Tina was a fantastic host. Always very responsive and friendly. The cottage was very clean and matched the photos and description. Checking in and out was very easy. Very well located. Walking distance to Colorado College and many downtown restaurants in Colorado Springs. The cottage is perfect for two people. I would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed our short stay with Brienne. Very comfortable for our family of 5, clean and peaceful setting. Convenient location to our visit to Garden of the Gods.

This is our second time staying here. Communication from when we booked to the end was great. Location for us was close to what we needed. With fluid plans and the weather… game night, cook out and just a hang out worked out really well. The host family suggested great pizza place to feed on our arrival which was Memorial Day. Lots of fuse ball and pool challenges. Our favorite though was watching the owl and even a humming bird play in the sprinkler. Elk and deer traveling to and from also a bonus. We were very blessed with grey host.0

We had a one night stop over in the way back to Denver for a flight. This was perfect! We played a game, watched TV and got organized before our flight.

Lovely place and host! Would absolutely recommend staying with Jacquie! What jumped put for us was the perfect location close to all the tourist highlights and the possibilities to go outdoors (hottub, firepit, park directly accessible from the backyard. Just great!

Wonderful stay. Clean, quiet, comfortable, convenient location. Loved that we could open the windows as is on second floor. Loved the comfy beds. Not a lot of kitchen pots and utensils if you plan to do much cooking while there.

It was comfortable and warm. Convenient kitchen facilities are useful. The room in the living room is spacious, so it feels like I'm in my own house. Thank you.

Susanah and Pete were wonderful hosts. Their friendliness and hospitality really stood out to me as they were so happy and willing to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Susanah even brought me home baked cookies one night! They allowed me my quiet and solitude but checked in via text every once in a while to make sure I had everything I needed. It was the perfect set up for my introverted-extroverted self! It is very spacious and has all amenities listed. The neighborhood is quiet and very walkable, with beautiful views of the mountains. I would 100% recommend this to anybody looking for somewhere to stay.

Vicky was a wonderful host! This trip meant a lot to me, as it was the first time my sisters and I had been in the same location in over 10 years! The house was spacious, the beds SO comfortable, and Vicky’s instructions were very clearly displayed. I definitely recommend!

And although it was a shared home, we had a lot of privacy :-) We especially enjoyed the gorgeous and peaceful back yard. That pergola with the hammock is going on the Honey-do- list when we get home 😝 Also much appreciated the little protein snacks to prep us for the hikes out. Would love to stay with you again when we return to Colorado Springs!

This is my second stay with Rick and Kiyoun for a reason!!! I LOVE THE NEIGHBORHOOD!!! Their Studio Is located in the Old North End which is a protected historic area of Colorado Springs. The Studio itself is private and quiet. Rick and Kiyoun’s attention to detail is impeccable and they keep EVERYTHING spotless and well stocked with anything you could possibly need. The finishes, including the high end bed, bedding and even the bath towels rival any five star hotel! Kiyoun has thought of everything down to providing shopping bags for runs to the grocery store 😊‼️ This will definitely be my first choice whenever traveling to or through BEAUTIFUL Colorado Springs CO. Thank you Rick and Kiyoun for being such FABULOUS hosts!!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay, definitely a five-star experience! The place was spotless and cozy, the Jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing, and playing pool was a blast. Seeing the beautiful dog was such a lovely surprise, especially since the reason for our trip was to attend the Furball event, my girlfriend works at the Humane Society, so that really made it feel extra special. Thanks again for such a memorable stay!

Shari’s place had the most amazing views of Pike’s Peak. The home was very comfortable - specially the bed - and had all the amenities we needed. The outside seating area was a wonderful bonus. Shari was a great host - very easy to communicate with and super responsive. I would highly recommend this home and am looking forward to our next stay here while in Colorado Springs. We had a great stay! There was a slight issue with the lock on the door but Michael was quick to get it resolved and made sure we weren’t inconvenienced by the repairs. Overall it was a great experience.

I enjoyed location and had no issues. The hot tub was amazing. Home owners were kind and did not interfere. Also, were nice to invite to party 🥳. strongly recommend. Awesome stay!

Shelley's place was clean and cozy, especially after long days of hiking/sightseeing. Shelley was super nice. She checked with me to make sure I had everything I needed, and she even had some recommendations/inside tips for getting the most out of my stay. Shelley is a wonderful host!

From the moment we made the reservation to the night before we checked out, Debra was in contact with us, giving us suggestions, clarifying questions, and meeting our needs before we knew we had them. She noticed that I was limping when I came in and quickly offered hiking poles, which were a lifesaver for the rest of the trip. We are so grateful she ensured our every need was met. Regarding the apartment, it was more spacious than we anticipated. There is a lovely sitting area outside the front door that is perfect to enjoy your morning coffee or a meal. What you can’t see in the pictures is the burbling creek that meanders past the backyard. The mountains in the distance are a spectacular sight. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and tools to cook and the bathroom and laundry area have everything you need. Probably the best bed I’ve slept on away from home. If you’re a shortie like me, she’s even provided a stepstool to get on the bed. Awesome location close to USAFA!

We really enjoyed this place! It’s very close to the city, but was secluded and peaceful. The kids loved the pond and all the wildlife that goes with it: Fish, frogs, birds, etc. The hot tub was very relaxing and the beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend it.

Truly a gem! After traveling for nearly 20 hours from Kentucky we could not have imagined a better place to stay. Upon arrival as weary travelers, the electric fireplace was on to welcome us in- the cherry on top of an already perfectly cozy suite. Everything from the lighting to the cleanliness… this is the PERFECT stay for Woodland Park/Colorado Springs area. Not only were we looked after during our stay in Colorado, but Steve’s hospitality extended beyond state lines and gave us restaurant recommendations for our overnight stay in Kansas City on the way home. Amazing, amazing, amazing!

Just a superb location at the foot of Cheyenne Mountain. Secluded yet very close to Broadmoor and all it offers. We would definitely return when the time comes

Shane was very accommodating to me. I had a wedding the day of check in and he was gracious enough to move up my check in time so I could get all settled in before the afternoon wedding. Plus a cute little place!!

Michelle’s place was absolutely perfect for my husband and I! Super sweet and friendly host! The suite was just as described. We loved the quiet area, GORGEOUS backyard (filled with beautiful flowers, waterfall - so relaxing to listen to) and pretty view of the mountains. Michelle checked in on us via app to make sure the check in was smooth (which it was) and if we needed anything to just let her know. She gave us some really great food recommendations as well as some fun things to do. I would totally go back there. I felt at home (I honestly never knew they were home). If I would have ran into her, I know we would have gotten along very well. I would highly recommend staying here. It was perfect for us and the things we did. Super kind host. I hope yall fall in love with it just as we did.

Excellent accommodations for my family of 4. We haven't used an Airbnb before as a family and have always been apprehensive but we are so glad we booked this. The whole place was so spacious, clean, and felt like we were at home. Beds were very comfortable and we all slept great! The bathroom was very clean and we loved the option to wash clothes. We went to the grocery store and cooked several meals that helped our budget and we enjoyed coffee with a view. It was so peaceful, even with the park across the way with people walking dogs or just hanging out. We LOVED hearing the birds in the morning and even had a little "squirrel friend" visit us on the deck. This location is very close to shopping and great food locations. When we come back for another visit, we hope this will be available. Rachael was very responsive and quite quickly to my few questions. If you are ever in Colorado Springs and need a comfortable place to stay this is the place. Dana C.
