Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Arapahoe County

Samuel's home was exactly what we needed for our stay! It was close to all of the things we needed to go to (Downtown Littleton, Arrowhead Golf Club), clean, and comfortable! The hot tub was an added plus, for sure!! Checkin was very easy, and Samuel even let us check in early which was really perfect for us. Thank you for hosting us, Samuel!

great property and super nice host , was nice and clean and had everything you could need ! unfortunately it had to rain on our mini vacation but that didn’t stop us from the hot tub and enjoying our time will definitely stay again the the future and add more days because we weren’t ready to leave! 😊

Love this place! Super clean!! Everything listed and photos were true to description. Check-in was a breeze and if traveling with your canine companion the backyard was amazing! Kitchen stocked with coffee, cooking spices, etc… I highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Thx!

From the initial booking until we departed, Andrew constantly kept great communication us. The photos and description of the property was exactly what was delivered to you in person with no gimmicks or exaggeration. Any questions or concerns we had, no matter how minor, were always addressed promptly and professionally. They made our stay a genuinely great time as were never more than a message away for support. Couldn’t have asked for better. This was a safe, comfortable, and convenient home away from home for my 73 and 77 year old parents. They loved the extras Craig tucked away for breakfast/snacks in the fridge and drawer and each appreciated greeting the morning on the attached back deck. Craig was available, friendly, and communicative from start to finish. And my goodness is it a great location. I live two blocks away so know very well how easy it is to walk a few minutes to the park, a few different groceries, and good restaurants. Thanks to their positive experience in the Botanic Room, my folks are excited to come back to Denver. Hooray!

Rohini was so quick to respond and to provide information and assistance. I had a need of an item and they were able to help me immediately. They were really nice people, which made me feel safe and at home. The kitchen is nice, if you don't cook a lot, the toaster oven and microwave are great, coffee maker worked out, kettle... large refrigerator. I used everything in the kitchen. I would stay there again!

Really enjoyed the accommodations. The rooms were large and well appointed. We had everything we needed, and Travis was very attentive and accommodating. Since we would be arriving late at night, Travis allowed our daughter-in-law to stock the fridge before our arrival. It was wonderful to have eggs available for cooking at 2:00 am, after traveling all day without a chance to eat. We would recommend these accommodations to everyone.

I had a lovely stay at Mish’s! Their home was lovely, and had incredible decor, great location and a really comfortable vibe for me and my dogs. I would definitely stay here again!!

This Air BnB was so perfectly equipped!! We stay in a lot of places and Jennifer’s extra amenities were above and beyond! Yes, you can hear everything that the tenants above are doing; walking, talking, TV and then there is a dog with a bone, but it didn’t impact our trip. Just have to be up early and not up late! Great location! Safe! And perfect parking off street! Loved our stay!!! Would recommend for sure.

Nadine is a fantastic host. The location is very laid back and quiet. Nadine answers to any calls or complaints at anytime. I felt very comfortable staying at a place that Nadine watched over.

The place was **spotlessly clean** and stocked with everything I needed, from kitchen utensils to essential amenities and appliances. Having free parking was a huge plus, making my stay even more convenient. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with,

Brians place was very clean and had everything we needed for our 4 week stay. We are a family of 3 and brought our two smalls dogs so it was a tight fit for us but the air bnb would be a perfect fit for 1-2 guests +pets comfortably. The first day we were there we ran into some issues with the air bnb (the tv wouldn’t work, the dryer needed an adjustment and the fridge filter needed to be changed). Upon messaging Brian, he came over asap and fixed the dryer, replaced the filter and bought a new tv. I would stay at any one of Brian’s air bnbs just due to him being a fantastic, attentive host! I know other reviews have mentioned the area seeming unsafe but for the most part we were left completely unbothered and it was quiet.

When I say Meg’s place matched the listing, I mean it was exactly as listed! The photos are entirely accurate and almost don’t do the place justice! For context, I moved to Colorado to start a new job, and needed a place to stay in the interim until I found a permanent residence, and Meg’s place was perfect. I stayed for a bit over 2 months. Well located, close to my new job, major interstates, shopping, food, and DEN. A good place for a new Coloradan to get the lay of the land. Check-in and out was a breeze, the place was immaculate, and both Meg and Kelvin were super responsive. Thermostat quit while I was there in the middle of a cold snap in January, replaced quickly. There are some reviews on this place that mention the firm bed, and it is rather firm. If you’re like me and you don’t care for a firm bed, be warned. If the firmer the better, this place cannot be beat. By the end, I will admit, I was definitely used to the firmness. Wonderful place, gracious hosts, would recommend!

The condo was extremely clean and well furnished. I would recommend and personally stay again when visiting Parker Colorado.
