Very nice place and great host. Self check-in was very easy and efficient. The house was clean what I always think is important. Clear instructions for check-out as well Would stay here again. ☺️

We had a fantastic stay at 70 Aubrey Ave in Coventry from the 6th to the 22nd. The house is beautifully appointed and thoughtfully decorated, making it very comfortable and inviting. The property is in excellent condition — clearly well-maintained and cared for. It provided all the amenities I needed for a relaxing visit. One of the best aspects is its great location. Anything you need, like Tescos, is just around the corner, only about five minutes away, making everything very convenient. The house features a lovely dining table, perfect for meals and gatherings. Plus, the come air hockey and pool table added a fun touch and entertainment. Communication with the host was seamless; they were very responsive and quick to reply. It was easy to deal with them, making the whole process stress-free. The house is well equipped, and I never encountered any issues. Would stay again.

We stayed at James's property for a family celebration at the beginning of June. I was extremely pleased to find this wonderful property so close to family as we live several hours away. Before our stay, communication with James and his mum was fantastic. Both responded quickly to all questions and provided such clear instructions, the majority of my questions were answered before I had to ask. Upon arrival, we found a lovely house with the most amazing garden on a quiet street. The house was pristine, well maintained and filled with lots of little touches that made this property stand out - our favourites were the tea and coffee station and the "disco lights" as our son nicknamed them in the bathroom. It felt like a home away from home with an added touch of luxury. We would definitely look to stay in this property again for future family occasions. I have also recommended the property to other out of town family members.

As soon as you shut the front door, you just feel at home and calm. The house has everything you could ask for and more. Sitting at the kitchen table, with the sun coming through the garden was my Happy place. I could quite happily live here.
