Holiday rentals with lake access in El Paso County

Great stay for a large family! We had an amazing weekend in this beautiful spacious home! Thi made it easy to check-in. The location was easy to find home was as is in pictures. We truly appreciated her hospitality. Highly recommend this home for a large family, very quiet neighborhood! We felt right at home when we arrived. Also every place we visited in Colorado Spring was just 30minutes or less away from the house.

Very nice basement rental with one owner living in the upstairs. Excellent communication with all our questions, very friendly hostess. Nice lake with patio looking on, my kids loved kayaking with the kayaks on site.

The house was everything we had hoped. Our Hosts were awesome. They were very responsive. Even asked is we wanted to check-in early. Totally unheard of. There were all the little thing available. ie. Butter, popcorn, condiments...etc. They even had coffee for us which was great because we forgot to pack ours. They had a chilled bottle of champagne for us to toast our daughter's wedding. Their thoughtfulness made this a wonderful experience, all around. We recommend this home to everyone, with a big thumbs up!

Excellent house for four persons/family with a King and two twin beds. Well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. House is near railroad tracks but train noise was not bothersome. Good location just north of Air Force Academy. Great location for walking and pickle ball adjacent to Palmer Lake. We enjoyed a wonderful stay.

Beautiful home with subtle sunlight throughout. We were a group of six who booked a stay for a wedding at the Broadmoor. When we arrived, we made a dinner and appreciated the fully equipped kitchen. The owner's home was better equipped than an AIRBNB only home. Nice cookware and dishes. Huge dinner table that was able to accommodate eight adults for dinner in the beautiful living area. We walked to and from the Broadmoor on the morning of the wedding, but took an Uber for the actual ceremony at $20 for a party of six. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. We even had a few deer that we saw throughout the neighborhood. Owner/host was available as needed. She provided tips and local information as needed.

Aj is the definition of a super host. The place did not lack in anything. One of very few places that actually has 7 full beds without a bunk bed being apart of that count. Well designed and decorated place. No exaggerations in descriptions or misleading photos. In fact, the place looked better in person than the pictures displayed. Aj provided very detailed instructions. The house took every possible need into consideration. I would definitely request this place again!

This place was so beautiful honestly no pictures could do it justice. We loved how peaceful the area is. Carolyn was an amazing host who was helpful from the time we booked until we arrived. I would not only recommend this place but hope to return someday. Trust me you will not be disappointed.

Kristin was an absolutely amazing host, who was proactive in every sense of the word. We were in town for the Air Force Academy Graduation which is held outside in the stadium, Kristin noticed that it was raining and messaged to let me know there were umbrellas in the closet and could provide additional if we needed. It was a great experience and no question that I had went unanswered, Kristin before our arrival mapped out a lot of the major locations for us.

I can not express enough how awesome this stay was! It is SO secluded, you would never ever even think it is attached to Anita’s house! It is in a great location and only 15 to 20 minutes from Colorado Springs and Manitou springs. The place was very clean and organized. It has every possible kitchen attachment you may need. I was able to cook a thanksgiving meal for my family of four while staying here. If you are unable to leave due to weather conditions or you would rather stay in. This Air B and B has tons to do! We loved the media room and pool table. We hope to make this an annual trip. Thank you so much Anita, this was such a wonderful stay for our family. It couldn’t have been more perfect!

This place is a jewel! I wish I had stayed longer! The town is quaint and quiet. The place was immaculately clean and all needed amenities were available. I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and seeing the wildflowers, wildlife, and the lake. I also enjoyed starting and ending my day in the hot tub. It has a great view of the stars at night and is shaded in the morning.

This is a gorgeous property in a great location. Lots of great things to do with in a close distance. The home is very comfortable and clean. Hosts are very responsive and friendly.

Highly recommended Airbnb in Colorado Springs! Great Stay at this Beautiful Home nearby the Colorado Springs Downtown. This is my home for 2 months and I've enjoyed it. The home is very clean, spacious, peaceful, fully-stocked with toiletries, kitchen supplies, and laundry detergent. David is very helpful and quick to respond to messages. The best Airbnb I've had.

Loved our last minute stay at Sherri’s! Walked to dinner and breakfast. Hot tub in the evenings, was the perfect reset we needed! Thank you!!!

A nice and peaceful location, you can’t hear any traffic in the home. You are surrounded by endless trees, has a stocked pond for laid back fishing, amazing star gazing in a portable Nemo hammock, huge TV that you can connect to in 1000’s of ways, fully stocked kitchen FULLY, internet was perfect for even streaming Netflix, and it reached 80f one day and the home was 66f inside (more than comfortable). I would really recommend this place for a family with kids to experience nature, see wild life, and have fun fishing. Private gate so you never need to worry about strangers coming in. Chris and his family live right by across from the house on the same property and is there anytime you need anything. Would stay here again!

This property was perfect for a stay in Green Mountain Falls. It’s situated right in the small downtown across from the lake with easy access to the main road. Everything was great with my experience there and I would definitely stay again.

Great location for a few short road trips to see other points of interest. Local trails to hike, with amazing views. Comfortable and clean, with awesome hosts!

Perfect location for our vacation. Enjoyed the area. We will be back!
