Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Emilia-Romagna

Very clean & homely apartment. Alfredo was super helpful & responded very quickly. Fridge had bottles of water, yoghurts, drinks & on the side there were also extra snacks which was really nice. Only tiny downside was the walk home at night back to the apartment as it wasn’t well lit & there was a group of young men lingering outside the steps by the door. Obviously totally out of Alfredo’s control but just to note for solo travellers especially female as it made us quite anxious. Once again the apartment was lovely and we would still recommended- thanks Alfredo!

Please do yourself the favor and book this space immediately. To call the home a palace would be an understatement. As a constant traveler, this is easily the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed at. Perfect view of the Uffizi gallery and river Arno. A 2 minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio and many surrounding markets and Osteria’s. Frederico is an amazing host and now a good friend of ours. He accommodated us and was super patient when we were checking out. The home is extremely well curated with beautiful works of arts and sculptures. The living room area is a great big space with giant windows that can be opened and marble bath tub and shower. I will be dreaming of returning to see our friend Frederico in Florence very soon. He has a kind soul and was very warm with us. Side note: our favorite restaurant was the Osteria Toscanella. Only a 5 minute walk from the space. Please tell Tony from the Osteria that Richard and Geraldine from Texas say “Hola”!!! Everyone made us feel at home.

Absolutely beautiful apartment , not far from anything . The place was spotlessly clean and had everything you could want for a short stay . Great transport links for the station . A very short distance to walk to the centre of Bologna with its May bars and restaurants . Allessandra as a host is very responsive and friendly . Thank you for a great stay .

Great spot right in the middle of the action in Florence. The street numbers are confusing - the city has two buildings with the same street number - but Francesco was very helpful and was in communication with us directly until he personally let us into the building. The apartment was beautiful. Note that you do need to walk through one bedroom to get to the other, and the bathroom is in one of the bedrooms. While you do have privacy with doors closed, you would have to walk by a bed to get to the bathroom in the night. The laundry was SO convenient. Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was good, in easy walking distance to plenty of great restaurants and bars for aperitif. It is on the other side of the river from the typical tourist destinations like the David and the Uffizi, but because Florence is so easily walkable, it only took about 20 minutes to walk to any of those areas. This side of the river is definitely quieter, but still has plenty to do (including the Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens which are not to be missed)! As far as communication, it was absolutely top notch. We had an issue where the handle on the water faucet in the kitchen broke on Sunday, and the host was extremely quick to respond, and had a plumber out to fix the problem in under an hour. We were shocked and impressed, particularly given it was a weekend. The only thing to be aware of is that there is no air conditioning in the bedroom. The A/C in the living room is very good, but the bedroom could get a bit hot at night. Still we would return!

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans le logement de Valentina. Nous avons apprécié son approche proactive avant notre arrivée et elle était très réactive à nos messages lorsque nous avions des questions. Il y avait une cuisine qui était fonctionnelle, la salle de bain était propre et la terasse était le highlight WOW de notre séjour. Nous étions 4 adultes dans le logement, ce qui est un peu serré, mais pour 2 nuits c'était parfait. Le divan-lit et le lit était très confortable et nous avons même pu y faire notre lessive. L'emplacement est parfait, la vue de la terrasse est à couper le souffle et nous avons pu nous rendre dans le centre-ville de Florence à pied à plusieurs reprises et nous avons profiter de l'épicerie à quelques pas du logement pour nous ravitailler. Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Easy to get in self-check in and good communication with the host. Great kitchen, stocked with all the hardware you need. Common area was comfortable for the 4 of us. The view is amazing. Balconies on the water with close up views of Ponte Vecchio. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed in a 20 day trip in several cities.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Bryan and Sara! Reaching the accommodation requires a short hike, but you’re rewarded with stunning views – and the luggage is conveniently brought up by a small tractor. From the very beginning, everything was perfect. The house, garden, and pool are absolutely beautiful – a true little paradise. Everything was clean and lovingly maintained. Bryan and Sara are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts who do everything they can to make your stay special. Since we arrived late, Sara kindly offered to prepare a lovely dinner for us, and Bryan gave us a little pizza-making class – such a great experience! Their helpfulness and kindness, combined with the magical charm of the accommodation, made our stay truly unique and unforgettable. Thanks a lot :)

As others have said—all of the reviews are spot on! A unique setting in the countryside about 30 minutes drive to Parma on mountain roads, beautiful historic building and grounds (with tastefully updated bathrooms to go with the historic charm, plus even a clothes washer and dryer you can access, a rarity in Italy), and a consummate host in Maria Teresa. Using her knowledge and connections to get personalized tours of smaller local parmigiano and prosciutto factories was a real highlight, and we especially enjoyed the nearby Torrechiara castle as well. The kids loved her animals too. 10/10 stay!

