Nethania’s home is well furnished and comfortable. Everything was just as we hoped for our stay. I commend her for labeling all the contents of cabinets and drawers so that you know where to look for things. The setting is peaceful too. I highly recommend her property.

This place was amazing! We were here for my daughters graduation at UNC. Very convenient location about 10 or 15 minutes away from her apartment and away from all the busyness in Chapel Hill. Very peaceful and quite. The house was perfect for us! Very clean and well equipped and the absolutely softest sheets on the beds I have ever felt. I would definitely book here again when visiting this area and will tell others about this amazing place to stay! Erica was a wonderful host and answered any question I had very quickly.
