The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything. Flexible check-in and Elizaveta was always available and resolved issues immediately. The apartment is located two minutes from the sea and we felt very comfortable in the quiet place. By public transport you can quickly get to Valencia. Glad to come back!

The apartment so good and the location is soo good just transportation was difficult to go to Valencia city but because they renew and change the bus stations The apartment is exactly like photos and equipment more than you think Even chairs and umbrella for the beach Maria is really professional.

We weren’t able to stay with Sandro and BB due to the floods that affected the area just a few days prior to our arrival. Sandro and BB were super hosts despite being 6 hours away. Very responsive, flexible, fair, and helpful. Sandro went above and beyond to make our stay in Spain as positive and memorable as possible given the natural disaster and having to deal with the fallout themselves. Nothing but thanks and appreciation for these two and their hospitality!

If you have a car the accommodation is great as it is 15 minutes away from Valencia and 7 km from the beach. The place is spacious the terrace is great and if it's nice to have a pool is a relief. The apartment is more spacious than it looks in the pictures. The only problem is that there are only two air conditioners and if there is west air it is hot upstairs
