Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Fernandina Beach

Instructions were super easy, it was a beautiful location and house, it had everything we needed, and even though we didn’t use it, there was so many coffee options, which was especially comforting for me. But it really was amazing :)

This is a cozy spot for a beach vacation! The neighborhood is quiet and a great spot for a low key weekend away. It is a short drive to downtown for the restaurants. The condo has everything you need and Lynn was a communicative host. You will hear anyone staying on the floor above, so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

Wow!! What a great place to unwind and enjoy the outdoors! From the golf cart to the pools, beach and shops; fun was had by all. The island landscape was gorgeous and down town Fernandina was friendly and lively! We will be back!

A Scandinavian vibe to the soft colors and features in this space. Very convenient floor plan and very nice kitchen and accessories. TV was set up with adequate viewing options. Community is very nice and safe. No overt train noise in this space and adequate number of food options including 2 great coffee shops. The local Mesa India Cuisine spot on Herschel was amazing. Great vibe to this space and loved having the office to work in, plus great for storage if luggage, etc. Nice.

Loved the stay!! House was right downtown and within walking distance to everything. Didn’t even have to drive to get to the Cumberland Island Ferry. The place was clean and comfortable! Perfect spot for a weekend getaway! Will definitely be back!

As always, great stay at Michael’s. Favorite house on the island, and years of memories here. It’s an incredible home with an artsy vibe, so comfy, and the pool/outdoor space are perfect for relaxing. Close to the grocery store, restaurants, and an awesome beach access. The neighborhood is great and really quiet, and we always look forward to our visit here. Thanks for being an awesome host, Michael. Love our time here.

4 related families from 4 states converged to celebrate a graduation. The house fit us like a glove. Every family had their own space and the ample kitchen and living areas gave us plenty of elbow room. The cherry on top was the pool. We spent hours everyday lazing around, catching up from our time apart and making new memories. A 5-year old turned into a fish! The couple of questions we had were immediately answered. Cassandra is a wonderful hostess and that matches her beautiful property. We had a blast! Our most sincere thanks!

The Dune bungalow was a perfect getaway for my wife and I. Very secluded, quiet and awesome outdoor pool and so close to the beach. Restaurants nearby are amazing and the neighborhood feel in this area is just amazing very friendly people and a very quiet, secluded location. It was absolutely what we were looking for, and we were not disappointed. When we need to book again for a secluded romantic getaway, the Dune bungalow fits the bill to a T. We were so happy we had a chance to stay there and will definitely be back. Thank you so much for sharing your house with us. It was just beautifuland we can’t wait to get back!

Prime Location. I had a lovely stay , with a stunning view. The host went above and beyond with accommodations, completely faceless. Decorated to a T! I would book again.

What an amazing place. Only a few steps to the white sand. You could hear the ocean and they were beautiful sunrises every morning. Right out the back door you have the pool. There was a bottle of white wine waiting for us and two bottles of water to get us started. The bed was so comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. So many great restaurants nearby. We walked the beach every day and collected shells and even walked up to Neptune and Atlantic Beach. Perfect spot to stay in Jax Beach.

Nice location within walking distance to the beach. Nicely furnished with all the amenities needed. Area felt safe and the host was a great communicator.

I had a great stay! This was my second time staying at this Airbnb, the first was back in 2020, though it was hosted by someone else at the time. Nonetheless, my husband and I truly enjoyed our visit. The space was comfortable, and everything met our expectations.

A great place to stay with its location being near great restaurants and other attractions to do. Responsive host who supplied the many attractions around the area to check out.

Very nice, super cozy place to spend your time in Jacksonville! I felt like home there! Marie is very friendly host and very responsive. Very peaceful location next to a park and very close to downtown. If I have opportunity to go one more time in Jacksonville, I will definitely stay there again!

We had a great stay with our two dogs! Great location, walkable to the beach. Erin was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay. peaceful and relaxing. The patio to yard with ocean view was a plus. We had everything we needed plus some extras. I would request more lighting for the bedroom but other than that, everything was great!!

We enjoyed our stay and the proximity to the beach. Very nice to have 2 bathrooms and a very functional and stocked kitchen. Beds were super comfortable and there were plenty of linens and towels. Lovely pool and grounds! Pleasant all around stay and a great host!

This was an excellent stay. Everything was clean and it is in a great location. The kitchen was well stocked for us to do our cooking and there were more than enough clean towels in the bathroom. Downstairs bathroom had plenty of beach towels, though we had our own and didn’t use the ones provided. The pool at the location was great and we spent as much time there as we did the beach. The bedrooms were very clean and spacious. We will definitely book here again!

The rental was extremely nice. There were lots of perks and supplies were plentiful. It was close to the beach and not far from the Omni or the shopping area. Cheryl was very easy to communicate with and seems to go above and beyond. If we go back, I would not hesitate to book Cheryl’s Sea Shed again.

Enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view, close to historic downtown. Any questions for Michael were promptly responded to.

Elizabeth's place was just perfect. A few steps away from the beach, Fort Clinch, restaurants. Elizabeth is super responsive and organized and her place has everything you could need and more! Our boys loved the pool and we loved coffee on the patio and the the beach cruisers to ride around the Fort! We will be back!

Wonderful from all aspects and booked another month in April 😊👍
