Girl's Trip was a success! Beautiful home, comfortable, peaceful, just as described. The sunrise was breathtaking. Fog filled the sky above the lake making it look as if we were up in a plane - floating on clouds. I would suggest bringing a couple additional rolls of toilet paper and a roll of paper towels (depending on how long your stay is). Those items are supplied: one roll TP per bathroom and one roll of paper towels, once those run out, you run out. We were prepared for this as we read the reviews. The water tastes good if you are one that is concerned on that. There is an ice maker in the freezer. The dishwasher has a few pods to run a cycle or two. Washer and dryer worked well and they supplied a few pods for laundry too. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The large windows are incredible. Smart tvs allow you to stream services that you are subscribed too. WiFi worked excellent. Mother Nature showed us her glory with thunderstorms, sunrises, birds, bats and bunnies!!

We loved our stay here! Convenient location, great house, plenty of room for a group or you could do a couples getaway here. We loved the pool and hot tub! I would rebook anytime!

We totally enjoyed our stay at Sarah’s house. Very comfortable accommodations. Everything we needed was there to enjoy our time at the house. Close to everything fun in Bentonville. Her restaurant recommendations were great. So glad we chose this spot.

Beautiful home close to town yet felt secluded in the country. (other than times when events were going on next door, which were not a problem at all.) Great pool area with lots of pool toys, fire pit, seating, hot tub and shade. Comfortable beds and a nice big kitchen, as well as two living rooms too. Pool is down a hill and some stairs, so might be hard for mobility impaired. Lots of wildlife on property, we saw deer, beaver, lizards and a large variety of birds. Host was very responsive. Great home, nice pool, perfect location.

Bart was a great host! He had drinks in the fridge for us and tons of snacks for the kids. His home is very cozy and comfortable. It felt like I was in my own house. He has everything there you need in case you forget anything. The pool was the perfect size with lots of seating room around it. We loved the tiki hut and relaxing in the hot tub at night. Would totally recommend. We will be booking again next time we come to visit!

The B&B was an end unit, which made it peaceful and easy to get to from the parking area. We were in town to see family, which was fun for them to come over and take a walk in the Ramble! Highly recommended for the area, unit and host (Katherine)!

Met and exceeded our expectations. The property was clean, comfortable and conveniently located. The hosts were incredibly responsive, that meant more to me than I realized. We were in town for my son’s freshman orientation and plan to return when we visit him through the year.

Location was spectacular! We found it to be close enough to everywhere we needed to be but off the beaten path in a beautiful wooded area. The place itself was clean and brightly decorated and cozy. There were lots of nicely provided personal touches. The beds were comfortable. Would love to stay here again!

Booking, checking and check out was super easy. Lory is very responsive and has anything and everything needed to stay. Great location for Fayetteville and surrounding areas. The house is super cute and cozy and definitely worth the money.

Ashley is a superb host who is knowledgeable about this iconic Fay Jones home. Ashley adequately communicated all the essentials and more. After a tornado warning had passed, Ashley checked in to see if we were okay. Me being an architect, Ashley was gracious in responding to my questions regarding this historic home. All in all, staying in this Fay on Gray Ave. home is by far our best Airbnb experience.

We booked the trip last minute to catch the Razorback baseball game and she was very fast to respond and give instructions and offer help! Definitely will be back for future games!

Beautiful place with stunning views from the back porch and windows. Perfectly perched at the top of Neill's Bluff. Short drive for fishing access, restaurants and stores. Also, a good find for baseball families because it is centered in the middle of the big tournament fields, north to south, and there is a large yard for wiffle ball/soft toss.

This retreat is perfect for an NWA getaway. The space so thoughtfully designed and equipped that it felt cozy and familiar within minutes of arriving. Ours hosts were incredibly friendly and gracious with their offerings, and quick to respond to inquiries. Highly recommended!

Everything was great with the house and the host! Very responsive and helpful. We unfortunately came at the wrong time due to the lake being flooded(nobody’s fault). Fortunately for us, we were there for the peace and quiet away from the city. Would definitely come back!

This is a super clean , comfortable, and well decorated place. It is well equipped. It is steps away from a great trailhead and convenient to the university. We will definitely stay here again.!

10 out of 5 stars! Beyond perfect for our weekend at U of A for my son's football camp. The house was immaculate. Everything looked exactly like the photos. We felt at home as soon as we walked in. We couldn't have stayed at a better place for the price. 100% Recommend!

My family absolutely adored Buffy’s place. It was more beautiful than pictures and spotless!! It was perfect for our weekend get away and we will definitely book again!!

This charming little home was perfect for our stay and college visit. It was spotless, had all the amenities we needed, and in a great location. Beds are comfy, and the porch swing was the icing on the cake!

This house is amazing. I can’t say enough about it. The location is 12-ish minutes from Bentonville and 20 to Rogers. If you enjoy some singletrack, there is a trail literally to the left of the house if you’re looking at it. The deck is super peaceful and you’re surrounded by beautiful trees. Clinton has done an amazing job making sure you don’t feel like you’re missing anything. There’s a great coffee maker, full utensil sets and even plastic, kids’ plates, cups and utensils. There are clear instructions on how to use the amenities (cold plunge, sauna, hot tub). I’m definitely coming back.

Jordans house was perfect for my brothers graduation weekend. Great location, we walked everywhere and her front porch was the perfect hangout spot for our family. She was super helpful and responsive when communicating. I would sty here again!
