Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Englewood

Nice place for one person or a couple looking to explore Denver. Parking is easy and the place is cozy. The yard is nice too. I had coffee on the front patio a couple times. Some people in the comments have mentioned the neighborhood is sketchy but I didn't get that vibe at all. It seemed safe to me. The only drawback is the kitchenette instead of a kitchen, but it was sufficient to make a simple breakfast in the morning and then eat out for the remainder of my vacation.

We had a perfect stay. The kitchen was well-supplied with utensils and appliances. The beds were outstanding. Of note, my husband injured his hip right before we left, and is (temporarily) walking with a cane. Rebecca generously offered to help us load and unload our car, as navigating the steps would have been very difficult.

We had a fantastic stay at Tim and Joanna’s Airbnb. The house is beautiful just like the pictures. The outside patio area is lovely and looks onto a lush, vibrant and well manicured lawn sand garden. We had some relatives over to celebrate our daughter’s graduation and everyone enjoyed the accommodations. Thank you for a wonderful graduation weekend. Stacy

Gorgeous house, location perfect for University of Denver graduation! Incredibly clean, beautiful living spaces, excellent amenities. James was super helpful when I had questions.

Lorena was very nice and helpful, and made everything super easy for me. It’s a very cozy space and has everything you could need nearby.

My friends and I had a fabulous time and stay there, we love the atmosphere and the view to the backyard is absolutely incredible. If you have any questions, JOHN answers very quickly. His accommodation was excellent!

Great spot and easy check in with great communication from host. In town for a show at Gothic Theatre and it was the perfect location. Super clean and cozy space.

We were in town for a wedding, and Teresa’s place was close to the venue as well as plenty of restaurants. The home was as-described, and we had a nice stay there. If you are a light sleeper, you might want to bring a white noise machine and eye mask— but the great Nespresso machine also helps if you end up needing a boost to get going in the morning!

Needed a place to stay in Denver, and I came across Daphne’s place. I absolutely enjoyed and loved it! The place felt comfortable and like I was home. Daphne was also very communicative and helpful. I would definitely go here again if I visit Denver again. Thank you Daphne for letting me stay at your place!!

I was in town to visit a long time friend who happened to live within walking distance. Diane & John’s place was perfect for my visit. Everything was very clean and tidy. The space was well appointed and organized. The bed was comfortable and the entire space relaxing. I also appreciated the fact that I was not expected to do a lot of cleanup.

We had an amazing time. This place was absolutely fantastic, plenty of space and natural lighting. The private garden area was a big plus. Close to many Denver attractions. We will def stay here again!

The basement apartment was as described. Michael was very informative before, during, and after the stay! He offered his fenced in backyard and his personal grill. He had great suggestions for hikes and sites! Thanks so much Michael!

Great place to stay at and affordable for the area. If I had to pick the best thing, I would say that the hosts were wonderful to work with! Instructions were clear and everything is laid out in the apartment. They were super responsive to all of my questions and were willing to accommodate my personal situation. Would recommend this place for anyone that needs a one bedroom apartment in the area and I would totally stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay with Liz! It was cozy and set up nicely. We were close to tons of great restaurants and things to do and most other things we wanted to do weren’t a very far drive or uber ride. If you’re lucky Jinx the cat will pay you a visit if you’re outside and that was our favourite part. Thanks for making our trip enjoyable and comfortable.

Mish was a great host, informed me of everything I may have had questions of ahead of time- and the place was wonderful! It was the most prepared place I’ve ever stayed in, from teas to puzzles, and q-tips to umbrellas- they had it all! I felt very comfortable in the space and welcomed to the surrounding neighborhood!

This Air BnB was so perfectly equipped!! We stay in a lot of places and Jennifer’s extra amenities were above and beyond! Yes, you can hear everything that the tenants above are doing; walking, talking, TV and then there is a dog with a bone, but it didn’t impact our trip. Just have to be up early and not up late! Great location! Safe! And perfect parking off street! Loved our stay!!! Would recommend for sure.

The host was really good with communication and always responded very quickly. The Airbnb was beautiful and exactly as described. It was very easy to walk to Empower Field. The parking garage was small, but other than that it was a great!!

We visited Lakewood in order to see a concert at Red Rocks. So close and convenient to stay at Jenny’s place. Nearby grocery store and restaurants as well as hiking parks made the trip so easy. The Airbnb was safe, clean and a great location.

Great place to stay when traveling for business as it is a short drive to DTC and short walk to Cherry Creek Trail for running or biking.

The place was just like the pictures, modern, clean, great space. Balcony was even better than we thought it would be :)! Clear instructions with great information about the local area. Very responsive with any questions we had. Overall we would love to stay again, next time we're in town!!

Greg was phenomenal with communication for any need we had! The studio had everything we were looking for during our stay. We didn’t need much, but we got what we wanted.
