Cabin holiday rentals in Fayetteville

This place is so unique! The house has meditation retreat feels with huge windows overlooking trees that make you feel like you’re deep in the forest. The small pond and cedar trees in the front are so different to the environment we were used to, and it was so nice to sit on the huge front porch during a rain shower, and listen. The hot tub was definitely a highlight of this place! It is covered, so you can relax rain or shine. As the other reviewers have mentioned, this place is decidedly in town, just in a little hollow that makes it feel secluded. We really appreciated the close proximity to downtown Fayetteville, and had a great time on our stay. Some of our favorite spots were the Little Bread Company, the used bookstore on Dickson, and the farmer’s market in downtown. This was our first trip to the area and we left loving Fayetteville!

What a spectacular stay! Possibly my favorite Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Haven's place is in a beautiful location with everything my husband and I needed for a long weekend. We enjoyed our time at the cabin, taking our kayak out for a paddle one morning on Beaver Lake. The dock was just a short walk away. We also enjoyed exploring so many of the fun things NWA has to offer. One thing to note, as others have mentioned, is that while the property is remote, it is not very private. There are multiple stays on the same property, one of which is a large home/wedding venue that had an extended family staying there. While we were not bothered in the least (we had read the description and reviews so knew what to expect), if you're looking to be by yourself, this probably isn't the spot for you. Haven was a wonderful host and offers so many things to enhance your stay. We could tell a lot of thought went into making this an excellent stay for guests. We will be back!

Such a beautiful cabin and only about 15 minutes from downtown. Beautiful view from the back porch and really nice on the inside. We were looking for something peaceful. Mike was a great host and communication was quick and helpful. We would come back again.

We loved getting to kayak and just hang out by the water! It was perfect.

Absolutely beautiful Cabin, not too far away from downtown and good restaurants but still felt incredibly private. Sitting in the hot tub on the deck while watching the rain in the mountains was absolutely unforgettable.

I have stayed at quite a few Airbnb locations over the years, both through private bookings and with work. This particular one was the best and set the bar high going forward. First off, the host was incredible. Responded immediately to all questions I had, made sure we had everything we needed for our stay, and even offered to take us on a tour of the area after our arrival. The cabin itself was perfect as well. Spacious, cozy, great linens and plenty of nice oversized towels. We stayed for 3 days and though it rained a good bit of our time here we never lacked entertainment. From the pool/ping pong table, multiple TVs, board games, and books we always had something to keep everyone occupied. The creek was just a short walk away and it brought out the inner kid in me again. The zip line was just icing on the cake. We’d love to come back someday and I’d recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a nice relaxing getaway in NWA!

Our family stayed here for 5 nights and it was perfect! After exploring all day, it was the perfect place to come back to. Beautiful surroundings, very peaceful, and the host is very responsive. Would definitely recommend!

This place is absolutely beautiful. The lake was extremely high when we went so there wasn’t much of a “beach” to sit on but it was still very nice and lovely. We had a question during our stay and our host was very kind and helpful. Extremely cute and cozy home, no bugs and the yard was treated very well!! Love this home and the land, would love to come back.

Mike was super kind to our family. We were displaced after a fire and he was more than willing to allow us there and to be able to accommodate my family and our furry friends.

The cabin was perfect for us and Gigi was very responsive to all text messages. She was able to adjust our stay quickly when plans changed. We really appreciated this. The driveway was a little steep and took some getting used to, but we did quickly adjust. The cabin is a little dark because of all the trees surrounding it, but that just made it cozy. the kitchen was furnished with every small appliance you could ask for. The silverware was a little sparse with only about 4 each of mismatched forks and spoons. Never did figure out how to operate the master bath's shower, so used the 2nd bath's instead. Lots of drawer and closet space. Loved the screened porch. 3 tv's programed for my streaming channels easily, however the remote for the master bedroom tv was missing. The firestick worked in there and we could watch the tv, but couldn't adjust the volume or turn it off without going to the tv. Gigi offered to change out to a ROKU that had volume control, but I told her it was ok.

My family of 5 (1 being a 2 month old baby) stayed here for 5 nights. We had a great time on our getaway. We made all of our meals at the cabin, enjoyed the fire & hammock. My daughter loved collecting the eggs for our breakfast..We even decided to name the chickens while we were there, knowing nothing about chickens we named them Janet, Betty & Henry 🙂

Loved the location since it was close to all of the biking trails, waterfalls, and Bentonville! The house was clean with plenty amenities and communication from the host was quick and helpful.

Three words, - attention to detail - the place was beautiful, very warm and homey. It was the perfect accommodation for the location. My son actually said "I could totally live here". I would highly recommend and hope to be back soon. Thanks, Amanda!

This place is perfect for a couple's weekend! stayed here for my anniversary and was very pleased. Kristen was great and I loved everything about the place.

We had an excellent week at their cabin. Chris and Becky are great hosts. They were quick to respond to any questions we had about the area! The cabin is well stocked with everything. We went on the Mill Creek Trails (so much fun), Eureka Springs for the day, and the Combs Cafe for breakfast and shakes after dinner. We loved that we could bring our dog with us. We’ve already discussed going back. 10/10 trip for us!!

Cassie and Paul were super wonderful hosts who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The cabin was very clean and well supplied with everything we needed for kitchenware, bathroom toiletries, etc. The cabin was small, but setup in a very efficient way that gave us plenty of room for everything we needed. Paul and Cassie hauled us and our kayaks for a great kayak trip that ended conveniently on the river right outside our cabin. We also enjoyed activities in the nearby surrounding area like mountain biking, hiking, seeing the local waterfalls (especially the Tanyard creek waterfall) and Bluff Dwellers cave... Also, we so enjoyed just sitting in our chairs in the river that flowed directly outside the cabin... we will definitely consider coming back again!

Thank you for another fabulous stay at the river house! Our family LOVES this place. The kids spent hours playing outside and the adults enjoyed sitting by the river. Highly recommend!

I will likely be back. Right next to Devils Den State Park. Had so many choices for entertainment. Beautiful property with almost no traffic and a lot of privacy. If you want a functional place for friends or family to get together and never have to worry about everyone being occupied, this is it. It was so nice out there none of us could stay off the porch. Flowing water right off the porch when its raining. Great spot!

We loved staying at the Foxtail Cabin- I don't think we could have chosen a better place to spend our mini vacation at Beaver Lake. We will definitely be back!

The Firefly was a beautiful place to stay for our Anniversary getaway! Beautiful scenery and peaceful setting. We had deer walking through the yard as we drank coffee on the deck and in the evening as we sat by the fire pit. We would love to come back.
