Nice place, easily located! Exactly as described. Very clean, and perfect for one person or a couple. I was in the area for an event at the Greene County Expo Center/Fairgrounds. This was located a short 15 minute drive away at a time when everything else was booked. I had a chance to meet the host, she was very pleasant and again reminded me to reachout with any questions about the area or concerns about the stay. It is an older building and the stairs mentioned are steep, so take that into consideration.

The place was perfect! We were in Ohio to bike the Little Miami bike trail. This place was perfect as it close to the trail. The place was clean and very comfortable. The price was very reasonable and the host was responsive and communicated well! I’d stay again and highly recommend!

Omggggg this Airbnb was amazing spacious, clean, enough room for everyone and we had 6 people the kids loved the games the house had 5 bedrooms with plenty of beds. Clean house, the host was thoughtful and kind she even checked on us twice during the stay. If I stay anywhere again in Xenia or yellow springs it would be here. This house was super convenient towards all our wants and needs… did I mention the host was very thoughtful and caring . If I could give this house a 10 star I would STAY HERE IF YOU Want to feel right at come highly recommended