Herzlichen Dank für den wundervollen Aufenthalt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und sehr ruhig. Die perfekte Erholung nach einem Ausflug in die Stadt Florenz!

Wie auch die anderen Gäste waren wir rundum zufrieden und wurden unglaublich herzlich empfangen. Es ist eine ganz wundervolle Familie. In der Unterkunft war alles vorhanden was man zum gut leben und für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Wir haben tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen bekommen und uns total wohl gefühlt. Francesco ist ein sehr charmanter, hilfsbereiten Gastgeber, mit dem wir nette Gespräche hatten. Ganz besonders toll fanden wir die Fürsorge für Kinder. Unser Kind liebte die bereit gestellten Spielzeuge, den grossen Garten und die Katzen. Ganz klare Empfehlung.

L’alloggio di Alessandro è ottimo per chi vuole staccare dal caos della città, si trova in una posizione tranquilla ed immersa nel verde ma comunque vicina ad un sacco di zone di interesse come Forte dei Marmi (20min), Marina di Carrara (10min) e così via… è un posto molto strategico, sopratutto se si hanno animali domestici con sè. La nostra bassottina - Focaccia - ha potuto scorrazzare liberamente nell’immenso giardino che si trova davanti all’alloggio - luogo in cui io ed il mio compagno abbiamo deciso ogni sera di far cena godendoci lo splendido tramonto 🌇 L’alloggio è bello, nuovo e dotato di una cucina davvero super rifornita (abbiamo anche potuto far la pizza!). La presenza di un condizionatore inoltre ci ha fatto molto piacere. Sicuramente ci torneremo, lo consigliamo fortemente 🫶🏼 NB Alessandro è stato sempre super disponibile nel rispondere ad ogni mia domanda e nel darmi preziosissimi consigli su cosa vedere/dove mangiare etc. Grazie Alessandro per l’infinita pazienza ?

This was a lovely, centrally located and spacious apartment. Lots of stairs but there is also a small elevator - you can take multiple trips up with luggage. It was clean and tastefully decorated. The outdoor terrace was beautiful with flowers and a stunning view of the duomo. 2 bathrooms with one smaller than the other - typical euro bathrooms and they were clean. The a/c worked well. Walkable to everything. My only comment - which is not about the apartment itself - is that the area immediately surrounding the duomo wasn’t as pretty as I thought it would be. Duomo was gorgeous, but the immediate area felt surrounded with some shady characters. Next time we might try to stay near the piazza Santa trinita which felt more upscale. Carlotta is a great host and communicated clearly and frequently with local recommendations. I’d recommend this rental.

Giacomo greeted us right away once we areived to his beautiful home. Him and his wife navigated us throughout the home and described how to use all the amenities. He was kind and always available when we needed something. The home is beautiful, private and is surrounded by gorgeous nature. I highly recommend Giacomo's home. Thank you for everything!

Yes, it is spectacular for all the reasons mentioned by others. The frescoes in the rooms and loggia are most remarkable, and of great historical significance. There’s a manual on site that details all the history, and additional information can be found online on Wikipedia and elsewhere about the frescoes and the garden. Gian is a most excellent host. Thank you thank you thank you.

L'appartement était impeccable et tellement bien décoré avec goût et finesse. Il y avait beaucoup de petits détails. Il ne manquait rien. Riccardo a répondu immédiatement à mes messages et j'ai beaucoup apprécié sa compréhension face à un petit problème que j'ai eu. On se sentait en sécurité également et il est idéalement situé près de la gare. Une épicerie est à quelques minutes à pied et il est situé tout près des principales attractions de Modène. Je retournerais sans hésiter.

It is a great apartment walking distance from all the touristic places. The host is very kind and responsive. The view of the Duome it’s a plus. I have only good things to say about our stay. Only thing to consider when booking is that the apartment has many steps to get in which was ok because we packed light.

We loved this space and when we come to Florence again we will most definitely book here. It was a cool, quiet oasis on the beautiful relaxing side of the Arno. The location was perfect with an easy walk to all the sites but also so quiet and peaceful. We loved the kitchen and cooked multiple days and sat on the sweet patio and enjoyed the local wine. The space was clean and cool and the layout was perfect for 2 people. There’s also a couch bed if another person or one or two children were there. Our hosts were so accommodating and friendly! We have so much love for this special spot in Florence.

Great central location, a few minutes walk from the central station and attractions. At the same time very quiet and private. Nearby is a small supermarket and restaurants. The apartment is very clean and larger than it looks in the photo. It has everything you need and even more. Decorated with taste and love. The process of check-in and check-out is very convenient.
