Apartment holiday rentals in Federal Way

This place has a great value considering it was very clean, quiet and good location. As it is described “micro” it is small as I expected, but perfect for a solo traveler and had enough space to store clothes in the closet + nice hot shower and good heating for the chilly PNW nights

We were careless enough to leave our iPad there. Jennifer has been incredibly helpful since we contacted her, assuring us that her cleaning staff will hold it, and planning to ship it to us after it is in her hands!

Great neighborhood and walkable to downtown or public transportation. Nice apartment but we could hear neighboring apartment conversations. Clean and nice touch with the filtered water.

What a wonderful little home with a phenomenal host! Got a great deal and will definitely consider this place again. Beautiful, peaceful, and private. You’ll love the goats and chickens!

This place is really nice, clean, and has the most amazing view of Mt. Rainer out of the living room and bedroom windows. It was so peaceful. We loved that we could go for a hike through Frog Holler Forest right out the back door. There were several nights that we saw deer and other wildlife out of the window as well. The hosts were extremely accommodating and fast to respond to any communication. I cannot wait to stay here again. Thank you for providing your beautiful place to the public!

Our little family of four was in Tacoma this weekend for a college reunion and to see friends. Deborah’s home was the perfect “vacation house” for us while we were here. From the minute we stepped inside we felt right at home. No detail was spared and the home is perfectly decorated to created a welcoming environment. Even our kids seemed more relaxed. I was grateful for the location so I could sneak away early in the morning for coffee at Olympia Coffee and to pick up pastries at the Metropolitan Market. We will look to stay here again!

Stunning suite that is better than the photos - so spacious, clean, and above and beyond with amenities. Quiet location with easy access down the back stairs. Comfortable beds and linens with every extra you could imagine!

Beautiful location and quiet! Trains not loud at all! Such beautiful views and lovely accommodations.

Ellie’s place was amazing! Everything looked like the photos on the listing, with easy to find and easy to use amenities. The place is cozy, but more than spacious enough for two guests. We had no troubles at any point during the stay. The place was quiet, but is fairly walkable to livelier places around 6th avenue. I would love to stay here again, and I highly recommend it for anyone staying in Tacoma.

Immediately we were welcomed and Candace made sure that if we needed anything at all to just let her know. She had wonderful communication and the space was perfect - very clean, cozy and exactly what we needed. I would absolutely book with her again. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Candace!

Booked our stay while we were on our way from California. Very responsive messaging and extremely flexible, easy check in. Location was exactly where we were hoping to stay, close to relatives so it was remarkable to find a property within blocks of them. Clean, well described and absolutely perfect for a couple. I have already saved this property into my favorites. Can’t wait for the next visit.

We rented the location because it was close to family and was a great price! The beds were very comfortable, and we had everything we needed. There was a lot of space and nice view of the port of Tacoma and Tacoma Dome. Well worth the price, extremely safe location, very private. We will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future.

Miles is an exceptional host, very fast responses, clear and easy instructions. The place was exactly as pictured. I was also amazed with all of the fullness of the kitchen and accessories. I would definitely recommend staying, and would gladly book again

Lindsey's place was super clean and had all the amenities to make us feel comfortable and at home. Great attention to detail, she was also super helpful and flexible with checkout. It was a great place to spend the night before flying out of Seattle, and I would also suggest people interested in visiting Mt. Rainier would have an easy time using this as a home base.

We loved this place. The beds were really comfy, especially if you like medium firmness - not too firm, not too soft. Nice variety of pillows - some were firm, some were soft. The fans in each bedroom were great for white noise. Loved the selection of coffees and shampoos. Heaters in every room worked fast. Everything was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this place and I would stay here again.

We had a fabulous stay at Max’s place. It was exactly as described. Place was cozy, clean and convenient! It was a great location within minutes of so many great attractions. Max was so attentive and friendly. The bed in bedroom was so comfortable. Hot tub and spike ball were a bonus for our kids. We loved our stay!

The location was great. The condo was very nice, everything we needed. Great restaurants and bars all in walking distance. Deana was always available. Definitely recommend this place!

Great find. Photos don’t do it justice, looks drastically better in person. Right downtown and not far from NCL pier 66 so perfect location for anyone taking that cruise line. Pillows were trash but other than that great place, would book again!

Airbnb was in a great central walkable location. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Couple of handy good to know: exit main entrance go left, make left at corner, walk to next corner there is a good convenience store or make the left and 1/2 down the block is a bakery (Macarina) delicious for coffee or light breakfast/lunch. Room itself is basic in decor and furniture. Most importantly the bed was very comfortable and bathroom clean and worked well. The unit had everything we needed nice refrigerator, coffee maker and wash /dryer. The building itself had very nice amenities for a city apartment and security at the front desk. We never felt unsafe walking the area. We Had some of the best communication before and during the stay from the host that we have ever received.

Great location!! We walked to bars and restaurants and my daughter’s house is a block away. There is a little bit of street noise, but it wasn’t a big issue for us. Plenty of room to spread out and everything you might need to make it feel like home. The staircase coming up is very narrow and steep so something to keep in mind if you have mobility issues. It was fine for us.

This was my second time at the Woodsy Retreat and it was wonderful, again. Enjoyed a hike through the State Forest, the hot tub, and all the goodies and snacks! Perfect place to relax and get away from it all!

This house is incredible. The location is perfect, walking distance to many food and drink spots. There is an amazing coffee shop right on the corner. Sauna and soaking tub are relaxing. The house is clean and organized and has clear instructions. Hosts are helpful and knowledgable. Highly recommend!

Ron and James place was absolutely perfect for our Seattle stay! The location is quiet and private, the views are absolutely stunning, and the place itself is very cozy. Alki beach was a short walk away. We grabbed coffee in the mornings and walked to the water taxi into the city which I highly recommend (~$6/person directly to downtown). To anyone thinking about staying here I can’t recommend it enough! It’s clean, the bed is comfortable, and it’s in a great location. Thank you for hosting us!
