Monthly Rentals in Fearby

This is the second time we have stayed at Laura’s place. We last stayed 3 years ago and loved the place, it has not changed in this time and still looks great. You can tell it’s really cared for! We really appreciated the lovely welcome pack. We look forward to returning.

Angela was an excellent host. She ensured we had everything we needed and offered suggestions of things to do in the area. The house was wonderful. Surrounded by nature, we loved watching the birds on the feeders. The kitchen is a home from home, with everything you could possibly need. The information booklet was easy to understand with everything explained. Comfortable beds, clean throughout. No complaints.

The cottage was lovely; lots of lovely touches and decor. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need, with tea bags, coffee, hot chocolate etc provided. The beds were super comfy. We were a little nervous of the parking situation, but it was absolutely fine - the square is very open with quite a few cars parked overnight, so we didn’t feel at all concerned about leaving the car. It was a little noisy with lorry traffic in the night and early hours, so worth taking ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise. Overall we had a lovely stay. We were lucky enough to have dinner at Where There’s Smoke, and we really recommend it for a special meal.

A very well presented cottage, walks straight from the door. Peaceful and impossible not to have a great night’s sleep. And very good access instructions …. no hunting around for key safes after a long journey ! Everything was clear and easy.
