Comfortable home in a great location! Being about to walk to restaurants, the downtown square and Dickson make this location very convenient. For those who like to be on foot while on vacation this is an ideal spot. The furnishings are comfortable. Parking was easy and secure. Property Mgmt co was responsive and attentive.

The Artisan Inn is very comfortable and well appointed. Connie left fresh homemade chocolate chip cookies… delicious! We stayed for a wedding and didn’t rent a car but we were able to walk to all the events and to the museum. A walking/bike path is essentially right across the street.

Great space for my family. We stayed two months and had no problems whatsoever. Susan communicated really well, and everything was clear regarding check in and check out. We loved walking to Wright’s Barbecue and Media Luna for eats or drinks. Also, Confident Coffee had a nice space for working and wonderful baked goods. There is a cool Aquarium store within walking distance. Felt safe. Had no problems. It was a nice, quiet, clean complex.

This is a lovely large half of a duplex in a quiet neighborhood close to the university. It worked out especially well for us -- four adults and two children -- because we have family who live around the corner. The grandparents stayed upstairs in a spacious suite and the parents and kids had two bedrooms and two baths downstairs. It is very well-equipped and very comfortable. We had to put a lot of breakable beautiful things away in closets because we arrived with toddlers, but except for that, it was perfect with kids. There were even toys for them, which our grandkids really enjoyed and their mom appreciated. Bathtub also a plus with kids. The host is very responsive and happy to answer any questions. We hope to stay there again if we have another family gathering. We love Fayetteville -- both easy to get around and fun. The downtown square was magically lit for the holidays!

We had a wonderful stay. There were a few issues accessing the unit as we were given two different garage codes. The hosts were responsive though. We could also never figure out how to use the front door keypad even after corresponding several times with the host and trying a number of different codes. Overall a great home and a wonderful location!

It felt like home. We had a large group and there were plenty of places to visit, play games, play darts and corn hole. The guys thought the TV was amazing! It was perfect: clean, up-to-date, great location. The hosts have thought of everything. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We'll be back.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb. The house was clean, comfortable, and just as described in the listing. Check-in was easy, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient, with everything I needed nearby. I would definitely stay here again!

The stay here was great- we visited U of A with my two teenagers and there was plenty of room for everyone with VERY comfortable beds! Super close to all the best spots in Fayetteville.

Great location and nice amenities! Only 10-15 minutes to restaurants and stores. Great walking paths right outside!

This place was immaculate and so spacious! Everything was spotless and our group of nine adults felt completely comfortable. We loved how we could walk everywhere, didn’t have to take one rideshare all weekend! The hosts were super responsive and accommodating, they even purchased some umbrellas that we could use since it was a rainy weekend and we were coming from afar. Such a fantastic stay!!

The Wonderful Wi door of Oz was a perfect place for our family. We were able to prepare a delicious meal, reset our laundry after several days on the road, and enjoy the beauty of the lake from the two porches. It had everything we needed!

Jamie was responsive, accommodating, and genuine! Her home met all of our needs and then some! We especially enjoyed how close the biking/hiking trail was to her home. We were able to enjoy the decks and the location was close to many amenities. Jamie’s home was decorated beautifully and offered a very peaceful atmosphere for us to gather and recharge. My sisters, and sister-in-law were blessed by having a peaceful and comfortable place to unwind. Our beautiful mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s less than a year ago and Jamie’s home offered us a comforting place to stay. We will definitely being staying here again when we come to Arkansas to visit our mom and our Arkansas family. Thank You Jamie!!!

Great place to stay for a few weeks to enjoy the surroundings of Northwest Arkansas. Large two car garage coffee supplied in the kitchen. Beautiful sunrise and sunset. Beds were excellent to sleep in.

This place is great if you like to walk to downtown, ride all-the-things, and eat great food. David was great to work with, and this place will be a staple when we’re in Bentonville 👍🏼

Location is great! Loved sitting on the patio watching golfers tee off. Beds comfy, kitchen has plenty of appliances and utensils, separate dedicated work space and covered parking makes it a great place.

Great experience here! A+ all around and would definitely stay again! The house was super clean and updated, we loved the garage area to park bikes and play basketball, and enjoyed the short drive to the Square. Christina was great and super responsive, especially when we called about wanting to stay and extra night. Loved it!

The townhouse looks even better in person. it's a beautiful place. we needed to reach out to the host for a quick question. they were very responsive and helpful. we were in town for a concert at the momentary and it is super close, easy walk. would not hesitate to stay here again.

We loved having two hang out spaces, one upstairs and one downstairs, but there was plenty of room for us all upstairs. Living room had two extra comfy and cute chairs not pictured in the listing! Plenty of towels, cute deck, nice neighborhood. We will definitely stay again when we come to this area!

Wonderful place and wonderful host! It’s outside of all the busy areas of NWA, but close enough for a quick drive. Michael was a great host and very helpful and accommodating!
