Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Fayetteville

Ashley is a superb host who is knowledgeable about this iconic Fay Jones home. Ashley adequately communicated all the essentials and more. After a tornado warning had passed, Ashley checked in to see if we were okay. Me being an architect, Ashley was gracious in responding to my questions regarding this historic home. All in all, staying in this Fay on Gray Ave. home is by far our best Airbnb experience.

The home is beautiful, the wooded seclusion felt like we were in our own home, this was my first trip ever to Rogers Arkansas and i loved everything about it and i would highly recommend the stay to anyone!

I had a few adjustments to make at check out and Sara made no big deal of the matter. Relaxed & professional, even accommodating. I was as thorough impressed and very thankful for her temperament and effective communication. The home was perfect and the town is sweet. You will not beat this set up in Springdale. I walked to a beautiful park everyday and hung out at Onyx coffee shop every morning. It’s one of the best coffee shops in America. I can’t say enough great things about my experience. Peace 💎

We stayed her with pur four young children while visiting the area. The house was perfect for what we needed, and the fenced backyard was a great place for the kids to play (they even found a tortoise).

Will definitely return! Loved absolutely everything about this place! Beds slept great. Furniture is super comfortable. Hot tub is perfection! 5 STAR REVIEW!

We had such a lovely couple of days at this Bnb. The location was perfect as we loved walking out the back door and hiking to a waterfall. My kids loved feeling like wilderness explorers and having the chance to sit under a waterfall! The house is roomy, modern, and bright. My kids didn’t even want the tv but instead they spent their time hot tubbing and enjoying nature. We had a tumble on the trials and our host was prepared with a first aid kit even. We can’t wait to go back!!! 🩷🩷🩷

Michael and Sandra’s place was as we were hoping, peaceful and private. They were always responsive to any questions we had and were close by if needed.

We love staying at this wonderful place! It’s always clean and comfortable. We love sitting on the outside patio and listening to the birds. They have the sweetest cat that comes to visit on the patio occasionally. This time we saw 2 rabbits, a turtle and 2 deer in the backyard. Stayed here many times and will again!

Amazing place to stay and have some peace of mind!

Deanna’s place was great! Super fun theme and everything was in working condition. She also went above and beyond with thoughtful stuff. For example, there was a little sewing kit if you have clothing issues. She truly thought of everything. I would stay here again!

The check-in process was simple and convenient. The apartment was quiet, comfortable, and centrally located, within walking distance of all main attractions and restaurants. Check-out was equally straightforward, making the entire stay hassle-free. I would gladly stay again next time I visit Bentonville.

We loved staying at Rim River Hollow. It was clean and very well appointed, just as in the pictures and description. We particularly enjoyed hanging out by the river. Vic and Michana were very helpful and responsive, and the check in/out process were very simple. They had arranged for coffee and some snacks which we really appreciated. The highlight of the stay were the two dogs, who were so friendly and well behaved. I cannot wait to come back again!

We enjoyed our stay! The driveway is steep but not a problem if you go slow and steady. The kitchen was a little difficult to cook in and there weren’t many cooking items (baking sheets, bowls, etc.) - we managed OK but I wouldn’t plan on making any big meals here. The grill worked great and we used that several times. Each bedroom is located on different floor of the A-frame and the stairs between are steep and could be an impediment for those who do can’t move about easily. The bathrooms, while nicely furnished, were tiny and felt a little restricted. It worked for our stay but I wouldn’t plan to bring a big group here. We enjoyed the fire pit, balconies and the hammocks.

My family of 5 (1 being a 2 month old baby) stayed here for 5 nights. We had a great time on our getaway. We made all of our meals at the cabin, enjoyed the fire & hammock. My daughter loved collecting the eggs for our breakfast..We even decided to name the chickens while we were there, knowing nothing about chickens we named them Janet, Betty & Henry 🙂

This was our second time staying here! Perfect location for a couples getaway. We love the private area and the hot tub is great. It’s a wonderful spot hosted by some great folks.

We took this trip to relax and get away. We were so happy we found Linda’s home. Sitting out on the front porch morning and evening rocking and listening to the birds was so relaxing. The space is so nice and left us not wanting to leave. We enjoyed morning walks on the nearby Back 40 trail which can be accessed right from the property! We also came to experience Bentonville and this location was close enough to do that while also getting us a relaxing space to be in. Thank you Linda for the great place to relax and for being a great host!! We can’t wait to come back!

This cabin was super charming! The setting was very peaceful with a lovely pond where our kids had a great time fishing (catch and release only), and my husband and I enjoyed all the wildlife. We saw some Canadian geese with 4 chicks, lots of birds, a river otter? and our kids said they saw beavers. The cabin itself was very cozy and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed drinking coffee on the porch enjoying an amazing view! The dirt road to get to it was a bit rough, but we made it fine in a minivan going slowly. We can't wait to go back!!!

This place is absolutely beautiful. The lake was extremely high when we went so there wasn’t much of a “beach” to sit on but it was still very nice and lovely. We had a question during our stay and our host was very kind and helpful. Extremely cute and cozy home, no bugs and the yard was treated very well!! Love this home and the land, would love to come back.

I can’t say enough about this cabin in the woods. It was beautiful! Tastefully decorated with everything we could need. The craftsmanship on this cabin is something I would love to have. We will be back. And we will share with our friends and family to come. It’s just that kind of place. Ps, love the view and the wildlife.

We loved being able to rent the cabins side by side and also the smaller one for our group of family and friends. The setting was beautiful and the trails close by for riding the side by sides and such beauty right outside our cabins with the grand babies chasing lightning bugs and able to play in the creek! We loved it and will absolutely be back! The cabin was gorgeous and had such a welcoming feeling. Thank you for sharing your home with our families!
