We had a wonderful time in Monti Di Villa. The little village is lovely and the view across the valley from the terraces is breathtaking. We felt at home straight away. It’s a great place to relax but there are also many things to do in the area, beautiful Tuscan towns to visit. Sara is a great host. She gave us lots of recommendations and was extremely helpful. It was a perfect holiday.

Kind and helpful, he provided us with all the information we needed, responding quickly to all our questions. Upon arrival, he also left us a welcome thought for breakfast the next day, a detail I really appreciated. Great stay in Gioviano. My kids loved it as well, especially the cats that walked around the town. Directions to find the place were spot on, as well as host communication.

Great accommodation! The sea can be reached in 2 minutes on foot and cafes and restaurants are also in the immediate vicinity. Everything is very clean with a very well-equipped kitchen. Rita was easy to reach and very friendly :) Thank you

Casa Clara has fully met expectations. A cozy, clean and functional house, with a small terrace that allows you to relax. The area is very quiet and the home is very close to the historic center. Giampaolo is a kind, welcoming, responsive and helpful host. He welcomed us into the house by giving us suggestions to visit the area. We were very satisfied. Casa Clara is highly recommended

A property immersed in greenery and tranquility. Mrs. Angela is an adorable person, always available and ready to answer all our questions. The house is a small gem complete with everything for a stay that for us has also turned into a pleasant surprise. To say the beds are comfortable would be a lie because they are much more. In the house there is everything you need for a hearty breakfast. My group and I were pleasantly impressed and satisfied with our experience. A point of reference for future trips in the area.

Brand new house, offers every kind of comfort and service! 2 minutes by car from the sea, really a beautiful house in a very quiet area. Alex met us with the check-in time as we had a small child and needed to enter the accommodation first, not everyone does that! If I could, I'd give it 10 stars! Thanks again!

We spent 3 days and 2 nights in the apartment as a group of 4, which is very welcoming from the entrance, especially in spring with the flowery courtyard. There is an open space on the front of the house and one on the back porch, both comfortable and suitable for beautiful moments of sharing. The house is very spacious and clean, bright but also equipped with very dark shutters for those who like a place sheltered from the light at night. The house is located in a nice residential neighborhood of terraced houses with friendly neighbors and free parking in front of the apartment entrance. The area is very close to Mirabilandia and Ravenna (about 10 and 15-20 minutes by car). Federica was very kind and precise in her communications, in providing clarifications and details even on explicit request, both with regard to access and use of the house, and for suggestions regarding places to visit and places to stay. An apartment that is certainly recommended.

The place was very comfortable with all the amenities that one required during the stay. Quick response from the host is highly appreciated.

Although we experienced some difficulties, Alexa was a super responsive host and helped us to solve them.

We found a home away from home with this house. Not only was it spotless when we arrived but Alessandra had thought about everything from making the home smell wonderful to leaving some toys out for the kids. The house is immaculately thought out with lamps and bookshelves in the right places for example. We absolutely loved and lived in the garden with its shaded areas in the midday sun and warm evening light. Our kids felt right at home straight away which is something we haven’t ever experienced before. We will be back as we feel we’ve left a part of us there! Thank you Ale for everything! X
