Monthly Rentals in El Mocan

Great spot to stay and very central. Of course a car is mandatory on the island . Parking is secure and free. The location of the apartment is really convenient. I strongly recommend this place. Anne-Li was very responsive.

We stayed at Rómulo's place for two months. The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable, and good value for the monthly rental price. Rómulo was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions or requests. We worked remotely, so we appreciated the desk in the apartment and the good internet. There is also a nearby friendly and affordable gym, Xtreme Training Centro. There are some cafes nearby, our favourite being next to the church. For the rest, it is a quiet area. We rented a car and would recommend this for anyone staying longer than a few days so you can easily explore the rest of the beautiful island.

We had an incredible week in Tenerife! Marion's welcome is very warm, she is very responsive and gives very good advice, always available. We are delighted and recommend this place without a second thought.

The accommodation is quite remote but beautiful in an avocado plantation. The neighbor is very friendly and happy to help. The view is great and we felt very comfortable!
