Monthly Rentals in Fabraquer

We were very pleasantly surprised by this small, comfortable studio, with a nice pool. Ideally located, close to a very beautiful and large beach and local shops. The tram also allowed us to easily get to Alicante and Benidorm. Our hosts, very discreet, were however always available, if we had questions. I would recommend this rental.

The apartment in El Campello is modern, light and very well equipped. Whilst it felt like an expanded studio, it was well laid out, had all the perfect design cues and super functional. The hosts provided a beach umbrella and a car parking space that was underground in an electric gated parking area. Access to the beach is a short walk under the tram line, right onto the board walk. The closest supermarket is a short 6-7 minutes walk and well stocked. It really felt like we were in a hotel, especially with the infinity pool and gym. The hosts were responsive and helpful too. The view from the bed of the sea is priceless! A strong recommend.

Simply fascinating! Not only for the spectacular views, but also for the comfort of the apartment. I was super equipped, with everything you need for a perfect stay, and in an impeccable state. The bed was a pleasant surprise - incredibly comfortable. The beach is only a few meters away, beautiful and quiet, no crowds. I loved the location, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but with easy access thanks to metro lines 1 and 3. We will definitely repeat the experience. Thank you for everything!
