I had a great time staying at this home. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. I would stay here again if I happen to be in the area.

Our family had a wonderful time staying here. The muffins in the morning were great and Marian also made fench toast and pancakes. Our son loved the goats and chickens who were all kid friendly. Lots of toys and books for the kids to play with and Marian was always responsive and provided what we needed.

Ceil's home was exactly what I was hoping it would be. We have three boys who had never seen the mountains or snow on the ground and we decided to make this trip their big Christmas gift upon their request. Ceil's home was the perfect combination of value, quality, and the view....oh, the view! It was way to cold for these central Texans to have the blinds open all the time but I would have if I could! The mountains and Pikes Peak were a gorgeous panoramic view every time we looked out the front windows. There was plenty of room for all five of us, plenty of blankets (again - central Texans!), and the kitchen was great to work in - new stove, new oven, new microwave that were very easy to use. I didn't regret leaving even one item at home to make full meals. Ceil also has toys for a varying age range, some games, tons of books, and wonderful touches like eggs in the fridge and fruit on the table when we got there late on Christmas night. We were going to stay at a hotel Christmas night due to a last minute decision to drive up to Colorado on Christmas day instead of on the 26th, again at our boys' request so they could have one extra day in the snow. Ceil called as we were driving up to her place and told us she had a cancellation and we could have the house Christmas night instead of staying in a hotel on the 25th and having to unload and reload the car twice. The house was sparkling clean and very homey after a 14 hour drive! The neighborhood is extremely quiet and pleasant and we felt very safe there. It is close to the Old Colorado City shops and museums and a very short drive to Manitou Springs and Garden of the Gods, as well as Starbucks! :) Ceil was quick to answer any communication, extremely kind and personable, and clearly puts a lot of effort into maintaining the home and making it cozy for guests. Thank you, Ceil! I hope we can return someday!

Esther was great, super prompt and responsive. Accepted our last minute reservation request quickly after another reservation fell through. Very proactive with checking in to see how our stay was and recommendations for the area. Primary bedroom suite was amazing, bathroom was so large I referred to it as the dressing room. Really appreciated that I could keep my luggage in there and leave the bedroom clutter free.

I can't say enough great things about our stay. The home was warm, inviting, and just beautiful. The surroundings were breathtaking. The hosts were very easy to reach and very kind. We had all the privacy we needed and access to a hot tub, fire pit, and grill. The hosts had a binder full of wonderful information about things to do and places to eat as well as information about the home. If I ever get the chance to return to Colorado Springs, I will definitely stay at this listing again.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a night and it was a beautiful, peaceful, and private place! We loved everything about it! We hope to be back again!

I felt right at home, even though I had a room, it felt comfortable and inviting g to use the shared spaces. The house is charming, old fashioned and full of history. I loved my private balcony off the Bear Room. The creek within walking distance was a respite spot in the hot summer days.

This beautiful home in Monument in a golf course community met our needs well as we gathered for a family milestone event. The setting is beautiful and quiet. The house is spacious with an amazing primary suite on the main floor and 6 other bedrooms, most of which had dedicated bathrooms. The kitchen is large and open, with two adjacent dining tables, perfect for a larger group. It was also well appointed in terms of coffee pots, pots and pans, silverware, place settings. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Exceptionally clean! Pleasantly surprised how comfortable the RV was. Plenty of space for my husband and I with 3 kids 5 and under. Hosts were incredibly friendly and quick response time with any questions. I hope I get the opportunity to stay again!

Seeing 20+ pronghorn on every single drive too and from the property was amazing. Plus the other wildlife, the songs birds. Very relaxing

Shelly’s place was awesome! The location was amazing - scenic views all around and super private and peaceful property! As a Colorado Springs resident this was the perfect getaway still close enough to town but far enough out that it felt like a getaway! We will definitely stay here again!

One of my favorite Airbnbs ever! Just like those gorgeous pictures- nice views and outdoor space with awesome friendly animals and playground that made it extra memorable. Inside place is super clean, great comfy bed and SUPER thoughtful touches you don't see many places-- family board games, kids toys and books added to match our age, some welcome snacks, useful kitchen touches like ziploc bags or even an in-case-you-forgot-it section in the bathroom of a few essentials! Super duper kind family made us feel at home and are the nicest people ever and super communication-they were even went above and beyond to help me carry by bags in the rain. As they said in the Airbnb description you can hear their active family walking above in daytime hours, but they are very quiet at the quiet hours listed so it never felt like a problem since I was basically on the same schedule anyway. They were very respectful of privacy with the unit too,yet also welcoming if you had any questions. Great stay!

Spent 7+ days here. Beautiful home in a beautiful area. Special note: Home is on a small homestead w/hosts home in a homestead neighborhood. Expect animals and farm work to be ongoing during the weekends. Chainsaws and mowing and general farm work at surrounding homesteads in the mornings and evenings is not uncommon. Weekdays are very very quiet and peaceful. Washer and dryer are brand new and really awesome. Angela was a great host. The home is very very nice and had everything needed.

Sydney’s guest cottage was really comfortable and private. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed to cook meals. We enjoyed eating outside on the patio as well. The beds and linens were very comfortable. Sydney communicated with us and promptly resolved any issues and questions we had. We would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Colorado Springs area.

The place was wonderful. The chicken coup kept the kiddos busy. They loved feeding the chickens and retrieving the eggs! The place felt very private and is at a beautiful location. Amanda was very helpful and was always very quick to respond to anything we needed. Definitely recommend.

Andy was a great host and we really enjoyed our stay. The house was just perfect for my family and for our wedding which was in the Garden of the Gods, so perfect location. The layout is really nice and the hot tub, the secluded yard, the fire pit and the game room were really great to have. Andy had treats for us which we really appreciated. I recommend Andy’s house and will definitely be back.

The house and location were great for what we needed. Shelly responded quickly and was great to communicate with. The house has been romodeled very nicely and was very clean and comfortable. We loved taking walks and seeing the beautiful outbuildings, stage, and ranch ornaments. The huge farmhouse kitchen table was great for family gathering and crafts.

Everything was excellent. Loved being able to cook quick suppers after being out and about all day! All the little things were stocked - no need to bring spices, sugar etc. beds and linens new and comfy. Hot tub amazing to watch the sunrise and start the day!

We enjoyed our visit to Colorado Springs! The home we stayed in was perfectly located for our needs. We were close to our venues - The Broadmoor and Ivywild School. The house was clean and the kitchen well-equipped with everything we needed. We loved having the living room and den to gather and visit. The backyard and patio were relaxing and a peaceful place to start the morning with coffee and a book...ahhh... The beds were comfortable! We appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water, snacks, and muffins. Also, the recommendations of local shops, eateries, and attractions were much appreciated. We would recommend this place and look forward to visiting again.

Being here was other worldly, you find yourself excommunicated with the city and feel at peace you are surrounded by nature and beautiful mountain views. The house was clean nice and very spacious. Since there was no light pollution you can see the stars while siting in the hot tub .

Lea was responsive and accommodating to all my questions and concerns. They even had a place available for us for the second night that eliminated a lot of stress for us finding another place to stay on such short notice. Everything was clean and beautiful. Lea and her husband were both super friendly.
