE when we return.

Plenty of room. The amenities such as the pool was fantastic. Good location with plenty of restaurants to try. Great and quick communication by the host as well.

Lauras place was very clean and quiet. At the time of our visit we barely seen anyone around or heard anyone next to us. The apartment was very clean and spacious and the best part was the pool view from the balcony. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect for our weekend stay. There were beach items in the garage and pickleball paddles in the cabinet. The location was a nice neighborhood with a pool a very short walk away. The instructions were very helpful and easy to understand.

it was a wonderful stay , felt right at home . and pet friendly second time coming and it was amazing definitely will be coming again when we travel . easy access and quick response. thank you we loved it

Don't doubt this property. it was amazing. It was very clean,easy to find, in a great location, and it was quite. the home felt like my own. I looked and could not find any substantial problems with this home. The 3 bathrooms were great. the air conditioner was cold and hell the hot water was hot. it has a Ice maker with a water spout in the refrigerator that tastes like spring water. it was well work the the money and out host were so nice. I love this place

We asked a flood of clarifying questions and Morgan was so gracious and responsive throughout the entire process. When we mentioned one minor thing needing repair as fyi, she offered to send someone right away or around our schedule and she did. There was a welcome basket with items for s'mores and more! Most of the all, the house was absolutely impeccable and my friends tease me for wanting to re-clean upon arrival to most vacation destinations. Short drive to beach entrance, less than 5 minutes to Caps on the Water & Publix, and less than 10 minutes to downtown St. Augustine. The best of all the worlds! We definitely hit the AirBnB Jackpot this time! <3

Without a doubt, this was one of the best Airbnb houses that we have stayed in. Not only was check in and check out beyond easy, all of our interactions with Brian were great! He was quick to respond & set us up for a perfect week! The house is AMAZING! Even with the beach blocks away, we found ourselves at the house more than we expected. The pool was amazing along with the backyard activities. We traveled with our kids and they absolutely loved it! The house is spacious with lots of room for everyone to have their own space. One of the greatest parts was how well stocked the house was. The kitchen was amazing. It was definitely the most stocked kitchen that we’ve seen. We can’t wait to go back! Thank you Brian!

Loved Jack's place! Perfect set up for my pups! Only SMALL complaint was floors were kind of dirty but the rest of the house was perfectly clean. Didn't really want to complain as its dog friendly and im sure hard to get floors squeaky clean with dogs tracking dirt in from backyard. I am also very neurotic about my personal floors so it may just bother me! We cleaned the kitchen floors as best we could and wore socks the whole time while in the home. Other than that tiny hiccup..the place was wonderful. Cute neighborhood and very accessible. Comfy bed in master bedroom. Quick response from Jack when I sent a mesage. Perfect weather for a perfect stay! Thanks Jack!
