Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Fernandina Beach

I love April space, it feels like Home when you walk in the door everything is nice laid out beautifully. She’s very responsive to everybody’s needs. I definitely will stay again and again as long as she’s available thank you so much, April. We really enjoyed your space.

This house was a perfect place for our stay. The location was just off the main path which made getting to restaurants and grocery stores easily. The house was extremely clean and cozy. I will definitely stay here next time I am in town.

The property inside and outside was spacious and clean. Everything was described exactly the way it was. Would definitely recommend and return again if staying in the area.

My husband and I had a great time here. It is very comfortable, clean and fun! Juliana and Mike also left a special treat for my husband’s birthday. If you are looking to relax and have new experiences-this is the place!

A Scandinavian vibe to the soft colors and features in this space. Very convenient floor plan and very nice kitchen and accessories. TV was set up with adequate viewing options. Community is very nice and safe. No overt train noise in this space and adequate number of food options including 2 great coffee shops. The local Mesa India Cuisine spot on Herschel was amazing. Great vibe to this space and loved having the office to work in, plus great for storage if luggage, etc. Nice.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect. The place is very well appointed, has nice appliances, spacious and very comfortable. We will Stay again when we are back in the area.

4 related families from 4 states converged to celebrate a graduation. The house fit us like a glove. Every family had their own space and the ample kitchen and living areas gave us plenty of elbow room. The cherry on top was the pool. We spent hours everyday lazing around, catching up from our time apart and making new memories. A 5-year old turned into a fish! The couple of questions we had were immediately answered. Cassandra is a wonderful hostess and that matches her beautiful property. We had a blast! Our most sincere thanks!

Tayna's place was truly beautiful, comfortable, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it. I look forward to returning in the future.

Everything is exactly as pictured but the space is smaller than it appears in pictures-especially the bathroom. For the price, location, 2 bedrooms and a kitchen, we had everything we needed and the host was wonderful! Clean and comfortable.

What an amazing place. Only a few steps to the white sand. You could hear the ocean and they were beautiful sunrises every morning. Right out the back door you have the pool. There was a bottle of white wine waiting for us and two bottles of water to get us started. The bed was so comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. So many great restaurants nearby. We walked the beach every day and collected shells and even walked up to Neptune and Atlantic Beach. Perfect spot to stay in Jax Beach.

Great location! Neighborhood filled with beautiful old homes and walkable restaurants. Very clean inside. Bed was very soft.

Nice location within walking distance to the beach. Nicely furnished with all the amenities needed. Area felt safe and the host was a great communicator.

We had a great stay with our two dogs! Great location, walkable to the beach. Erin was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful.

The rental was extremely nice. There were lots of perks and supplies were plentiful. It was close to the beach and not far from the Omni or the shopping area. Cheryl was very easy to communicate with and seems to go above and beyond. If we go back, I would not hesitate to book Cheryl’s Sea Shed again.

This well-equipped two bedroom, two bathroom condo is clean, convenient, and comfortable. We loved the setup with independent bed and bath areas for guests and a roomy living/dining room. Very nice screened porch and community pool and great location within walking distance of the beach. Hosts were friendly and very responsive to questions. Attractive beach-themed decor was relaxing.

We really enjoyed this out stay here! Everything was just as described in the listing. There was an incredible view of the ocean from our room and a short walk to the beach. The beach was very nice and not crowded at all. There was a pool right outside our back door as well! The condo was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our stay to be comfortable. There are many great places to eat within a short 10-15 minute drive, too. We would highly recommend Sarah and Michael’s place!

I highly suggest this cute condo! My family and I came into the area with another Airbnb booked, when it was cancelled at the last minute we scrambled and found Kathleen who was amazingly responsive and got us locked into this condo right away! She literally saved the day! When we got to the condo it easily accommodated my family of 5 and was perfect for the 3 days we spent doing touristy things. The most exciting part of this trip was the walking distance to the beach. Since it is winter we didn't need all the extra gear and just took ourselves and towels that were provided for our days on the beach! It was also a life saver that there was coffee provided. I will say though if you get the opportunity to get 7brew that is right down the street, do it. Sliders chicken sandwich was perfect and then we had salt life the final night which was a perfect way to end the trip. The only con which isn't really because it forced us to be a family, the internet did not work and we had no service.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Emelia South. The condo was very clean and it was equipped with everything that you would need for great stay. The management team was very professional and helpful. We would certainly book Emelia South again.

This was one of the best stays we've had as a family vacation. Easy access to anything you could want or need including the beach!! The condo was so clean and well stocked, will absolutely be back!!!!

Watching the ocean waves from your room is magical! This place has so many areas to watch the sunrise. Forth floor has great balcony views as well as the coastline views. Condo was very modern and updated. The walking paths and grounds are beautiful & the pool is right around the corner! Can’t wait to return!
