Apartment holiday rentals in El Llano del Beal

We really enjoyed the apartment and it has tremendous views of the Mar Menor with a nice sized balcony to enjoy it from. You get great sunrise and sunset views which can even be enjoyed from the living room. Being 3 bedroom there was plenty of space for the two of us and it's equipped sufficiently for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The apartment block's well maintained with friendly residents and staff and only 5 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and a well stocked Spar supermarket. Its location is also peaceful and safe at night. The tennis club nearby is a lovely place to have a few evening drinks and there's 3 good local restaurants we particularly enjoyed, Chiringuito, Piccolo Mare (more for Indian food) and El Secreto. The only suggestion is a house book with information about the appliances, local transport, amenities etc, which would have been useful. It would save having to request information from the hosts directly although Nano responded promptly to us.

"A stay at home" Our experience in this home was great. The location is unbeatable, in the heart of Cartagena, which allowed us to move on foot and enjoy the city in total comfort. The apartment was very cozy, well equipped and with everything you need to feel at home. Also, the owner was very attentive and kind from the first moment, always aware that we were at ease. We would definitely repeat!

We stayed a few days because we had a conference at the hotel opposite and there were no rooms left, so it was a luxury. Both Cristina and José Ángel have been wonderful and the apartment is exactly what it says it is. The place is small, so three fit just right, but for a beach apartment you will not find it more comfortable and modern than this. They include everything you need to cook and even to season the food, so you can. As a minor issue, the shower water leaks through the joints and wets the floor, but it's not much. Everything is very good. We are very happy and would repeat if we needed an accommodation nearby.

The stay has been magnificent. the views of the apartment are incredible, sitting on the balcony or armchair and seeing the sunrise and the sea throughout the day is just fantastic. The apartment has everything you need for comfort and all the details are covered. An amazing stay to repeat soon. Mercedes is always attentive and friendly with any questions or requests. This is the loveliest apartment I have ever stayed in, the outside area is beautiful and the views are out of this world. Laura was a fantastic host, very quick to respond and very helpful. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed, very well equipped and the linen was spotless. Every detail had been considered and we felt very much at home. We didn’t want to leave! I would recommend hiring a car to enhance your stay, plenty of parking space available.

Wow what can i say, pilars apartment is right beside the cathedral, shops, restaurants and bars right in the heart of everything. Pilar was super responsive always messaged back and gave us hints snd tips to places, travel etc. we had an amazing few days here and I definitely would stay hrre if i was going back. The apartment was spotless and had everything you needed. Thanks for an amazing stay.

Fermin was a fantastic host. His communication was excellent right from booking through to when we were there. The views from the apartment are absolutely stunning . We spent a lot of time outside watching the sea and the world go by. The only two of us stayed but six people could easily spend time in this apartment. It had everything you needed and more.

It was a nice short stay that deserves the name vacation, as everything was as described before and the check-in was easy thanks to Sergio's clear and good instructions. He also fulfilled our special request. The only drawback was the very narrow parking spaces. But Sergio can't do anything about that and there are also plenty of options outside the parking lot belonging to the accommodation in the immediate vicinity and free of charge. If we are looking for accommodation in this area again, we will ask Sergio first.

We really enjoyed our time at here. The apartment had everything required, the view from the balcony is beautiful, and the immediate area is very peaceful. Leire is always available if needed. Thank you for a great stay!

The description was perfect, but the best thing was the kindness and speed of the host's response. Always attentive and checking in almost daily to ensure everything was in order. I would repeat without hesitation and just for that feeling of knowing that if something happens, I would have help.

We rented Mercedes' apartment for a week and overall the experience was very good. The apartment was in perfect condition, with beautiful views and everything was very clean. Every time we needed a utensil or appliance, we found it without a problem. We were pleasantly surprised that no mosquitoes entered even with the windows open at night, even so, we had mosquito plugs and sprays, which is appreciated. However, there were a couple of details that we would have liked to know in advance: we were not told that the pool would be under construction all week. It was a shame, as it was a service (included in the total) that we valued a lot when choosing accommodation and that, in the end, we could not enjoy. In addition, the ceiling fan did not work properly with the remote control: the light could be turned on, but we could not get it to blow air. Despite these aspects, it is a very good apartment to spend a quiet and comfortable vacation.

Clean apartment, in a quiet area. Comfortable beds. Good terrace. Antonio and Daniel are very nice. Recommended.

We (2 adults and 2 children) spent 7 wonderful nights in this great place and can fully recommend it! The house is very modern, absolutely clean and well equipped. We particularly liked the two terraces – the roof terrace offers a fantastic view of the pool and on the other side of the lake – just perfect for relaxing! The private entrance to the property ensures a lot of privacy, and the entire resort is very well maintained and safe – with barrier, security guard and even its own access to the lake. An absolute dream for families! We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved this place! The interior is beautiful. The terrace doesn’t feel very private, as there are neighbors from different countries around. The location is great, and there are plenty of activities nearby. The downside is that this Airbnb still uses an old check-in method where you have to call someone and meet at a specific time. A self check-in option would be a great improvement.

This apartment was absolutely stunning. Very clean, fresh and well maintained. We felt guilty leaving even a small wrapper on the floor so kept it spotless like we received it. The hot tub was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower very powerful. Will 10000% come again and stay here. Irina was very firednly and helpful and always responded promptly to messages. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Amazing place to stay, sometimes you look at the photos and think, this place doesn't look that big. This was the complete opposite, the apartment is huge. Two balconies, a roof terrace and a hot tub! The amenities within the secure complex are brilliant, you're within walking distance to at least 3 beaches and good bars and restaurants. Communication with the host is brilliant, Dominik and Magdalena are super responsive and personable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The apartment is nice, tidy and clean and has everything you need. From the balcony, you can look directly at the sea. A well-maintained natural beach (open sea) is also located directly in front of the residential complex. A very nice beach on the Mar Menor can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. There is also a small supermarket nearby, various Restaurants and other shopping facilities. We'll be happy to come back.

The apartment and the residence are amazing. The apartment had everything you needed for a holiday. It was very clean and seemed to be brand new. Very nice located and easy access to several pools. The terrace was in cooling shade during the day. Very well maintained residence with very nice pool areas. Supermarket just outside the residence and walking distance to both Zenia Boulevard and the beach. Thanks for a great stay in your apartment.

Very nice accommodation that has everything you need for a vacation, barbecue, jacuzzi, pool and well-equipped kitchen! The disadvantage of the area is that it is hilly and the walking distance to the beach is perhaps closer to 20 min.

Everything is as you expect it, the only minus point are cameras in the living room. Outside of that to be completely satisfied with everything. Very nice location with very nice views from various places. Highly recommended!
