Las Claras Rural House

Casa Las Claras has three double bedrooms, two of them with queen-size beds and the third with two twin beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and there is also a living room, a kitchen, and an indoor Canarian-style courtyard. Outside, there is private parking, gardens, leisure and reading areas, and a large terrace with a swimming pool. Although it may seem large, the house can be made very cozy for two people, so they can feel right at home. However, reservations for special events are not accepted, and parties are not allowed. We should also mention that we, the hosts, live on the other side of the house. We share the pool terrace with our guests, and although we don't really use it, if guests are using it, we need to go through this area to enter and leave our house. We also share the interior courtyard area, which is a thoroughfare for us at some point during the day. It's ideal for children, as there are areas where they can run and play, as well as a corner with beach sand. The house has satellite TV, a DVD player, and laundry service for stays of more than one week… Bed linens and towels are provided for stays of more than one week. Far from the everyday noise of mass tourism, it is located in the village of Tías. The place is very quiet and has very easy access to the village center. You can walk there in ten minutes and find supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, a health center, and, of course, the Hermitage of San Antonio, where there are usually nice exhibitions of paintings, sculptures, etc. To enjoy the surrounding countryside, just behind the house there are a number of trails that are part of the island's trail network and that can let you enjoy wonderful views and a pleasant walk. There is also a public transport stop less than five minutes away. From here, it's easy to explore the island. The house is almost in the center, so the longest drive takes 30 minutes. The nearest beaches are Puerto del Carmen, which is 10 minutes away, and the beaches of Papagayo, 30 minutes away, ideal beaches with golden sand. In short, we invite you to come and meet us, enjoy a welcoming place where the birdsong will be part of your company during your stay.
