We loved our stay at the barn , this is such a cosy space. Perfect in winter by the fireplace. We loved all the art decor and musical instruments in the barn, such an inviting place. We really enjoyed the chilled out nights by the fire playing board games. Sarah was great with communications and check in instructions. We would Definately stay again

Barbara and Brad’s farm was a beautiful place to stay for the Ballarat marathon weekend. It’s a bit like a motel- we had the 4 person suite which was 2 double beds sharing a bathroom and kitchenette. There was another family of 10 that had booked the rooms next door. The main kitchen, fire pit and garden is shared so if there’s another large group you will definitely see them. The rooms were super clean and thoughtfully renovated, Barbara has clearly put in lots of thought with double glazed windows, split heating/cooling, filtered water in the taps, noise insulation (we couldn’t hear the other groups at all) etc. the garden is also beautifully landscaped and overlooks the sheep docks and mountains. Very serene and peaceful. The kitchen is also super well stocked with bbq we used to make burgers, fridge, stove, microwave, plates, mugs utensils etc for cooking dinner. There is also nespresso machine with pods as well as lots of tea and hot chocolate, milk. 25 mins from Ballarat.

We had the most wonderful weekend staying at Col and Maureen’s farm stay. Four of us girls and our dogs stayed, and everything about it was absolutely faultless. The property was so homely and welcoming, and Col and Maureen themselves were fantastic hosts — friendly, helpful, and always close by if we needed anything, with their home just a few meters away. Being unfamiliar with the area, it was such a comfort knowing they were nearby, especially when we had to do a quick sprinkler repair (thanks to a mischievous Goldie!). They were so understanding and supportive, which made the experience even better. We would recommend this farm stay to absolutely anyone — it’s the perfect place to relax, explore, and feel right at home. We can’t wait to come back!
