Monthly Rentals in Federal Way

My boyfriend, dog and I just moved from Florida & stayed here for 2 weeks while waiting for our new home. We had a wonderful experience, the home was clean and comfortable & the host is very kind and communicative. Our dog especially appreciated the private yard(: Thankful we found this place as it was exactly what we needed for our 2-week limbo. Thank you!

My mom and me loved it here 😍 from the start, Terry surprised me with being very proactive and helpful with recommendations exploring the area around Tacoma/Seattle. He helped us find the perfect hike in Mt Rainier 🏔️ that was something that definitely stuck out - compared to other hosts I‘ve met so far. Everyone we met in the house, including Poppy the fluffy dog and the 4 cats, were lovely and friendly. The room was quiet and homey, with snacks and a small refrigerator, which was so accommodating ☺️♥️ warmest wishes to all of you, including Esther, Valeria and Susi!! 😍 stay healthy and happy! 🌸

Great place. Quiet, super clean, safe, and comfortable. Exactly as pictured. The value of this place for the daily rate is more than fair. It was great having a place with a full kitchen and a full size washer and dryer. Very convenient for exploring Tacoma and other areas due to it's central location. The hosts created a really nice place, and it shows. I would absolutely recommend this place to other people.

The Tree House at Lake Killarney was beautiful, inside and out! It was peaceful, restful, quite and serene! The lake was less than a minutes walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there! David communicated well (before, during and after) our stay and was very responsive to any requests! We will definitely stay again if we're ever back in the area! Thank you David for sharing your lovely "tree house" with us!
