Monthly Rentals in Etchingham

Jonathan was a great host. I booked a last minute stay, he made sure the place was pristine and ready within an hour. I ended up extending my stay, which was quick and easy to arrange with no fuss. The home is cosy and quirky. Breakfast was amazing! And made me feel right at home. I stayed there with my 5 month old daughter. There was plenty of space either side of the bed for a travel crib which was great. The electric car charger was another great perk. Highly recommend!

Enjoyable stay with excellent facilities and parking. Quiet location near a village with a good pub, village shop and bakery. Lots of places to visit and good walks.

An excellent self-contained studio in a quiet cul-de-sac. The studio was clean, well equipped with plenty of space. Comfortable bed and efficient shower. A small outdoor patio seating area. A good location for visiting both Kent & East Sussex. A beautiful area with numerous National Trust buildings & gardens in the area. I really enjoyed my visit, Paul was a lovely host & I highly recommend the studio to anyone thinking of booking.

This is one of the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The studio is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. The surroundings are beautiful and walking distance from a great restaurant. Would definitely come back
