Apartment holiday rentals in Fairborn

This was a great spot we stay here the night before my wedding and it was perfect clean cozy and comfortable me and my bridesmaids loved it!

My wife I had a one night stay in Troy unexpectedly and was truelly blown away by how helpful Dianne was with check in, recommendations on where to eat and have a couple drinks and how we'll the home was appointed and decorated. Within walking distance to the town Square the area was lively for a Thursday night. Also we had breakfast at Harens market which is also a butcher shop with all kinds of fresh and varied meats. We will definitely be back again!

We really enjoyed our stay at David’s place. He did a fantastic job as a host and we would recommend his place to anyone. Thank you David.

Everything great, very friendly and helpful hosts, accommodating and flexible, very clean, very cozy. Only thing is, it was a little smaller than expected, definitely a smaller studio. But I could've not read carefully enough and missed that. But it was cozy and great for my romantic comfortable night with my partner for his birthday!! Great stay.

My stay was great from start to finish! The apt was easy to get into thru the keyless entry system and it was well kept and clean!

This place was great and Kalie is an excellent host. The place was charming and well taken care of, and in a really nice historic neighborhood. It was walkable to a brewery, great brunch spots and other shops. Kalie was very helpful and gave clear instructions for check in and check out. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay in the Penthouse at the mansion. The location was perfect for us - we were able to walk to restaurants and to where our kids were practicing nearby. Easy to get to the freeway and everywhere we needed to go. We loved having the kitchen and it was the perfect amount of space for two adult couples. The house was surprisingly quiet, given its location. Rooms were spacious and everything looked just like the pictures. If we visit the area in the future, we’d love to stay there again.

This place was so clean, had everything we needed, enjoyed Cartridge Brewery which was walkable from our place, close to Mason, and right on the Little Miami river. Can’t wait to go back.

The house is a nice open space and the fenced yard was great for our dogs.

Kathryn was, hands down, the best Airbnb host I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and a handshake—something you rarely experience, and it made us feel so welcome. The studio itself was beautiful and even more spacious than I expected. I especially loved the two porches: one with a relaxing hot tub and another peaceful one in the back. Meeting Kathryn was truly a highlight. She has a kind and calming presence that instantly makes you feel comfortable and safe. Our space was incredibly private and quiet—perfect for a relaxing getaway. We’ll definitely be back! ♥️

Our plans may have gotten cancelled due to the weather, but Letrice’s place was a nice respite. Hot tub was lovely, and it was super sweet that she got us snacks that we liked. I would definitely stay at Letrice’s place again if we come back for the Ren Faire!

Listing was just as described and it was in a nice, and quiet area. Close to everything in Fairborn! Laura’s instructions were super proactive which made the stay a breeze! Absolutely recommend, would stay again! Thanks!
