Monthly Rentals in Evanston

Great place. Easy to find. We couldn’t get out due to the ice, but a nice guy with a truck saw us struggling and pulled us up the hill/driveway with his truck. We only have front-wheel drive so note that if you’re coming in winter.

We had a nice visit. Apartment was clean and looked just like the pictures. Would book again if we come that way. Hosts were awesome!

Had to cancel due to last minute travel change. Brandon was great about working with me. Will book again.

Perfect one bedroom cottage. Fully stocked kitchen. Washer/dryer! Walkable to everything that is in Coalville which isn’t much but perfect if that’s where you need to be! Host is responsive and kind. She even last minute found us a baby bassinet as our stay was a last minute plan.
